I'm nervous/excited

AF due anywhere between Tuesday and Friday.. All being well and she doesn't show, I'll probably test next Saturday or Sunday.

Anyone else counting down the next week?

Funny you should say that @EllieBluebells I've never had spotting before either but that must be what it was yesterday - have woken up this more expecting full blown AF, and nothing! Do I just expect my period today? This will be CD30.

I'm itching to test but no it's early and don't want a BFN when I'll question it until I'm at day 28. Hopefully this could be it for you BabiesOnTheBrain1 are you going to test? I'd usually be the same expecting full flown AF & now I'm just waiting 😰

Hi @EllieBluebells I'm out, AF is definitely here I done a test on Tuesday night which was BFN so have been expecting her! Was quite glad I tested tbh, was having some symptoms that I'd hoped meant I'd fell this month, but then when I tested I was relieved to know I was just waiting for AF. Think I'd have gone mad waiting an extra couple of days only for her to show up!

Hi ladies, boo to af arriving babies but still go about your cycle lengths.

I'm still hanging in by a thread on cd30. I'm spotting but no af yet. I've actually just used a tampon to stop knicker watch! I fully expected her to be here when I woke up but I'm sure she'll be here by the end of the day.

How is everyone else doing?

I'm 10 dpo today, feel fine. No spotting, tiny bit of cramping earlier but not much! I have quite a lot of CM today but other than that nothing much to report!

I'm 10dpo today too happy. I haven't really had any symptoms either other than sickness a few days ago but I'm putting that down to a bug now. No sore boobs or anything so I already reckon I'm out xx

Yep babies she is always here by now but I still think she could arrive today as my spotting seems more reddish than my normal spotting (sorry probs tmi!).

Is it tomorrow your tests are due to arrive Betsy? I never have spotting prior to af, is it normal for you?! Maybe it's a good sign?!

I've just joined and even if AF arrives tomorrow (although spotting on and off has stopped and other symptoms not here yet 🤞🏼) as expected then I'm glad I will have a large network of people who I can share everyday of these cycles with especially the TWW! Good luck to everyone waiting to test this weekend and to everyone else waiting to try again 💜

Ellie hopefully we all see a blazing BFP this week but if not, same place next month?! I've not used this board much before but I needed some moral support this month and you guys have all been great.

Littlemiss yeah I'm a spotter ! It's been different this month as it usually turns straight into af but this month it stopped for two days and has now come back. Total confusion! The tests should come tomorrow but I'm going to have to get DH to hide them if af comes as I don't think I'll be able to cope with having tests in the house or I'll test early next month.

Nooooooo Happy! Tell yourself it will be better to see a nice clear line than risk getting a squinter and not really being in any better position. HCG rises so fast in early pregnancy that a day or two makes all the difference.

I'm out . My spotting has increased to bright red. Totally gutted but I've had a week of confusion so actually nice to know and move on. I'm going to get an appointment with the gynae that I've previously seen to see if we can investigate my spotting a little more so I feel like I'm doing something.

Awww betsy that's rubbish AF made her appearance! Like you said it's good you can move on to next cycle though! Good plan going to see your gyne about your spotting though, if deffo helps to feel like you are doing something and hopefully they should give you some advice and put your mind at rest.

I know I keep flipping from having overwhelming urges to test to deciding I'm gonna wait until Monday when AF is actually due!! I do know I'm better to wait though....not sure I'll make it until Monday but I will try not to cave in the morning. Saturday will be 12 dpo so should hopefully give a fairly accurate reading.

I have it in my head I will wait until AF is 2 days late before I test but I think the way things are going I may cave before that!

Try to wait until Monday Happy. After my bfn at 12dpo this month I read about ladies who didn't get their bfp until later. Obvs mine was a true bfn but better not to put yourself through it until you know it would show up. I've kept putting off my appt thinking the next month will be the lucky one so I've called them straightaway and I do feel better. It's on 1st August so not too long to wait.

Murree you can do it! Do you have any tests at home? If not then don't buy any until you're due and then you don't have the temptation.

Ah Happy I should have mentioned that I've seen a gynae privately as I am an impatient person . Not sure I'd get in that quick on the NHS (nothing agains the NHS - I've lived in the US for bit and it made me appreciate our health service sooooooo much).
