Afternoon all!

Not many of us left. Have been away from a computer for a bit and am so see to see many of us go. Sorry to hear about all the AFs. I was convinced that you were all pg. I shall miss you all - Scorpio1, come over to this thread and flash your bag now and then.

Congratulations Beckle, excellent news - look after yourself, hope all goes well.

I may join May thread ifit all goes queit. I'm due today if normal but last cycle was 6 days late! no sign yet. I had cramps on 9 and 10 dpo and have been feeling a little sicky in morning and late night but I'm sure I was the same last month and nothing. Not testing till Weds at EARLIEST (she says). DH out of the country so you're the only ones who know.

Lexie100, Anniemac, waiting4bambino, tigerschick and anyone else. Its not over till the fat AF sings. Fingers crossed. everyone.

Hi all. I'm off to the May thread too. Dh is pleased as didn't want baby to have a "Christmas birthday". I pointed out that with my record I could conceive in either of the next 2 months and still have a Christmas baby!

Not too distressed as I have a whole house to paint and can't imagine painting with early-pg exhaustion. But I am going to get pg next month () so that gives me about 6 weeks to do the painting! Deadlines always help ...

Lexie100 · 22/04/2007 16:13

Morning all. Still no AF - 5 days late. Bought some clear blue tests of the web so should arrive by Tue and test wed am, if AF still not here.

Anniemac - I'm not sure how it works for those of us with short DPO i think we may have to wait a little longer for the HCG to rise than our missed AF.
Having been stressing about being late and getting BFN i read up and found that the HCG is only detectable in Urine around 11-12 days after CONCEPTION.
I tested 11DPO and got as BFN (with sensitive test). You maybe ok but don't waste good tests.

Morning Ladies.

Anniemac - any sign? Fingers crossed that your af stays away. I don't know about cramping but it seems a lot of people on here get it at some point either before or during their af, you could just be one of the 'lucky' ones - sorry.

Lexi - the link didn't work because you have to put a \ and a word you want us to click on at the end of the web address but before the } - HTH

Hope everyone () had a good weekend.

Bbabymumma · 23/04/2007 09:49

Morning whats left of the lovely April thread.

How is everyone - any news today? I am now a day late but my cycle has been a little all over the place. We'll see.

Anniemac did she arrive?

My dd was watching Bod the other day and I realised the lady character was called AF which made me laugh alot. How very childish.

Lexie100 I am getting clearblue tests for tues/weds as well. Fingers crossed. I am containing any hopes of being pg.

Fruitful good luck - may see you in May.

Tigerschick how are you? When is AF due for you?

hmmm - good luck, let us know. My cycle has been all over the place since dd too. Quite annoying. See if you can speak to gp about it?

morning all. No AF which means i'm 6 days late. Have horiffic back ache and boobs not their usual self so feeling really confident. I have never been longer than 10DPO and now on 16. I think i am now 14 days past conception, on conservative estimate, so will test as soon as tests get here.

Tiger - technology baffles me!

Bbabymumma · 23/04/2007 10:52

Very exciting Lexie100! I have very very slight nausea in morning and before I go to bed but boobs are feeling normal unless I push them hard (why would I want too!?). My body is very good at faking pg though.

Looking forward to your testing - but not mine!

BM - sounds like we'll be testing on the same day! I'm actually really nervous about doing it just incase i get another BFN. I think that's why i have waited so long!

Anniemac - i hope she stays away.

Bbabymumma · 23/04/2007 12:13

You last tested on Saturday? I got a BFN for ages with my dd if that helps. This bit is the worse bit I think. You feel like you are going mad imagining things. I'll be glad either way when its over. If its a BFN I hope AF arrives quickly so I can indulge in a nice bottle of wine and loads of pate.

Am on knickerwatch just in case. Remembered not to wear black ones today!

tigerschick · 23/04/2007 12:18

Well, fingers crossed for you all. It's getting exciting again after a week or so of disappointments I hope we get a few more bfps around here!

Bbabymumma - My af shows up every now and then with little or no warning, hangs around for any where between 5 and 14+ days then buggers off for a few months again. She was last here in January, so it's anyone's guess when she'll show her face again. I'm just mooching along waiting for a scan to see if there is a reason why she's so unpredictable. It's good in as much as I don't have many periods, but bad as it means I have less chances of getting pg. Also it's a pain to be so unpredictable!

Bbabymumma · 23/04/2007 12:26

How very rude of her! Am sorry to hear that your AF is like that. Do you have a scan booked to see whats going on? Is it a long wait? Has it always been like that? I had a friend who had a similar problem at College and we were always jealous of her lack of AF's. I now realise what a mixed blessing it was.

Am going to have to run to the loo. Something is going on down there.....

tigerschick · 23/04/2007 12:29

Yes, it's always been like that tho, as a teenager I 'controlled' it with the pill. I went to the doctor about 3 weeks ago adn he said he'd sort me out a scan and it'd be about 4 weeks so it should be some time next week - I'm just waiting to hear. I've also had some blood taken.

Hope that's not your af showing up ... ?

Bbabymumma · 23/04/2007 12:39

That was close - phheww! No, just cm. Gross sorry.

Do chase the doctors if it goes over the 4 weeks. They are very good at being useless (apologies for generalising if any good gps are out there).

tigerschick · 23/04/2007 12:41

Got it (I typed that as "go tit" first ) in my diary to chase them up at 4 weeks. Hopefully won't get that far, they are pretty good at our surgery.

Glad it wasn't af.

Ambi · 23/04/2007 13:55

Anniemac when did the cramps start? Could it be implantation pains? I had funny cramps at 9 and 10 dpo as well but they appear to have passed. Is it true tests don't normally show a +ve till 10dpo? I might be wrong.

At least AF has not arrive yet.
