Another month, another period. I was due af yesterday but had no sign but today I've had brown tinged cm so she'll be here tomorrow.

Anyone else out for March already? Feel free to join in my misery lol

I gave in and just poas, the test window is pink but no line.... why is it when you only have one test in the house it come back confusing! I'm thinking it's a bfn and just bleed from the control window, but will be buying another test tomorrow just to make sure as af still hasn't shown up!

Hope you don't mind me joining the thread! I'm 10 DPO today, my cycles are around 35 days! Long!! I have a test in the bathroom but boyfriend won't let me test yet as it's too soon.. I am trying for number 2 also. I didn't try for number 1 so I'm new to the whole TWW and Symptom spotting. I have quite bad cramps, mainly on the right hand side of my belly button I was in quite a lot of pain with it yesterday. My boobs feel more sensitive than usual but I am still breastfeeding so I can't measure that accurately. My lower back is starting to ache. My legs have started to go really restless at night which is what happened the first time and I am weeing more often than normal. I use the OVIA app to track my ovulation and periods, this month is the 2nd month of trying and I am not yet tracking BBT or using OPKs. I am estimated to have ovulated on the 13th of April and my period is due on the 26th. Fertile window: 9-14th and I had sex three times during my fertile window which was on the 9th,11th and 14th.

AF due today and I have a digi to use tomorrow morning. I just had a massive urge to test but didn't want to waste my digi on second morning urine. Thought I'd use an OPK just for the he'll of it. It's the most positive opk I've ever seen, it came up instantly. Do you think it could be detecting pregnancy? Seems strange to have a surge now.

Woah oyster I'd be testing! I've only seen pics of opks that positive when it is detecting pregnancy! Eeeeee!

Ps I get lh surge before af but it doesn't come up like that... more like just positive! Have my fingers crossed!

I'm so excited but I will wait for FMU, just because if it comes back negative I'll feel depressed and unsure if it's true, I'll trust what it says in the morning :)

Wow Oyster you've got will power lol. If I got a test like that I would not be as patient as you & I'd have to test! Hope you get your BFP in the morning!! It's looking good!

If I were you I'd just take a cheapie test to see. They sell 2 in a pack at wilkos for a pound!

@oyster Looks very promising to me hun, before I joined netmums I had ever heard of using an opk for picking up hcg, was shocked when I heard it can.
I think it's picking up hcg rather than lh, I doubt you're getting redy to ovulate twice in a month hehe.
Let us know the result when you do your digi test. Keeping my FX tightly for you!! Eek exciting

Can I just ask, how do you use opk for testing for hcg? I have tonns of opks but not as many hpt's

Just use it as if it's a pregnancy test Pocket I think you need to wait until AF is due though, it's not more sensitive than a pregnancy test and the line needs to be a lot darker than the control.
It's best to get some pregnancy tests or you'll never be completely sure that your body hasn't just chucked out a load of LH for some reason.

So i just did this on opk. But i did one 2 days ago and it was completely negative.
Preg tests come up negative, so im now wondering if you get a lh surge before AF like wantto said "/

Yes I think you do get a bit of a second surge Pocket. That's a negative test as the test line needs to be darker.
It doesn't mean you're out, give it a couple of days.

I'm out as af just appeared! so I'm off to sulk, eat chocolate and feel terribly unfit after all the strange tummy muscle pains I've had!
