Congrats Dichoto! And to you too Carlotta. FX that the line gets darker and reassures you.

I think that I am starting my fertile week now. Lots of EWCM but not even in high fertility yet, never mind peak fertility according to Clear Blue. We will see. Hoping the CM is not masking the fact I am not ovulating and I am just producing it early.

Kskifred · 13/12/2016 09:03

Well I did another clear blue test yesterday afternoon, there was a faint cross, I have decided to keep the other one for a few days as surely the line should darken by then? I would be 15 dpo today if we were to discount the bleeding - although that is obviously not a great sign.

That's 4 clear blue faint positives now, surely they can't all be false positives?! I'm still bleeding, and in contrast to yesterday feeling quite not-pregnant this morning, apart from feeling sick Sad I'm soooo confused.

Not really sure what to do now. I've ordered some FRER so will see what they say with FMU...if I can wait that long.

I never had any of this with my DS so can't help but feel like it's a bad omen. I'm not testing before AF next month as can't be doing with the 'extra knowledge' it's just depressing. With my first I was nearly a week late before I tested so none of the confusion.

Carlotta you will have to describe the test to us Grin is it darker this morning?

ThirdThoughts · 13/12/2016 10:30

Loxy :) I'm thinking its too close to Xmas not to make use of the opportunity! I'm a pagan so we usually have a nice meal for the solstice (any excuse right?) And sometimes exchange one of our Xmas presents. So I thought I could surprise him after I put the little one to bed. I wouldn't lie to him (I'm not elaborately faking my period or anything) so if he asks or is down about TTC before then I'd let him know. Its been tough on him, it took us a long time to conceive our son, and this time around we've had problems with diabetes related erectile dysfunction as well, which has really made things stressful for him and he has done loads to try and get his diabetes under better control. So I wouldn't be considering keeping of a surprise through another fertile window, but that's not due till nearly new year.

I'm getting ahead of myself though, I don't know that it will be positive. I'd love to take that pressure off him so much.I really hope I am. I'm also a bit worried if I'm not, in terms of if my cycles are getting more irregular again.

Kskifred · 13/12/2016 10:38

Whilst I'm a little in limbo atm, I'm trying to rule myself out now mentally and concentrate on next cycle - I wondered if anyone had any suggestions on safe progesterone increase? I have a feeling I implanted late this month and I do have a fairly short luteal phase which might be why I have had issues this cycle.

Any suggestions/successes welcome!

Loxy4527 · 13/12/2016 12:12

ThirdThoughts Merry meet! My mum's a pagan, we'll be having a solstice get-together as well Smile As it's our first time DH isnt familiar with my cycles, I could maybe get away with it. Anyway, I know he'll be over the moon whenever it happens. Fx!

DichotoMous · 13/12/2016 13:52

Jelly I had cramping the 3 days before AF due and also for a couple of days after BFP. It slowly decreased to a dull ache and now is just an occasional twinge. Fingers crossed!

Carlotta82248 · 13/12/2016 14:31

Trying again x

I can see that line Carlotta! Congratulations StarGrin

janiPop · 13/12/2016 14:41

kski how heavy is the bleeding? Are you also cramping?

jelly I also had cramping on and off for first 7-8 weeks with DS. It's normal to have cramps and aches as a sign of pregnancy.

carlotta I can see the line but I think you should wait for 48 hours and retest with a digital.

Carlotta82248 · 13/12/2016 14:50

I'm at work tomorrow so no plans to poas, AF due Thurs and am off so will see what happens and poss try and hold off til Friday and then do a digi. Got a few fleeting cramps pains today so I totally aren't convinced xx

Carlotta82248 · 13/12/2016 14:52

Another one, sorry for multiples it's still being a bit odd with posting x

Kskifred · 13/12/2016 15:22

Congrats Carlotta!

The bleeding has slowed down today and i would say is now fairly light, still bright red though and definitely not spotting. Had some cramping this afternoon , i'm mega bloated and have had a few twinges on left side and like a bubbling feeling in my pelvis.

Before the weekend i was experiencing cramps like stretching, i remember the feeling from my DS so was feeling promising, not usual af symptom. Chest feels heavy rather than sore and still feel a bit queasy.

This sucks not knowing but i'm really hoping for a bright pink line on my FRER (worried about the clear blues now) that should be delivered when i get home from work.

ThirdThoughts · 13/12/2016 16:08

Fingers crossed for you Fskifred I don't think it's about the positives being false as such. If you did get pregnant and for whatever reason it didn't work out, the hormones will hang around for a while. Stay alert to your health wrt possible ectopic (not an expert but someone mentioned it before).

No period shown here yet. I feel a bit weird and twingey in my abdomen. But it could just me being hyper aware of my body right now, or my period coming or... well, here's hoping.

I dozed off again too.

Merry meet Loxy :)
I hope you get a stronger confirmation soon Carlotta

ThirdThoughts · 13/12/2016 17:19

TMI

Loxy up thread on you mentioned CM, I noticed mine today (and I didn't need to go looking for it either, it was abundant enough to notice on wiping!) Is this a sign too?

I know I'm going to be so disappointed/disbelieving if I'm not pregnant. The symptom spotting this cycle is so good...

Loxy4527 · 13/12/2016 17:28

thirdthoughts usually (use that term loosely cause you know how crazy varied we ladies can be) it dries up and there isn't much before af if you haven't conceived. It can be more abundant or change consistency/colour if your preggo. It relies on you knowing what's normal for you throughout the cycle.

Kskifred · 13/12/2016 17:35

I had lots of cm this last cycle (obv not sure about the bfp yet) in dpo which i'm normally dry as a bone, sounds like good symptoms as did my research about it last week, lol.

powerpuffer · 13/12/2016 17:39

Congratulations to all the BFPs recently, this bus seems lucky for sure, after a slow start.

I'm off work with full blown flu and I'm right in the middle of FW and feeling too unwell to do anything. Sad

I'm so upset - not only do I feel like death warmed up but I know I have no chance for this month unless I make a miraculous recovery soon.

MrsCummings · 13/12/2016 18:18

So, Ovia is messing with me again FW was originally Sunday to this Friday, updated it with my OPK and BOOM my FW moved back to starting last Friday and finishing tomorrow....

This app is almost as much of a headf*ck as the TWW! Hmm

MrsCummings · 13/12/2016 18:19

power I've just DTD with a locket in my gob trying to ignore the trickle of snot I'm sure make it out.. who said romance is dead

AshAlee1989 · 13/12/2016 18:22

Can I join please? :) My stats are:

Can i be added please smile

Age: 27
TTC #1
CD20
Not sure what DPO (I'm a newbie!)
AF due 20/12

I've had a few symptoms, but not sure if they're PMS ones though. Tender boobs for about three days, feeling a bit nauseous here and there, have gone off of a couple of things, struggling to sleep, but am really tired.

FlaminFlamingo99 · 13/12/2016 21:42

Carlotta I've squinted at the last two pics and I can't see any lines, but I really really hope it's just too early and that this is your month - I thought I saw lines on the previous tests though so Fx for you🍀

Kskifred I don't want to upset you but I think what ThirdThoughts said is right... If you did conceive your pg tests may remain positive for a few weeks even if something went wrong... I really hope it hasn't and that everything is OK. Please keep up posted and you know where we are if you need to talk. Fingers, toes and everything else crossed for you xx

jelly AF cramps is very common in early pregnancy, feels exactly the same so impossible to tell until you Poas and get a +tive result. Fx for you Smile

power hope you feel better soon. Flu is horrible. Or do a MrsCummings and dtd with a locket in your gob!! Grin

To everyone in TWW - stay strong and please try not to test until day AF is due if you possibly can, but if you must pee on something (hopefully a stick!) please let us know what happens!!

Those in FW - go for it girls!! Xmas Wink

Writerwannabe83 · 13/12/2016 21:48

I see the lines Carlotta - go and get a FRER!!!!

Carlotta82248 · 13/12/2016 21:56

Thanks girls, I'm pretty confident there is a line, mainly from much experience in staring at ones without any over the months haha. I'm totally open to the fact they're evap/too feint and that it maybe isn't my month but there has to be hope yes?! Had an utterly grim day today so having a large glass of bubbles while things are still very inconclusive xxx

FlaminFlamingo99 · 13/12/2016 22:24

Carlotta as everyone else seems to be able to see a line, clearly the only explanation is that my eyes must be worn out from all the months and months of staring at my own pee sticks!! Enjoy the wine, hopefully its the last alcoholic drink you'll be having for a while Grin

Carlotta82248 · 13/12/2016 22:27

Oh don't worry Flamin, it's a definite squinter! As if squinter is now even a word in my vocabulary?! This whole process sends you bonkers, I'm utterly unoffended and totally open to the fact I probably need some kind of poas rehab! Imagine the days when you just waited for your period?! WinkGrin
