Anyone else in TWW? I'm 2Dpo and waiting is killing me!

I got a positive opk today. Test line was way darker than the control line so 100% a positive. Been dtd the last two nights and will tonight and weds and Thurs then the waiting game begins. I'm going to be good this month though and not obsess about testing. It made me a bit mad last time. Just going to try and keep busy and distract myself!

fabmaz · 12/02/2019 20:20

Ooh sounds good for you both!! Fingers crossed this is the month 🤞

I'm not due to ovulate until next week but I have the opks ready to hopefully figure out the best time but thinking will also dtd every other day as well haha

ale2992 · 12/02/2019 22:26

@Aria2015 I'm going to try and do the same re tests! I have one which I'm going to hold off and not use until I have to.
Still not positive opk for me, second lines are so faint you can hardly see on most of the tests. Hoping I've just missed the surge or it hasn't happened yet.

@ale2992 I've only got one test left too and it's a cheapy one so don't think it would show up early results anyway as not very sensitive. I figure if i don't buy any more then I won't be tempted! I think I spent over £30 on tests last month! Good luck everyone!

ale2992 · 12/02/2019 23:53

@Aria2015 mines the same, only a cheap one! Definitely going to try and wait this month.
Trying to relax but I am worrying about ovulation as my tests are so faint atm, my apps all have different dates for ovulation so I'm really not 100% and they're all different for when af is due. Dtd anyway regardless of tests or apps so 🤞🏻🤞🏻

@ale2992 try not to worry, my opk was totally negative Monday and then 100% positive Tuesday. No build up of the line, just bam and it was there. Are you testing a couple of times a day?

ale2992 · 13/02/2019 07:48

@Aria2015
Yes when I get up in the morning, when I get home and later in the evening sometimes again after that if I'm up late.

ale2992 · 14/02/2019 20:19

Yes OPKs are getting darker! Almost there

Happy Valentine's day to all

ale2992 · 14/02/2019 23:06

@ale2992 yay! Good luck!

stitchwitch84 · 15/02/2019 19:34

I'm just entering the TWW again, having probably ovulated on VDay! Trying to ignore it for now but it's never really far from the thoughts, is it?!

ale2992 · 16/02/2019 08:32

TWW starts tomorrow again for me, so so hoping this month is my month 🤞🏻

How's everyone doing?
I'm 3dpo and cd20, 2nd cycle after MMC. AF due between 27th-2nd not really sure.
Having the most vivid dreams for the past week and have the worst back pain.

I have a night out planned for Friday and know it's probably still too soon to test then but really unsure what to do re drinking that night?

OP posts:
lizzie198 · 18/02/2019 11:34

@ale2992 I'd do a test anyway but I'm sure someone said on another thread that you are ok still drinking until the egg has fully implanted as it's not connected to your blood supply until then.

I'm feeling absolutely drained today but would only be about 5dpo so way too early to test but not to symptom spot lol 🙈

ale2992 · 18/02/2019 11:39

@lizzie198 I have a test so may just do it to see.

fabmaz · 18/02/2019 18:35

Fingers crossed for you both!

I'm due to ovulate tomorrow so will then be joining the tww team and fingers crossed this is the month for us all 🤞🤞🤞

ale2992 · 18/02/2019 19:13

@fabmaz definitely so want this to be all of our month!

Back joining the tee good luck to you all x

MadisonC · 20/02/2019 19:18

Hi all, hope you're all doing ok!
I have a (potentially silly) question... does anyone know if you can 'feel' anything at just 3-5dpo? I'm feeling cramp similar to period pain, but not as painful, more a heavy feeling in my pelvis. Its probably wishful thinking but after a google search some articles do say this could be implantation. What do you all think? AF due on 4th March so let the tww start again! 🙄

ale2992 · 20/02/2019 19:31

@MadisonC Not speaking from experience but I think for some people it can be normal to feel like that early on

OP posts:
ale2992 · 20/02/2019 23:23

So much for not symptom spotting, I seem to have developed several in the last few hours 😩 dizziness, fatigue, cramps, sore boobs/nipples and they feel massive, also feeling bloated. All of those could be pms I suppose so trying to stay pessimistic.

Morning ladies, also in the TWW (trying for no2, cycle 3). I’m on day 22 of my 27/28 day cycle, 8 days post OV. I tested this morning as I couldn’t wait but only had a standard Boots test. It was a BFN...realistically do you think I’m out for this month or shall I retest with a FRER on Sunday when I’m at 25 days?
Promised myself I wouldn’t test early this month but my boobs are feeling so incredibly sore that I was so certain it would be positive Sad. Thanks for your advice!

MrsP4 · 21/02/2019 07:27

@CamMc I'm 8DPO too, haven't tested yet as I think it's far too early implantation doesn't usually occur until 9DPO your not out yet! The reason I haven't tested is because I keep getting up in the night desperate for a wee and then my FMU is knackered 😂🙈 not really having any symptoms here so feel like I'm out I always think be worst and then anything else is a bonus

ale2992 · 21/02/2019 10:04

So I caved and did a test this morning, bfn but I know it's really early I'm only 6dpo.
Just annoyed at myself now and feel shitty.
Still symptom spotting, feeling sick this morning and I'm exhausted, feeling like I have abit of a cold coming.
