So yet again, af has got me. Brown spotting this morning after a cycle where I was actually genuinely convinced I'd done it this time. Oh well.

Only on month 5 of actively trying. I'm ttc no2. I'm awaiting a referral for a hospital appointment to investigate scarring in my uterus so every month that goes by without a pregnancy, the more I can't deny that there's obviously something wrong (I've conceived twice, both just after a missed pill so 5 months is long in comparison!)

Just thought I'd say hi and hope THIS might be our month and we have a chance at a baby in 2018 instead :)

Work definitely helps! I think I took it worse last month as af showed up in the Easter holidays (I teach). Now we are heading into exam season it will be really busy so hoping that helps!

@Ava1985 my AF is due this weekend too excited I'm in a similar boat to you, had an early mc in Feb and this month TTC miscalculated my fertile window so only dtd 2 times, maybe 3. I did a Preg test yesterday though and was a BFN...so probably not going to make it this month.

boatrace30 yeah work helps - I caved in Monday morning as it'd been a long weekend and I was going crazy with waiting. Now I'm working till Friday - AF due Saturday, doesn't seem so long to wait anymore.

Boatrace - what OPKs do you use? I had three days of positive this month but was using 2 different tests and one showed a day later than the other (had some left over I wanted to use up).

Cookie - I see a line too but I actually had a line like that with one of those CB tests this month and wasn't pregnant. 😡 Equally though, with DS the first blue dye test I did looked like that too and was much darker by the next morning. FX for you!! And try and get a pink dye test ...

I like your super chilled approach to ttc this month. Hope it works for u! I need to do the same. Feel like I spent the whole month intensely watching for ovulation or pregnancy signs. Was almost a relief when AF arrived. Unfortunately am working from home for the next few months so won't have the welcome distraction of actually 'going' to work.

Thanks girls, have kept my morning wee and am going to go on a pink yet hunt later, did try another normal test but much less sensitive and can see a hint of a line on there but total squintathon, also a little bit of brown discharge on wiping so thinking maybe chemical or hoping is implantation! Where sells pink first response does anybody know?

Cookie - I get them in Boots. TBH I'm not sure you need one if you are getting lines on two different kinds of tests!

Blue forgive me if I'm wrong but can't you have a temp dip around implantation time? I've never temped so don't hold me to it! X

Yes you can get implantation dip though it's normally between 6-9dpo so 5dpo would be a tad early.!

Morning everyone

2nd test this morning where I think I can see a faint line! It's extreamly faint though so do I go and buy a frer or wait it out another day?? I've got a photo but had to adjust contrast ect to make it visible so don't know if it's worth putting up here for second opinions?

Also how does everyone count dpo? Do you count from the day you got a positive opk or 24/36 hours after that?? I've been counting 24/36 hours after thinking the opk indicates ov within that time frame. Counting from there puts me at 10 dpo, but if I'm supposed to count from positive opk then I'd be 12 dpo. Which should I go with?

Bluee yep work definitely takes my mind off it all but I'm only in 3 days this week... actually wishing I was there more this week of all weeks!! 😂

Only 3dpo here so got a long wait! Only dtd two days before ov and very late on day of ov so not overly hopeful this month. Also not 100% I ov when I was meant to. Fx!
