I guess so Fruitful, its hard not to feel disappointed though, as i thought he was into it as much as me. Hopefully I'm already pg and he can't change his mind!!!! I know i'm not giving up now anyway. Off to bd soon!

I don't think it becomes real for men till they hold the baby. while we tend to get emotionally involved before its even conceived.

Still, my reaction to that kind of convo would def be "WHAT? Don't be so silly" rather than taking what he said seriously!

Did he expect it to happen straight away? Is he maybe disappointed too?

Also off to bed, since I suspect it my turn to get up in the morning!

No, he's not disappointed, he said he expected it would take up to a year to happen, as i've been on the pill continuously since i was 16 and I'm now 28! I think he just thinks that we're going to become tired and irritable and wont have time for each other . I hate the thought of that, but i'm 100% committed to giving effort to both of them.... aarrrgghhhh! Conscience go away!

Fruitful-my ds2 had chickenpox at 11 weeks-caught from his older brother.he was fine re curtains-have you tried toys r us?

Waitingforbambino- yeah i think we all get a bit tired of all the sex 'for a reason'!you sounded a bit are you ok?i find sometimes men don't say what they really mean IYKWIM?they also feel pushed out at pregnancy/baby time.my dp remembers vividly when ds2 was a couple of days old,we went for a walk round town (small,everyone knows everyone) and everyone kept asking after me and baby-he felt he wasn't being noticed-it was his baby too.they are a bit silly sometimes!keep trying though!

i got woken up at 6.30am by ds's knocking on their bedroom door to be let out!! i'm off kiddie clothes shopping today, yay!

No AF here, now CD36, period a week late!and BFN! (and i am fine with this BTW)

Right.. some good news for me My consultnat just telephoned me How absolutely lovely of her to call me on the weekend from home. Feel very guilty for feeling so ggrr when i didnt get to speak to her on Thursday. She has said for me to start provera.. going to time it to take on Tuesday 17/4 so start AF on the following Monday 23/4. Start clomid at 100mg on CD2, scan around cd8-14 and blood on cd21. Asked her loads of questions like should i chart/temp, use preseed etc and she told me no. She said I should just try not to think about all that and avoid the internet . THink I might move over to May thread v soon as def no BFP for me this month me thinks. Will also try to stop obsessing.. (hard tho). Sorry for long post but feel like a weight has been lifted as I no know the 'plan of action' iykwim.

Told DP and he is just bloody lovely too .. just feeling happy (sunshine helps - what a gorgeaus day!!)

Awen - so glad your doc phoned. At least you know what you're doing now and you can start a fresh again. I know that dosen't really help as we all want to be PG now, but you can relax a little now I hope. ((((hugs))))

Cheers flower! I think a visit to the GP next week is on the cards. Not going to wait until the month is out. It's not normal for me. Apart from missing january's AF I have only ever missed when I was expecting DS, so there is obviously something going on! I know i've got a lot going on now but january there no stress!! Buggered up body i rekon!!

Its a lovely sunny day here we are taking ds to the park when he wakes up. I have been feeling a bit sickly the past 2 days,i just cant wait to reach 12 weeks and get my scan im terrified something will go wrong

Scorpio - I only usually dream I am pg when I am... are you sure you are not just too early to test?? You didn't get BFPs until later with your DSs did you? My DH is also working today but hopefully not too late. He is also working tomorrow, grr...
Greasy spotty forehead has now cleared up! Usually get it about 2 weeks before AF and then am stuck looking like have not washed my fringe until the painters arrive... Not sure why it has gone, maybe wrong about ov last week but do have other symptoms I get 7-10 days before AF so will just have to wait and see.
