Hello ladies! So we're currently trying for baby #2. Came off implant in december. AF showed 1st February then again 30th March. My friend suggested the app Flo. According to the app if im regular i should have ovulated around 12th. We DTD every other day from AF finishing. Now im having mild cramps in lower belly. (I think its in my head though!) Just got to enjoy the 2ww (yayy)
Anyone else ttc and their brain finding symptoms everywhere?

Hubby said hes willing to keep trying but defo doesnt want to do the opk's or temping. He thinks it's obsessive (i guess hes right).
Fingers crossed for us. Have no idea when ill be ovulating as it seems im in for long cycles so far, but will see!!

@hopingforabfp I'm 3dpo. When's your AF due and when do you plan to POAS. Sorry for the barrage of questions but how did you determine when you ovulated?

Hi fifteen I am also 3 dpo today! AF is due on the 29th and OVIA tells me to test on the 26th so I'm going to try to hold on until the day AF is due so I don't waste tests. I doubt that will happen though lol! This month I used the clearblue dual hormone ovulation tests to track my ovulation so I think that it was pretty accurate! Xx

Hi everyone, sorry for crashing into the thread so late with a question but something weird happened yesterday and I'm hoping someone has some advice...I'm 7 dpo and for various reasons only dtd once in my fertile window.

Yesterday I went to the loo and noticed so pinky discharge which developed into some very mild cramps and bright red blood, not a huge amount, probably the amount I'd get to to start using sanpro on day 1 of my period. But then it stopped and so far hasn't restarted.

This has never happened before my cycle is 28 days and can be timed to the hour....it couldn't be implantation bleeding...could it???

@hopingforabfp my app says I should test on the 29th and that I ovulated on the 14th. This was my first month of using OPKs, I had a very visible LH surge this Sunday gone and then cramping on one side this Monday. So I'm not actually sure when I ovulated but it will have been somewhere between 14th and 16th. How good are you at holding out for as long as possible before POAS? I generally fold at about 9dpo but this time at wanting to wait until 30th - the day after AFs due.

I'm really hoping for a BFP for us both this month. How long have you been trying for? This is now my fourth month although judging by my OPK results I think my app has been off and I haven't been focusing on the right days. I'd gladly BD every other night but this isn't feasible for us as my DP and I don't live together.

fifteen it is also my first month of using OPKs. I generally am pretty good at holding out sometimes I crumble if I 'feel pregnant' but if not I try to forget about it before AF is due. Although that's hard!

I hope we both get our BFP too this month! This is also my fourth month of trying and ovia has been telling me I ovulate on day 25 by guessing. This month I ovulated on day 19-20 so I think I am also missing it xx

@hopingforabfp how are you doing? I've a fifteen year old daughter and from what I remember of that pregnancy the biggest give away for me is really sore boobs. My boobs don't feel sore at all. Therefore no symptoms of pregnancy so far.

I'm thinking of testing on Saturday when I'll be between 11 and 12 dpo. But only if my boobs are sore.

I'm going away from Saturday for about 10 days without DP and couldn't bare finding out I was pregnant whilst I'm away and not able to tell him.

@Fifteenyearslater I am currently 9dpo. Sunday night I had quite a few cramps and sore boobs But that could be due to trying to wean DD off the breast and them filling up with milk. I also had diarrhea that night which was strange because I never get that really and it was only once so it wasn't a bug. felt quite nauseous yesterday when I was on the bus and very hungry! Feeling quite emotional this morning and weepy, also woke up nauseous. Haven't had any IB though although I did have cramps all day on and off on the Sunday.

You could test and then surprise him with hen you get back, although if you're anything like me you will end up blurting it out on the phone or something and ruining the surprise xxx

@hopingforabfp no I am useless at holding things in. We're trying for my second and his first so I feel that when it happens, telling him will be quite important.

I'm now anything between 8 and 10 dpo. In previous cycles I've tested as early as 6dpo (like an absolute nutter) but this time I don't feel the compulsion. Maybe because my breasts aren't hurting. For me, absence of sore boobs equals not pregnant. If my boobs start hurting before af is due (next tues) I'll test.

How are you holding out?

Hi fifteen think I am going to test tomorrow. I am currently 10dpo. Had a lot of nausea the past 2 days. Took an OPK yesterday and today as I've heard it detects hcg as well. It was fairly dark yesterday and positive today! But haven't taken a pregnancy test! Can't insert pictures as it says you can't upload more than 6 pictures a day!! X

@hopingforabfp I caved! I had been doing so well. I decided to do a OPK because I thought I probably ought to have continued tracking my LH levels as a point of reference for future. Then, after doing the OPK it was like POAS wasn't enough. Had to do it a second time.

Needless to say BFN. Who knows if it's because I've tested too early or because I'm not pregnant. Testing early never ends well!

No it doesn't, it could still be early yet fifteen I've been holding in my wee all day to see if I can test this evening when I get in. X

I took another test this morning. How sad. My POAS addiction is now in full swing! Rather than just seeing the BFN and thinking - roll on AF and June, I'm instead thinking, maybe I'm not 10dpo, maybe I ovulated 48hrs after my positive opk (on the 16) and this would make me 9dpo.

Not long after sending my previous post I looked at the test again before throwing it in the bin and I now see a faint positive. Or is it an evap line. I won't take this as positive just yet and will test again tomorrow but I'm feeling really nervous now.

I did fifteen! I hope you get your BFP this month too! Xx

I had what looked like a faint positive this morning but the line didn't come up straight away and I only noticed it outside of the 5min window so still in limbo.

How exciting for you! What a relief that you're tww is now over! X

That looks positive to me. Wilko do 2 in a pack for £1 that's what I took as well as a first response xx

@hopingforabfp I would have trusted the result a bit more had the result not appeared after the five mins. I looked at it within the 5 mins then about an hour later so have no idea when it came through.

Thanks for letting me know about the wilko tests. Not sure if there's a Wilkos close to me.

@hopingforabfp what a strong positive for 11dpo. There's no disputing those results. 😃

@hopingforabfp did your BFP at dpo 10 show straight away? Although mine is a pink dye one and doesn't really look like an evap line to me, the advice Ive been given by other MNers to disregard it as the result was only visible outside of the 5 min window.
