buzz 7+4 is 7weeks and 4days pregnant
Booking is appt is the appt where you see a midwife, have Blood pressure and urine checked, BMI calculated, past obstetric history, medical history, family history and current pregnancy info taken. You get given your notes and info given including phone numbers. Advice is to do this between 8-10weeks. Sometime you have your bloods taken at this appt for HIV, hep B, sickle cell & thalassaemia, syphillis, antibodies and blood group. Plus be offered blood tests for Down's, Edwards and patau's syndrome to combine with your Nuchal scan at 11-13weeks.

tigger I'm sure that's all it is, my biggest symptom from last pregnancy was trapped wind, it really hurts sometimes and def freaked me out a few times! But if it persists no harm in getting checked if u are worried x

Confused midwife actually said go ape would be fine! :) I'll be 9 weeks, so didn't want to have to tell my friends who are organising the hen do and didn't want to tell the hen and take anything away from her weekend!

Tigger... I've been getting weird cramps. Think it might be trapped wind. Pregnancy is classy! ;) Really hope it's nothing to worry about!

dancing I would still do Go Ape at 9weeks. Baby is well tucked into your pelvis just bare in mind you might ache a lot more after than normal. I was cycling in Manchester velodrome at 6weeks feeling like I was going to vom the whole time 🤢

Mummy that sounds like torture! Yeah, midwife told me to do some stretches to warm up! :) And more worried about feeling sick than anything!

👏🏼👏🏼 on baby making guys!! Last night (get ready for tmi), we had some doggy action and my DP was like, I felt like I'd deffo get you preggers in this position, it would for sure be twins. I was like- not sure it works like that 😂

Haha buzz I know...I've seen those! No idea! Someone else will have to make that. Think it's good tho cos you can keep yourselves updated. Although I do feel at one with everyone's cycles by updating that list every week!

We go to New York just after Easter, I've been a few times, OH has never been.
We will struggle for boys names as we could only agree on one last time and we used it!!

Mummy I love New York! It will be so lovely in Spring. I know what you mean about it being quite scary...I got shouted at JFK on the way home because I stood in the wrong line Blush terrifying! They mean business!

Grumpy I love your list, Cora is my favourite. DP and I haven't discussed names properly yet but we have quite different tastes. He thinks the names I like are too "out there". In fact, he claims I've made some of them up because they're not real names. Hmm I will have my way though!

Back to work yesterday after a lovely half term, quite a relief in a way because I'm going to be too busy to obsess think about babies!

Morning ladies! CD29 today and no sign of AF but that doesn't really mean much as she usually comes without warning and only then do I get the crippling pain. Starting to lose hope as I feel much more normal today. Although yesterday I swear my sense of smell was heightened! London is disgusting. I'm still bloated but that could be pre AF normal now. Just got to wait now! My hpts got delivered to the local PO, so I'll go via there on the way to work, and do my best not to test before tomorrow morning! Hope everyone has a lovely day Smile
