Another month, another period. I was due af yesterday but had no sign but today I've had brown tinged cm so she'll be here tomorrow.

Anyone else out for March already? Feel free to join in my misery lol

I'd like to join, was on March bus but no luck, now on CD15.

Thanks @WantToGoingTo, I've always counted the day of opk and kind of dwindled with my DTD when I've got it. Different approach today, off to bed we go haha x

Yes you should continue to dtd day of and day after you get positive opk and 2 days after positive opk of you can just in case!

Just been thrown off the march bus by AF after a 39 day cycle!! Have ordered opks from Amazon for this cycle as with cycles between 31-39 days I'm going wrong at guessing each month!

New stats are

Cycle 6
AF due anywhere between 25th April and 3rd May

CD12. Now we're getting somewhere. I'll start the OPKs later. No idea when ovulation might happen give that I had a 39 day cycle last time. Hopefully this one will be shorter and it was just post pill weirdness. I'm going to put DH on notice that I'd like to DTD EOD until the OPKs start to darken them every day until 2 days after the peak. I can't imagine he'll object.

Silly question- I've asked this before but it still confuses me. What day is the day off a missed period? The day it should have arrived or the day after? So my af is due on the 15th april... with a 6days sooner test (frer)what date could i actually test? I know, i know, i should wait but i cant and i won't😂

tiger I would say you can test from the 9th..... just keep testing though as the likliehood of a false negative is high!
carlotta I think we are ovulation buddies! I got a peak on Saturday and think I'm probably just ovulating although I never feel it. Sore boobs yesterday still lots of ewcm today. I'm taking tomorrow as 1dpo to be safe! Ill try to Dtd tonight as well. I fell asleep last night!

If so what cd do you seem to ovulate on? & what cd do you start to use opks and notice they are starting to pick up a response?

blue 6 days early is really early to test if you have a normal 28 day cycle. As if you ovulate on day 14 you would be testing on day 21 which is only 6dpo so wouldn't ever show anything up! It's best to test based on dpo as then you are more likely to get an accurate result. I think 10dpo is about the earliest for a squinter. Someone posted recently that 75% of those who are pregnant get a positive result at 12dpo and only 35% at 10dpo. I am going to do my best to hold out til 12dpo this month which is 2 days before my period due roughly speaking as I ovulate around cd14/15

My cycle is 28 days and I do opks from cd9, start to pick up colour at about cd11 usually :) I ovulate around cd14/15

Welcome to the newbys.

Sorry for my quietness, life has been manic although I've been lurking on the feed.

So I'm around 6dpo (I think from cm and bbt, don't use opk as it makes me crasy!!) and been surprisingly chilled out which is so unusual for me. Today I went to the loo and have a lot of yellow cm which definetly isn't infection. I'm usually standard cm for this part of the cycle such as thick like glue. Has anybody got anything like this before?ive also had some minor twinges but trying to not read too much into it!! I'm thinking that I had this last time when I got pregnant but MC. Scary but potentially exciting. Don't want to get my hopes up as it was devastating what happened last time.

My cycles are 26days, with my dd i got a bfp at 9dpo but cannot remember how long my cycles were before i had her 🤔 x

Blue I have 26 day cycles! I started using OPK's are CD 9 and got my positive on CD 11 both AM and PM. I tested morning and night. I'm on CD 13 now and they've faded off.

Hopefully we BD enough this cycle. Will BD again later today just in case. I'm incredibly crampy which is supply a sign of O for me but not much EWCM bar CD10 when it had a bloody streak in it...any ideas?

@BlueSpottyTiger I occasionally have 26 day cycle. They range between 26-32. Got a feeling this cycle will be 26 or after as my last cycle was 32 days. Sorry I'm not much help but I'm going to assume I'm ov'ing early this cycle so Dtd from cd 8 yesterday. I'm avoiding opks this month to take a relaxed approach.

So was waiting for my period yesterday so I could officially begin cycle 1... obviously it hasn't shown up! Am usually bang on 28 days. Pretty certain I'm not preg (did a test to check and bfn) so assume my body is trolling me!

Btw appreciate I'm a total novice in the ttc waiting game so will probably have to learn some patience ha

AF been and gone this month so fingers crossed for April. Trying all I can to just "relax and enjoy" but finding it hard. DH is so chilled out its almost annoying!

@MotherofUnicorns yay, a buddy! I have zero ewcm today after having loads from day 8 until Saturday, none yesterday really but my peak opk! Any guesses, anyone?

Carlotta also had my peak OPK two days ago but very little EWCM bar a lump on CD9 which had a little bit of a bloody streak, it's been more watery and slippery than stringy ( excuse my TMI). Apparently a lot of women don't notice their EWCM, although it's the main symptom of O which people talk about...

itsjustaphase thankyou! Have you always had a range in cycles? Believe it or not but i am really relaxed about it all.. im in no hurry i just have a feeling it will take longer to conceive this time than dd.

Im cd 8 today- did opk yesterday afternoon,
No colour atall. Today there is colour starting to show so should be building up to O. A online calculator predicts the 2ndApril but we started dtd on cd 6 for good measure, and will do it until the 4th. Everyday will be enough won't it.. dont think i could manage 2 sessions with a toddler to look after 😅
