Hey!! Last day of hols here so I'll be back in action in here tomorrow and will properly catch up then but great news confused!
mummy hope u are ok, I thought u were a sure thing with all the symptoms you were reporting! Mother nature is cruel! Hope u are feeling positive and ready to go all over again!
Oh and seven my excitement levels are through the roof for new catastrophe, best show! buzz I'll keep an eye out for that show too!
parsnips have you started OPKs? How is it going? Sorry you have probably said but I'm so behind!
red my opks have been the same, feint, dissappear but I then it rapidly increases again and I have gotten a strong positive cd 15 so keep testing and see!
hb best of luck with zika tests!
Hi penguin!
Eeek grumpy almost test time!
Will catch up properly tomorrow afternoon when I get home and back to reality!

HopefullyDothButterNoParsnips · 22/02/2017 16:13

I think I've got a positive OPK - see photo. I'm CD14. It was negative this morning but now I have two lines and it seems as dark as the control line to me. I'm very excited by this strangely even though I know we aren't trying yet! I'm such a weirdo.

Omgggg confused I'm so so happy for you, you're PREGNANT! Halo

Penguin and Grumpy looking forward to Friday, although not holding out much hope as when we did it on V-Day, because we're not trying actively I, ahem, did something apart from baby dancing to DP so that actually means one less lot of swimmers right around my fertile week :(

HB MK as in Milton Keynes? That's where I live too Grin

AllTheGlitters · 22/02/2017 16:17

Snips Aww that is exciting, I know what you mean, I'm actually convinced I'm infertile now even though I had DD 18 months ago and am in my early 20's, plus have regular cycles Confused would be reassuring to see, I am tempted to get some OPK's even though I said I wouldn't...

Redpony1 · 22/02/2017 16:18

Parsnips that's defo a positive!!

HopefullyDothButterNoParsnips · 22/02/2017 16:21

Go for it glitters. These are just cheapo wilkos ones. £1.45 for five! I'm really pleased that they've caught it. Bargain!

HbH04 · 22/02/2017 16:26

Ah that's funny glitters !

We had a location chat further up the thread... buzz is local too, in Leighton Buzzard!

Small world!

HbH04 · 22/02/2017 16:29

OPKs seem so temperamental!

Keep going red CD14 seems too early for it all to be over & like parsnip's shows it can appear out of thing air!

HbH04 · 22/02/2017 16:29

THIN**

buzzmoon · 22/02/2017 16:39

Small world indeed! I will wave next time I'm driving through, my mum lives there still so I'm always there :)

parsnips that is deffo positive! Wow I didn't realise there would be such a difference in AM/PM! *goes off to poas!!

HeyJupiter · 22/02/2017 16:49

Ahhh confused thank god thank god thank god. I’m so relieved for you… you’re having a baby, an actual little bubba bubble baby. Huge congratulations. What happens next? Is the fluid around your ovary okay?

Hi penguin and welcome! Did you OPK this month? Might be worth testing if no AF in next week or so.

Good work on the humping seven - sad we won’t be cycle buddies but fingers crossed for you!

Hb great the blood test is done. Hope they get back to you super quickly.

Red don’t panic you may have just missed the surge? Or actually if you were testing twice a day you may well have it in the next few days? Your cycle might still be a bit longer because you’re post-pill. Keep testing twice a day for another few days maybe.

parsnips it is exciting seeing your body behaving itself even if you’re not trying yet. Great news.

I’ve spent today sorting out our bedroom and bagging up all the clothes I haven’t worn for years/am too fat for/am too thin for and going to drop them off at Oxfam this week. Very therapeutic. Back to work tomorrow after a few days off ugh. How depressing.

HopefullyDothButterNoParsnips · 22/02/2017 16:51

Yeah I've been doing them once in the morning and once when I get home. I think I'll keep going this month to see when it tails off. Then again next month to see if it's the same day.

OP posts:
HeyJupiter · 22/02/2017 16:53

parsnips I did OPKs for two months before we even started TTC as wanted to get a feel for the usual routine of my cycles. I've learnt so much about it! It's actually a really lovely process getting to know that part of yourself and actually marvelling at how clever our bodies are.

Seven0fNine · 22/02/2017 17:03

yay Confused I am soooo happy! You're lovely little bubble is settling in nicely. Did they say anything about the cause of the pain/fluid on ovary? Or is that what the scan is for?

Welcome to Penguin and wb Glitters I'll update the list in a min. Penguin I am on cycle 5 off the pill and I'm still messed up (came off in July). Don't be taken in by the symptoms! Fingers Crossed your cycles settle down asap or even better...BFP!! :D

Funny to think that you Southerners could all be walking past each other in the street and not even know!

Red Just wrote a completely different comment and then saw your later post with the timings. Have you tried holding your wee for four hours and limiting how much you drink? I think you can get lines showing up at lots of point through your cycle as there is always LH there so you may not have missed it yet xxx

Haha buzz - the POAS addiction is real :)

Jupiter I've been sorting too this week. It's so satisfying!

TheGrumpySquirrel · 22/02/2017 17:12

Ugh I hate OPKs I'm paranoid I've not even ovulated now.. Sad or it was later and we didn't DTD enough .. although we did CD17,19 as well as most of FW CD10-15 which I thought ended with suspected ovulation on CD15. Not DTD since CD19 due to thrush. Better now. Sorry I'm rambling.. I'm hoping that as AF showed 35 days post pill I might have a semblance of a normal cycle length???

Might not OPK at all next month too much commitment!! Just DTD EOD. If I'm not pg already.. I'll add vivid dreams to my list of symptoms.. for the last 3-4 nights. Boobs are tender when squeezed but not as much as before. ARGH I just want to know!!!

Mummyme87 · 22/02/2017 17:13

Fab news confused so pleased for you!!

Went to see lego batman movie with DS this afternoon. He was a pain in the backside the whole time. Welcome relief to get back to work tomorrow

Penguin27 · 22/02/2017 17:34

Hi Seven! That sounds frustrating!! I expect that there would be some adjustment while things get back to normal but 5 months seems like a long time.

Grumpy not long to wait until test day!

Ugh I hate that my weight loss has been the exact same for the last few updates 😔
Been really good this week (ignoring the chicken shish I had for dinner last night 😳) got chilli and sweet potato wedges for dinner, and have only had porridge so far today. Really hope I can do 2lbs this week like we said wiggly

Tigger83 · 22/02/2017 18:24

Hello ladies- confused brilliant news!!

Wow it's got to be said I don't feel amazing... feeling so queasy and exhausted and so so bloated. I've had to go out and buy things up a dress size already.

Been waiting all day for the early pregnancy unit to call to book me in for my scan. The dr said aim for 6 weeks so they see more so aiming for the 10th hopefully.

Welcome penguin! Grumpy I've got fx for you! Everyone starting the 2ww I've got high hopes for this cycle! Jupiter I've got positive vibes heading your way.
