March bus - bfp’s welcome.

AF arrived today so I am now hoping for a March bfp.
This is cycle 6, ttc #2. Aged 32.

Never started a thread before, so hopefully you will join & we can symptom spot together!

@DreamyCat sorry I missed your post.... It's truly shit isn't it but sending hugs. I bled once last month after dtd but I realised I was quite close to af

@Cammy30 good plan. I don't tell dh when I'm testing or when I'm using opks I basically just gently encourage when I want to dtd hehe

Thanks for replying. Yeah I looked it up online and it said all sorts of horrible things like cancer but it also said it could just be a minor abrasion from (ahem) over-enthusiasm. Let's hope it's the latter.

I am finding this TTC harder going than expected and that combined with hating my job and the bleeding last night has got me down. I will pick myself up though, I always do.

Right I know symptom spotting before implantation is absolutely ridiculous, but I'm 5dpo and have been so thirsty today! Woke up three times overnight to have a drink and then have had to keep filling up my glass today. Is this influenced by progesterone in the luteal phase?

No luck this morning or tonight @Owlpatrol I'm gutted. It's so in his head that he can't stop thinking about it!

Can I join? 2dpo cycle 6 trying again since our ectopic in June fingers crossed this is our month ladies 🤞

@Cammy30 Maybe you could try playing hard to get? Act like you're not bothered/having second thoughts and maybe he'll come running to DTD?

Haha not at all @BeachYogi 🙈🙈 I may have just given him a cranberry extract tablet and told him google says it helps.....let's test this placebo effect nonsense! Will report back tomorrow

@beachyogi googling symptoms always comes up with the worst. I’ve had the same problem before quite a few times, I use to panic too.
If worried see your doctor I did and they checked me and did tests and found nothing wrong. Try not worry.

I’m on CD 19 now, feeling really down past few days. Just have a feeling this month isn’t my month. Trying not to lose faith as know still got another 11 days till af arrives

@Cammy30 My DP got like that at the start! Try not to worry as it doesn't last long 😊 just try not to go on at him. DTD should be a natural thing and shouldn't be turned into a ritual and scheduled IMO! the less you think about it, the more you will probably DTD

I'm on day 16 and just got my 6th flashing smiley on the opk. Was hoping for a solid smiley by now but as I normally get my LH surge on day 20/21 of a 30 day cycle I probably shouldn't get my hopes up...

I remember the 'routine DTD' thing. It sucks. In my case it was more to do with my exP being generally unenthusiastic about - well, everything!

DP is currently pretty enthusiastic. We will see how it goes if I am still on a bus in the summer though! FW next week for me, hormones are already raging here, I can't get enough of him...must try not to tire the poor boy out too much before I ovulate

Thank you @xLauraa ! I've been so nice to him but when he leaves the house or goes into another room I have a little frustrated cry! Once every 4 attempts he's totally fine and we DTD but it's absolutely tearing him apart when he can't. It's such a mental thing that neither of us have experienced before. I just wish I could help him, hate seeing him so down about it. Xo

@Cammy30 aw hun I reallly can sympathise 💗 it is an awful thing to be having to deal with ! When he 'cant' , as hard and frustrating as it is you've just got to be as positive and 'normal' as possible .... go into another room and have your little cry (that's what I did, it's uncontrollable).
Maybe in a few days you both sit and have a proper chat about it and express your feelings about it to one another and I'm sure you will work something out!
Like I say it won't be like that forever, TMI but my man was like it for a few weeks but now he understands more about TTC and timings etc he just doesn't think about it and just DTD all the time as that's what is normal for us.

Hopping on this bus after a strange cycle last month & this month. No AF in December until 26th Jan, AF arrived today so I've literally had 2 weeks of no AF instead of my standard 28 days.

BFP due: possibly 20th March?

@xLauraa looks good when are you due? I haven't charged this month as wanted a small break so just been using opks! Hasn't worked still worrying and symptom spotting like mad x

@xLauraa I had a faint positive from 11dpo with FMU in my last pregnancy! Do the test tomorrow... to satisfy my POAS addiction 😅 have you got any symptoms?

I have extremelyyyyyy sore boobs, but I get that before AF every month😣 other than that I feel nothing! No other pre AF symptoms either which is strange for me but I guess it doesn't mean much
