So not feeling v positive, but I guess we will just have to wait and see what the LP is like - hoping for 10 days +

Gracie and Rattling, Getting ready for some action ?

nomoremagnolia · 05/07/2007 10:29

Hi girls, not temp for me today, just a hangover!

Gracie14 · 05/07/2007 11:03

Hi everyone,

Thinking - I really should be looking forward to the 'action' shouldn't I!
How about you? Any signs of ovulating yet?

Nappy - You have done the best you can now. Think positive and I'll have everything crossed for you

Question - Not sure if anybody can answer but thought I'd ask anyway. I'm having a smear test tomorrow, do GP's test for cyhlmdia (probly spelt it wrong) if I ask or do I have to have it done elsewhere?

Dudes!!!

Thinking · 05/07/2007 14:30

Gracie, I have not got EWCM yet so no ovulation pending but I am getting more interested in BD, so I know it is coming soon.

What about you ?

Gracie14 · 05/07/2007 14:41

Thinking - I'm the same as you - no EWCM yet although can't say I'm becoming more interested in BD yet so I suppose I'll have to wait and see. All this waiting to ovulate and then the dreaded 2ww and I'm not a very patient person - its driving me mad!

NappyValley · 05/07/2007 14:51

My GP just got me to do a "start of stream" urine test at the surgery for Chlamydia which they have sent off to test.

Hope that helps.

Is this rain EVER going to stop.

Ready - any news on house?

Thinking · 05/07/2007 14:58

NappyValley, No it is NEVER coming to stop raining Well, that is how I feel, I hope I am wrong

Gracie, I am very patient from CD1 until I know I have ovulated and then I am very impatient thoughout the two week wait until I can test and I test far too early.

I wish we had a little test window on our arm and 10 minutes after sex, it indicated pregnant or not pregnant....it would make things so much easier

Gracie14 · 05/07/2007 15:01

Nappy - Thankyou for that - Don't know why I have got it into my head that I could have chlamydia I seem to be thinking that I've got every problem going at the moment so i decided that instead of constantly worrying about it to ask about the test tomorrow so we will see what happens.

Gracie14 · 05/07/2007 15:04

Thinking - That would be a great idea but nothing is ever that easy.

I think we might be early testers together then because I can't stop myself either

Thinking · 05/07/2007 15:53

Cool, we can be test buddies...when do you start testing ? I usually start at 7DPO...I know far too early.

nappyvalley - hey, I am a waffler too, so don't worry you are in good company. No news on the house yet... fingers crossed soon.

nomoremagnolia - hangover you say? oh yeah - you been partying?

Tempers - big hugs to all. Fingers crossed

duchesse · 05/07/2007 17:38

In know, Ready, I know. every single bleddy day for the last six weeks, and most days for the last 8. Beyond a joke, that's what this is. Call this a summer?

OP posts:
Ready · 05/07/2007 17:48

I know!! obviously it's worse for the people that are flooded. Thankfully I am not. But I want to see the sun, a blue sky, and to not have to have my laundry drying in the kitchen!

MrsMcJnr · 05/07/2007 18:26

Hello ladies

Nomoremagnolia ? I?m good thanks, had 1st obstetric appointment today. All fine with me but didn?t get any updates on the nipper decided to get a Nuchal fold scan done (have to go private to get one up here - £190!!!! ) so I?ll hopefully see a healthy bean in a weeks time which will be nice as it seems an age between my 8 week scan and my dating scan on 20/7 when I?ll be 14+3. I?m 12+2 today (and that +2 means so much ) how are you hon? Getting the hang of temping?

Hope no-one minds me saying that on the temping thread, I don?t want to upset anyone

Hey Rahrah I hope you get that place and a special bean soon

Hello Nappy hello Gracie (think Chlamydia is a separate ? pee test?) hello Duchesse , hello Ready , hello Minxi

Welcome all the Newbies to the obsession of temping ? hope it speeds up the conception process for you!

Morning all,

Thinking - yep pretty much the same as you if not before 7dpo, I'm hoping that temping will stop me from doing that so that if the temp drops it will mean AF is on its way, but I doubt it

MrsMc - Lovely to hear from you and glad everything is going so well

Everybody else hi - lets hope the rain stops today and we have a bit of sun to make everybody smile

I am so fed up.

RahRah1 · 06/07/2007 12:26

Howdy peeps...

Hope everyone is well...

Not sure on the temp front Dutchess, but could be a fluctuation in temps, which happens or an ovulation dip, as you are on CD12. I noticed when a couple of the others got their BFP they got a temp dip around the day of their period being due and then their temp shot up to around 36.7... Not that I scrutinized their stats looking for clues!

My temp is definitely up so I have ovulated about 3/4 days ago... so on my 2ww.

Hi MrsMcJ, cant beleive you are past the 12 week mark already, that is fantastic. I think i would go for a private Nuchal fold scan when I get pregnant next, so I can avoid the blood test, which is very stressful. If the blood test throws you into high risk then they suggest an anmio - which we would not go for and it all happens between 16-20 weeks, which is so late on in a pregnancy. Therefore I would go for it and bugger the cost. Plus like you said you get to see your little Bean.. Our scan at 12 weeks was so strange, he really did look like a little bean with a big head. But then we had another scan after that one at 18 weeks and he had changed so much and looked like a perfect tiny baby... its amazing the change they go through!

Hi to everyone else.. going out with some friends tonight, so expect a hangover tomorrow!
