Yes grumpy testing again on Wednesday if I can hold out!!

orangefolly · 20/02/2017 22:05

I just cracked and bought a pack of OPKs - you lot are a bad influence! Grin

HbH04 · 20/02/2017 22:19

Well i'm not CD1 as expected... either my usually super regular cycles are playing up or i've had an immaculate conception!!

Seven0fNine · 20/02/2017 22:42

oooh HB, that's just typical! Hopefully tomorrow :) Imagine if you just got a bfp without even trying (well provided the zika test is clear!)

Sorry to hear you are having an awful time confused, keep us posted and look after yourself.

Tigger Glad to hear you have everything under control and not feeling too bad

Grumpy - your symptoms sound fabulous! Fingers crossed for you and mummy.

Today we did Ikea - bought and assembled a new wardrobe which was quite fun project to build together. I was even allowed a go on the drill :D Looking forward to putting the bedroom back together tomorrow as its a complete tip upstairs now. We were chatting on the way home about going back when pregnant to get bits and pieces for the baby's room. There were lots of pregnant women in there going round with their bumps...was so jealous!!

HbH04 · 20/02/2017 22:54

Ah love an Ikea trip! Especially a week day one when its not so mental!

I'm racking my brain and can't remember having unprotected sex anywhere near fertile week! I'm sure she'll show tomo!

HopefullyDothButterNoParsnips · 21/02/2017 06:29

Maybe the holiday has thrown it off kilter a bit HB - hope you get back to normal!

I love an IKEA shop too. I love homewares! Hoping to move to a bigger place this year and then I can indulge myself with furniture shopping!

Hb hmmm, any sign of AF of this morning? I wouldn't put an immaculate conception past this board, it is super lucky :) Maybe your holiday has put things out of kilter.

orange and buzz you won't be able to stop now. You'll have a POAS technique perfected by the end of the week.

So.. this DTD every other day plan. When shall I start? I usually ovulate CD12 or 13 (more rarely CD14) so shall we start from CD7 or wait until EWCM starts (this varies)? I reckon we should cover all bases and eod from 7-15. Think might break DH if we do it any longer than that. I've never ovulated beyond day 14 I don't think and luteal phase tends to be 14 days long. Thanks!

HeyJupiter · 21/02/2017 08:25

Ohh I love ikea too! Bet you had an amazing time.

confused thinking of you, hope the cramping is lessening my lovely.

HbH04 · 21/02/2017 08:59

No sign yet!!

I'm sure ive read something about long haul flights having an impact so thanks for pointing that out!! What would i do without you lot!!

Big pants are on!!

Hope things are improving confused

Tigger83 · 21/02/2017 09:16

Jupiter we dtd every other day from the day af finished but I honestly think the biggest difference was the lube!!

Well I'm having a nightmare with the Drs etc phoned midwife to say dr said I need an early scan. Midwife said dr needed to refer so phoned reception they said that only the secretary can do it and they only take calls between 1-2!!! I said I'm in meetings can you not just pass the message on?! Apparently not. There was me thinking it would all be so easy lol

TheGrumpySquirrel · 21/02/2017 09:28

Can't tell if this seasick feeling is real or imagined but it's still here.. think I'm setting myself up for disappointment so trying to assume it's not worked this month (which would be better timing wise anyway). Friday can't come soon enough Sad

Redpony1 · 21/02/2017 09:35

Anyone know how Confused is?

Exciting symptoms Grumpy, fingers crossed for you

Orange OPK's are useful but do become addictive!!

HeyJupiter · 21/02/2017 09:47

Oh Tigger they never make it easy do they! Will the scan be asap or at a certain number of weeks? Was the lube that pre-seed stuff? I might check it out :)

Grumpy so sorry you're feeling rough. If not hcg causing the sickness also could be nice high levels of progesterone - both are good signs. Bet this week is dragging for you, such an annoying wait for Friday!

confusedat23 · 21/02/2017 09:57

Hey ladies sorry i'm still lurking here... i got a call from the mean doctor this morning to say my HCG on Sunday was 95.4 (i thought thats pretty good going for 14dpo)!... anyways i need to go in at 1.30 today to have the 48hour blood test done and it needs to be at least 158 to show a viable pregnancy... he's giving the attitide that he thinks its a misscarriage even though the only symptom is stomach pain (not even any tiny drop of bleeding)... i'm just hoping my little bubble is ok... but now im mega paranoid like my boobs are sore but not as sore so is that a bad sign etc... or am i just used to the pain? Hmm

On a different note... i took lactulose and did a poo! I've felt better since and not so much stomach pain... which i guess can only be a good thing!

TheGrumpySquirrel · 21/02/2017 10:12

Oh confused I've got everything crossed for you at 1:30! Hopefully the pain was mostly constipation related! That's a good sign no bleeding at all xx

Seven0fNine · 21/02/2017 10:33

I have my fingers crossed for you confused so happy you are feeling a bit better now.

Keep us posted xx

HopefullyDothButterNoParsnips · 21/02/2017 10:46

I really hope everything goes ok for you confused. Will you get the results today? Hopefully the no bleeding is a good sign. Sending good thoughts! 💐💐💐

HeyJupiter · 21/02/2017 10:46

Sending lots of good wishes from here too confused to you and little bubble. The no bleeding is a good sign. I think breast pain will come and go so not a reliable indicator.

Let us know xx

Redpony1 · 21/02/2017 10:59

Sending good vibes to you confused! Yey for the poo Grin haha

I joined a gym!! Jeeez, something i said i'd never do...

TheGrumpySquirrel · 21/02/2017 12:08

I have a business lunch in 40mins and dreading it with this nausea. Just my luck if I give the game away and then I'm not even pregnant!! That would suck.

Thinking of you confused! Xx

TheGrumpySquirrel · 21/02/2017 12:09

Lots of sticky white CM. I hate the TWW more than anything! At least CD1-14 you can get on with the rest of your life..

orangefolly · 21/02/2017 12:29

Thinking of you confused Flowers

grumpy symptoms do sound promising! On your no sugar diet I did a similar thing years ago because I kept getting thrush - cut out dairy, caffeine and alcohol too. It was hell as I am veggie. What really kicked it was coming off the pill - hormone
changes can really make a difference!

You go red! I keep meaning to join my local one, although its more swimming than gym that's my main thing. I need to stop making excuses!!

Redpony1 · 21/02/2017 12:43

I think it's easier to join gyms these days orange, all our local ones seem to be less than £20 a month with no contract and always have deals on that waives the joining fee which is what i used today! Oh and it's 24hours so can go literally whenever i want haha

Grumpy i hope the nausea doesn't give any clues away...!

Where's Laura got to?

DancingUnicorn · 21/02/2017 13:07

Thinking of you confused. Really hope the mean doctor is proved wrong by perfectly growing bubble! Hope the results are speedy for you.

Sorry about the nausea grumpy. Any chance it's related to the sugar? Or did you feel the nausea before stopping the sugar? Fx it's a good sign!!

TheGrumpySquirrel · 21/02/2017 14:16

No, first day of no sugar. Been feeling like this since Monday morning. Lunch was fine actually. It's worse when I haven't eaten.
