Officially off the Dec bus BFN no AF yet but I'm sure she's round the corner

Hi everyone TTC baby number 2 and have started my own blog to help me come to terms with a miscarriage last year and a year of ttc and the next steps. Congratulations tibby! Amazing news hope for us all. As I was 3 days early with this cycle it seems to be going really quickly so actually starting fw on the 3rd and just going to dtd at least every other/ every 3 days. Definitely jumping on the Jan bus but I have a good feeling about this one. Much love and new years blessings to all x x x

Tibby! What a great result-many congratulations, and here's to a happy and healthy pregnancy. So pleased for you-what a lovely NY surprise. Well, I'm just back from my mission to get a hpt. Bought Sainsbury's own, and when I arrived home the postie had delivered my ICs 😁 naturally had to use one from each set. The ic has a faint pink, almost non existent line again, and although I think I can see a second line in the Sainsbury's test I'm not convinced. I'll try in the morning but can't see it being any different-they're too faint to have a positive outcome. Wishful thinking leading to a weird cycle maybe?

Today's test

Tried to upload the Sainsbury's but says I can't til tomorrow 😯 maybe there'll be a more positive one by then. DH and I are off to stay with friends tonight for NY. To drink or not????

I see something in the pic minime

I can def see a line minime but agree it is faint. Could you do a digital and then base decision on whether to have a couple of drinks on that?? I would probs have one or two! Good luck. Xxx

I've done another ic and but it's almost pure white. I've looked again at the Sainsbury's test and can see a v def line now but it's come clearer after the time, since the window has dried as such. It is typical me to not have a clear answer. I'll see if we can stop on the way to our friends to get a digital. If not, I'll have one glass of wine and sip slowly I've tests packed for the morning to check again. TTC =Torture of Testing Constantly

Minime I can see a faint line on that one too. It's difficult knowing what to believe and trust isn't it.

I did a CB digital this morning and it was a BFN.
My spotting has also now stopped. It was 27/28 days after my last AF so think I'm going to have to believe that this was my AF and start counting again!

Messed up body at the moment.

I'm still getting BFN on the cheapie tests but my OPKs are not positive anymore... Hurray! I'm too cheap to use a better test every time it makes the BFN even worse! So at least I know I haven't got a high LH all the time. Still no sign of AF and on day 47 which is the longest ive recorded so not sure what's going on there. Maybe I just ovulated (if I did) really REALLY late! Aghhhhh!

I am seeing the GP for my blood tests results on the 11th so maybe that will give some clues into What's going on!

Feeling a bit miserable as all my friends are having a get together for new years and I'm off to do the night shift :( the joys of nursing! The hospital does get a great view of Big Ben so all being well we can go and watch the fireworks from a prime location!

Mini... i'm saying it's a positive in my opinion. My first FR faint line gave me a negative Digital so hang in there. Digital is positive now but was behind the FR.

The wait is a killer. I've never been so excited about a blood test .... mine is Tuesday for a Wednesday GP appointment to check things are moving along and the HCG is rising.

Meanwhile I'm in a constant tizz! 😂😂

I'm only on my first month of trying but the fact it's been 47 days and I'm ready to start afresh is frustrating...

I've started to try some herbal stuff to try to kick start things (agnus castus, raspberry leaf tea and omega 3) which were all recommended to regulate cycles. Trying to swallow one of them is a mission though!! They're HUGE!!

minime that's what my first BFP looked like and I'm now 8 weeks! Congratulations!!

Also, don't test again today, use the digi in the morning otherwise you won't get an accurate result at this stage.

88claire, Maca is great too. Are you usually regular? Or is a one off? My last cycle was 49 days.

I've always been a bit irregular but never been 47 days before... They seem to be getting further and further apart though which worries me...

Nice to hear you still conceived with a 50 day cycle!

Have they tested the usual oestrogen, progesterone, FSH, thyroid etc? Could be a simple reason.

Yes they did the full works but I haven't had the results yet... Ive had issues with prolactin before but thats under control with drugs now.

It's all a bit of a mystery!
