I believe I'm 2dpo so still got a while to go!

BFP/AF due 17/12

It’s harder for men to understand. They do their job during FW and can then forget about it until it’s test time. I’ve lost it at DH recently because it feels like he doesn’t give a shit.

You never know. People who are close to you might be TTC. But it’s one of those things nobody talks about!

@owlpatrol fingers crossed for you this month! I don’t think they get that there is a certain time to DTD and that’s it! This month DH was poorly for most of the crucial time so we will be very lucky to get a BFP.. first even worse cos I did ovulation tests for the first time. He felt pressured with that though cos he spied the test ugh

Phantom hormone symptoms are the worst. I had so many last month I was convinced it was happening and my period was late too... it arrived eventually though boo!!

Going to try and sneak a FRER in 10 dpo on Christmas Day! I'm away until the 27th after that so it will force me to wait a few days before retesting if it's a BFN!

I have just done a FRER (11dpo FMU) and at first glance there is no second line, but if I hold my phone flashlight behind it there’s defo something... of course that means I can’t take a picture 🙄

So I have no idea. I guess I wait til tomorrow and try the other FRER?!

@dingdongdigeridoo I don’t know how they can just switch off though! I guess cos they aren’t noticing possible symptoms.. who knows! We have been trying for a few months and at the beginning DH spoke about it all the time but this month he’s different. Have you spoken to your DH about how you feel?

I'm 8dpo today and had a big drop in my bbt (still above cover line) praying it's an implantation dip. I'm testing on 23rd which is DP Birthday . Af due Christmas Day. I'm rubbish at checking CM as I find it difficult to identify the difference .. I feel a little less crazy this 2ww but think that's due to not spending as much time on these threads. Next few days my crazy levels will rise tho . Good luck to everyone x

Hi guys I need help I got a very faint BFP 10dpo can anyone else see it? Or am I imagining it I am so scared as I had an MC last month 😔😔

Helen290 i can see a 2nd line. Congratulations!! Maybe wait a couple of days and do another test?

It is a bit frustrating with dh, i think it's completely different for them.

Am i being absolutely ridiculous to be considering poas at 8dpo? That will be on Saturday and my original plan for this cycle was to do it then before my works xmas party but i ov'd later this cycle so will only be 8 instead of 11dpo

@Merrz thank you I am just so scared and praying 🙏🏻 this one will stick I had an MC last month and a chemical back in August, spoke to fertility and they have told me to wait till Saturday to test again but in some ways I'm so scared I wanna wait till after Christmas I really don't want that to be ruined 😔.

I had negative up till dpo10 so I would wait hun it's hard in some ways I wish I didn't test early cause as soon as you see that line you start planning etc.

The only weird thing this time is my skin is amazing I struggle Massively with spots and last pregnancy they were awful this time amazing which is nice lol.

Quick question tho how much caffeine do you drink? I drink one cup in the morning and two very weak green teas is this too much??

I'm doing about the same as you, still have my morning cup of coffee then green tea in the afternoon and a decaff coffee in the evening. I think NHS recommend no more than 200mg/day which is like 2 cups of coffee and there's not much caffeine in green tea so think you're fine.

Just googled lol, average cup of Green tea has 35mg of Caffeine, so 1 cup of coffee and 2 cups of green tea is taking you to about 170mg/day but if you're green tea is very weak it'll be less so you're definitely not having too much

Just need some more advice do you think I should tell my husband about the faint line? or wait till it's a stronger line, he didn't want me to test early after the MC but you know what its like in the 2ww logic goes out the window lol 😂

@Helen290 maybe you could text again in few days and tell him on Christmas morning? If you can keep it to yourself that long

If i got a bfp now that's def what i'd be doing, tell him xmas day or eve, what a lovely memory for xmas! Also saves you getting into trouble for testing early

Hey @Helen290 I’m in the same boat. I’m so anxious this time after getting my BFP on Friday. I’ve MCd twice this year and it’s so hard.
I’m also trying to hold off telling my husband until Xmas eve but I’m finding it difficult as I keep nearly spilling the beans. I’ve just told my Dentist just so I could offload the news onto another person

@Allcrossed I ended up telling my hubby I couldn't not lol, but it's so hard to not worry isn't it? I am planning on testing again Friday to see if the lines darker then leave it till the following week.
But that will be a lovely surprise for your partner when you tell him, two MC's one was hard 😔 I'm so sorry to hear that.
I just worry I want ever relax if it does stick and just worry the whole pregnancy 😔. X
