March bus - bfp’s welcome.

AF arrived today so I am now hoping for a March bfp.
This is cycle 6, ttc #2. Aged 32.

Never started a thread before, so hopefully you will join & we can symptom spot together!

Rant away no judgement here! So many of my friends are pregnant/have had their babies already. It's hard not to be jealous. Lol defuzzing something else us women have to do and the men don't bother! Lol. Will have to do a major defuzz from winter hibernation lol. Perhaps should getcsome nice underwear too to make the effort lol. Has anyone tried pressed? Or conception friendly lubricant? Reviews are very good, not sure what to think. X

Hi everyone, I'd like to join. First cycle post mc. Started TTC Jan last year. I'll be 35 soon!

Have no idea what stage of my cycle I am obvs. I have pcos so they were irregular anyway. Average 32 day cycle.

I'm on Vit D and prescription dose folic acid (just more of it for curvy girls), I have metformin and inofolic sachets for the pcos, I am also thinking of Vit B12 as mumsnet article says it is good for implantation and I'm a vegetarian so could prolly do with more.

Emotions a bit all over the place but I want to get on! Gonna opk and maybe bbt.

@Star88 smep = sperm meets egg plan. You can Google it but it's also a thread on here basically it's a plan for sex on specific days. Every other day until positive opk then 3 days in a row, skip a day then once more then wait till af due to test xx

What day does CD1 officially start - when you get the early signs of af (spotting etc) or when af appears in all it’s glory??

I'm ok. BD yesterday. I have no idea what part of my cycle I'm in.

Nothing to report here, AF is slowly disappearing, but doubt I will start testing for another week!

Starting to dtd eod tomorrow. No idea when I'm due to ovulate so I guess I'll just keep going until the end!

Yeah wondering whether to bother with opks this month but I like to know I can do something to help me get pregnant

@Woody096 yeah there has been a resurgence for a grapefruit thread on here as some girls reporting it helps with cm which in turn helps the swimmers and it's been quite successful for a few ladies

Nothing to report here CD 4, will have AF for another few days then the joys of a smear test on CD11

Yikes. I think I'm going to have to call in reinforcements! I'm not having much luck with my....lubrication at the minute. We dtd last night and it was really uncomfortable for me, I felt like the Sahara desert lol. We ended up using our non ttc lube because I was mortified!

I thinking of getting some pre seed - is it really safe to use? I don't want to kill off the little guys but I'm getting sick of the performance anxiety!

CD 26 but am pretty sure AF is on its way, as I only came off the Combined Pill just over a month ago and the OPKs I've used (just cheap ones off Amazon) suggest that I didn't ovulate at all during the week predicted by my trusty app.

That's a very long sentence - sorry.
Anyway, I think the painters and decorators are on their way.

On a plus note, one unexpected side-effect of coming off the Pill has been that I've actually got something a bit like a sex drive back. Which is just as well, innit?

I’m CD8 and I’m meant to be temping but completely forgot this morning! Ah well. My temp is so low at the moment that it won’t matter too much (hopefully).

I ordered some maca root last week, which is due to arrive tomorrow. I’ve heard good things about it so I’m hopeful it’ll work for us.

@Countrygirl94 yeah opks are good because they help you spot ovulation but they can become obsessive

@LookingAtTheStars89 yikes! I'm wanting to dtd tonight cd7 but I am going to be so dry as well! I've never used preseed but I'm going to have a glass of grapefruit tonight which hoping helps

@DoAsDreamersDo I have also ordered maca root for the husband, will report back. @Oakcrescent4 it is such a rollercoaster!

I haven't tried preseed but have bought some TTC lubricant to try from amazon. It's called conceive plus.

Hopping off the February bus and hopping on the March bus as AF arrived today.

My stats are:

Age 33 (almost 34!)
TTC #1
Cycle 4
Af/BFP due between 7th and 13th March.....

Was using OPKs but think they are stressing me out more so just planning to dtd every other day throughout this cycle !

@Countrygirl94. I was using CB OPKs. First month of trying them I never got a peak. Second month I got my peak but nothing since. Fed up poas when it isn’t really helping pinpoint ovulation anyway. So dtd eod seems a lot more simplistic....if not a little tiring. Especially as my cycles are quite long!

Pretty sure it's not happened for me this month. AF due on Friday but feel she may arrive early.
