I'm imaging this one as more of an Eeyore stick hut type thing. Maybe Eeyore is actually still in residence.

I have to pop out now, but I believe that this Hut has a well stocked bar area, complete with glitter ball and mirror behind. I think. See what you think. You can decorate while I'm out if you like.

Oooh, I love the decor so far!
Don't want to drag in any more misery than I'm sure we'll soon have in here, but what the hell happened back there in the other hut? Popped out for a short while, came back and saw that there had been an "incident" of some sort. Did some old chavvy barge in and pee in the middle of the floor like a white-stilletoed dancing-round-handbag type bint? What did she say...or is it best I don't ask?
P.S. is there any chance of having a cat in here? Only stroking them is meant to be good for your heart rate....and kicking them is meant to be good for built-up anger and frustration

I don't think we should have mirrors. I do think we need a nice shag pile carpet so we can kick our shoes off and be all comfy.

Hello all. I've bought a moving-in basket. Loads of goodies (and baddies!) and a HUGE homemade cherry pie.

I don't want to sully the new hut, but what did Amrak say? Did she suggest that all our negative feelings were undesirable and that we should cure ourselves with meditation? What an ignorant and self-satisfied suggestion.

Yes, pretty much along the lines. Don't want to sully the hut with details but negative thoughts = problems & meditation would solve all ills.

Oh, and another thing... We had that big chat with our donor and his wife yesterday. They are in this with us all the way! We are so lucky. We thought they might be getting a bit fed up, or wouldn't want to start all over again with dp. But no! It looks like dp will start trying again in a few months and in the meantime I'm going to really go for it. It doesn't cure my FTC but it does give us hope for having more kids despite my shrivelled up insides. Hooray!

They are complete angels. We are very very lucky to have them.

Thanks Crypto. What a dangerous thing to wade in saying. We need a space to discuss these feelings. They are normal. And I think they are healthy: It's when feelings get suppressed or turned into something else that it screws everything up. We are having a shit time and we are sensitive, intelligent and reflective and so we feel crappy. One day we might feel better, but while we're not we need to recognise how we feel and talk about them. This hut is a wonderful place, and I consider myself lucky to have loads of people who not only listen to my woes but also tell me theirs so I know I'm not completely bonkers! It's being in here that helps me.

Damn. Didn't want to rant about it. I hope you can see I'm actually trying to tell everyone that they should feel safe in here and not have to edit what they say for fear of any response. Hmm, I'm still going in circles! Just POST impatience...
