Looks like I'm out have some blood when I wipe and cramps so think AF has started a day early!! I now have another 4 week wait til ovulation!!!! Good luck to you all still in next one will be cycle 5. If it doesn't work next month and it carries on being every 6 weeks I'm not due to ovulate in May at all!!! It will be beginning of June after next month!!

So sorry @MummyBearBoo af is the worst especially when you’ve waited all of that time 💐 this is cycle 5 for me and I’m due af on Friday, it’s been my non trying cycle and I’ve been quite run down not been relaxed so I’m expecting my period ☹️ but time will tell. If not itllmbe cycle 6 🤪

I'm so close to my goal weight it's getting harder to lose weight still loving the gym tho but last week my body fat mass and body fat was less but I was 1lb heavier so I spoke to one of the trainers he says muscle weighs more than fat so there comes a point where you are heavier as even though you've got less fat you weigh more for a bit as your muscles build up -not that you'd notice looking at me I don't look muscular in the slightest!

So need a bit of help I thought AF started this AM but only had 2 brown spots on my pad all day (sorryTMI) and when I wipe it's pink -I've never really had pink blood before and I'm thinking that as AF isn't due til tomorrow it's probably pre-period spotting I've got the stomach cramps I get with AF I just don't normally get spotting before I bleed - it just normally starts full flow after half a day -does anyone else get pink pre-AF spotting for like a day before AF starts properly!! I am sure it is AF not implantation and my body is probably just trying to piss me off!!! Xx

I do feel better thanks @Scarletrose18 and I do fit in many more of my clothes but my old belt that I wore before DD is also getting a bit big so my waist is definitely thinner but I still don't fit into my old jeans from then coz my hips are bigger think my body has changed to more of a pear shape and I'm not gonna be able to change that no matter how much weight I lose and I still can't lose any more of my mummy pouch coz that is on top of the muscle!!

@mummybearboo I always though IB happens usually alittle before af.How many dpo are you today? That may give you an idea. This is what I found on google:

‘Timing: implantation bleeding usually happens about 10 days after ovulation, while menstruation normally occurs after 14. So pinkish spotting on day 22-25 is more likely to be implantation bleeding than first signs of menstruation (usually around day 26-27).’

Well they say implantation can occur from 7dpo-12dpo even though usually 9/10. Hope you’re just implanting late ✨✨✨✨

AF started properly now finally I knew it would be AF coz I didn't think it had worked this month from the beginning of the 2WW I just had a feeling which meant I was quite chilled - I have really bad stomach cramps now!! On to cycle #5!! Xx

@mummybearboo ah it awful when af shows isn’t it, hope you’ll be enjoying some nice hot bubble baths and acouple of drinks to soften the blow alittle. I’ll be on to cycle 6 if I get af on fri, it’s hard when it goes on so long and I know you have long cycles so it will feel like a long time for you x

@Scarletrose18 thank you I didn't feel as gutted this time coz I felt pessimistic from the start I kinda thought I wouldn't get a BFP the cycle after a CP and I feel like my CP means the 1 in 4 chance starts again if you know jay I mean so this was like month 1 after then hopefully I will get my BFP in one of the next 3 months as it's one in 4 but I know it could take years too which I feel like I don't have coz I'm 35 next!!!
