Glad your both ok @Ellikopter @rollerskaterdata I remember the first time of being fed up then my first making me wait an extra 10 days past due date but it won't be long intil you have your babies, no update from me really as AF isn't due for another 9 days so I will see then

Ellikopter · 25/04/2019 11:22

Ellikopter · 03/05/2019 16:42

@Thinkcalmthoughts @Carastarchild @closedcircuit how's everyone getting on ?

mitsi31 · 08/05/2019 19:01

@Ellikopter

Hi going ok fingers crossed AF is a defo no show this weekend.
Been a bit slow and lack of DTD as partners in a new job and was night shift so hard to DTD when hes shattered so hopefully now hes on day shift we should be able to get back on track and plan ahead as last time was in April.
I've no been well over the past week was on amoxicillin for a week sinus infection. Getting back into the healthy eating and gym again seeing as my first fitting for wedding dress is in Oct unless I'm expecting by then. So fingers crossed if not think we will be heading for the docs for a wee check up

Ellikopter · 08/05/2019 19:17

Hi@mitsi31 it's just a waiting game isn't it I'm sure all is well but like you say your partner working late shift doesn't help :( but you've got a wedding to preoccupy you so may provide you with a good distraction :) can't harm to get check ups done regardless xx

rollerskaterdata · 12/05/2019 18:51

Hi all, hope everyone is well? Any updates?

I woke up Saturday early morning around 3am with horrendous lower back pain which I had on and off all day, which was radiating to my front feeling like period pains and upper thigh pain. Was also having some irregular but pretty painful Braxton Hicks contractions too. I called the labour line and the lovely midwife on the other end of the phone said it deffo sounded like early/latent labour but warned me it can start and stop and take a few days or even weeks for a few women before full labour actually starts (I was induced with my first so I have no idea what going into natural labour feels like). And of course by the end of the day everything stopped and I'm actually a lot more disappointed than I thought I would be. I feel like my body is teasing me! Still getting the odd pain but nothing to signal imminent labour, so it's a waiting game now. Never been in this position before so I don't know what to think! Thankfully I have a sweep in a few days at my 38 week appt so I'm hoping my cervix will be favourable for it and it'll encourage along whatever has already started

@rollerskaterdata I really thought that was gonna be a birth announcement, but hopefully it doesn't sound like it's gonna be to long now

Still no update here tho

Ellikopter · 12/05/2019 19:11

@rollerskaterdata sounds good :) I've been scheduled for c section on 23rd May! Xx

rollerskaterdata · 12/05/2019 19:37

@waitingforbaby2 sorry to disappoint 😂 I'm actually so annoyed! Had an hour earlier this evening of more intense lower back pain going round to the front and contractions but again fizzled out. Arrrgghhh!

@Ellikopter it must be so nice to know when baby will arrive! I hope it goes well. This stop/starting nonsense is just driving me crazy now lol

Hi@rollerskaterdata I'm now on maternity leave and struggling sleeping, I keep having pain which comes and goes, I have a feeling she may make an appearance before section haha just think next week I won't be pregnant anymore loll seems odd but I know I'll miss it but yet back end of it has done my head in. Any news @waitingforbaby2

mitsi31 · 15/05/2019 18:44

Well AF showed this evening kinda like really but then again ok with it as I know theres always next time. Need to plan when next to DTD need to check future hubby's shifts lol
I do have a question though

I'm currently taking a folic acid tablet with iron and a vitamin in it plus getting in plenty of fruit veg etc and cut back on caffeine sugary drinks alcohol and basically anything bad and hitting the gym and going for walks
As for future hubby he is going to the gym as well to lose weight and going for walks but it's the diet side of things that's concerning. He doesn't have a good diet wont eat meat except on the odd occasion burgers lol its mainly sausages mac and cheese pizza chips etc so no fruit or veg and its energy drinks when hes working and sugary drinks.
I did buy him well man vitamins to help boost fertility but doesn't like taking them due to taste is there any other vitamins like that he can take or do I just buy him normal muti vitamins?

Ellikopter · 15/05/2019 18:59

@mitsi31 you can buy his and hers conception tablets think it's by seven seas, I never got hubby anything I just took the "trying for a baby" seven seas tablets. But I understand your concern my hubby has a varied diet, you can try them dissolvable vitamins that make a nice drink least then it's less of a chore for him to take x

mitsi31 · 15/05/2019 19:12

As I think these ones have to be taken with a meal so there will be days when that will be hard if hes working etc I'll give the muti vitamins a shot prob taste better lol plus be booking a appointment to see doc soon anyway x

rollerskaterdata · 15/05/2019 19:29

@Ellikopter that's funny I feel the opposite, that I'll be pregnant forever and she's never gonna come out 😂 I'm tired of these last few weeks too!

rollerskaterdata · 15/05/2019 19:35

@mitsi31 is your husband mine? Mine has a horrible diet too 😂 he's allergic to fruit and veg and still manages to have a six pack. Not fair
