May Bus

I know a few people will unfortunately be joining me eventually so I figured I'd get this bus going.
My cycles are crazy and averaging 60 days and I don't think I've ovulated yet so I'm out for April.

Age: 27
TTC: #1
Cycle: #4 (month 8)
CD: #25

Not holding much hope for conception at the moment but I've got to wait until August anyway.
Such an optimistic person to start the new bus!

@sauvblanc21 I haven’t tested yet but only because I have a 24 day cycle and don’t tend to ovulate til cd15 or 16 so it’s not really a 2ww but I have a feeling I’ll give in tomorrow even though I’m pretty sure this cycle will be a miss due to being ill and not dtd enough at the right time.

sauvblanc21 my DD is nearly two. All feels quite different this time round!

Have the weirdest premenstrual symptom today, never felt it before, not the usual cramping but like a pain in my womb or that area anyway, don’t know how to describe it l, not a stabbing pain or a cramp but it was enough to make me stop what I was doing and notice it. Happened a couple of times but then nothing since, weird!

@ClumsyFool I had something similar this cycle too, combined with on off butterfly/twitchy sensations. Convinced myself they were 2ww symptoms (even though I know better!) but a bf yesterday (3days before AF due) and got a really crappy feeling that she will show up on time this weelend.

I’m a bit late to the temping conversation but I’m a convert - took me a while but I’ve managed it every day for about three months now. DH finds it a bit annoying as my alarm goes off at 6.30am on the weekends but it’s super quick to take my temperature and then back off to the land of zeds. I really struggled with opks (and they cost loads) but with temping I see a very definite dip then rise to show ovulation and then my temp stays high till the end of my cycle. So far the temp dip has been spot on for predicting AF - she’s turned up same day each time.

I think mine is just a Boots own brand thermometer, nothing fancy.

My thermometer is one of the cheap ones and sometimes it doesn't work which is annoying when I wake up early but I'm going boots this weekend for make up and pre seed so I'll take a look

Temping isn't easy, and not sure how accurate mine is as I'm also up in the night and waking up fair bit. But I did opks as well and it's all going as it should so far. Let's hope temp stays high for us and we get those bfp's.

Mine is a cheap one from amazon, and really old now. But seems to still work ok.

I just woke up and checked my temperature for the first time... I know it’s silly but I got quite excited! 😉

I’m going to commit to a whole month of temping next cycle then! It’s gone up slightly today (9dpo) but as per usual I’ve already started spotting 😫

@Spottyyellowdress oh dear, sorry that AF is on her way. It’s so difficult isn’t it? Although could it be IB? Fx for you. I’m about 3-4dpo now and I don’t have much hope for this month as I got thrush 2 days ago so couldn’t carry on dbd-ing. ☹️ I am holding onto the tiniest bit of hope that it might be a symptom. But I reckon I’ll see you on the June bus. X

@babybeany It could be, but this happens every month - 8/9dpo spotting starts, stops around 12dpo, AF 14dpo. I’d be really surprised if it was. Had a day 21 blood test yesterday so maybe that’ll get to the bottom of it.

Fingers crossed that you’ve managed it still...plenty of chance it’s already happened! This whole thing is really bloody hard work isn’t it?!

Well that's me out, started spotting last night thought AF would be here in all her glory this morning but still spotting. Sorry to here others have af arriving too

@Spottyyellowdress it’s just so disheartening at the end of each month. My boyfriend hates it too as I generally just cry! Oh well, at least sex is fun! 😊 X

Hi ladies, ive had no symptoms that arent pre pms and my cycles a bit odd and normally a few days over. Ive had 2 chemicals in the last two months aswell. Been using amazon cheapies and had nothing but squinters so tried my last first response rapid results and got this! Am i seeing things?!

Hi everyone!

I abandoned the bus for this month as I was going crazy and also going on holiday! Holiday was during FW, so we went for it and DTD every single day. It was also very sunshiney.

I am now back, as I'm due AF on Saturday/Sunday and currently in full testing/symptom spotting madness. I may have had a squinter of a line this morning on a crap blue dye test. My boobs are not fucking killing me as they usually would be this time of the month. I am not a grumpy weepy cow bag as I usually would be.

However, as we all know, odd symptoms mean nooooottttttthing.

AF due today so will see what happens, weirdly the last 2 months it’s even arrived at pretty much the same time of day, I was on my break both times and felt a cramp and felt like I’d started, went to the loo and I had, around this time of day.
Think I’m 10dpo but not certain as I didn’t temp or use opk this month, just going on when I felt like I had ovulation pains.

@stegosauruslady your holiday sounds wonderful! And FX that squinters gets a bit clear!!! I'm sat here at 6 DPO wondering why I feel so normal 😂 last month I was irritable and wearing a sports bra to bed at night...probably means nothing

Ok so I had a negative frer this morning but I have no control and took another. I've not been since 6am this morning.
