My God Carlotta it's inconceivable (pardon the pun) that people just WAITED for a period! You know when I was growing up I genuinely thought that it would be simple. You find a 'nice young man' that you love and your mum/gran/best friend approve of and then you settle down. You get married and then a baby arrives just when you wanted it to. If only!
I also would like the stork theory to be true. Then we don't have to do the scary labour bit .

Just started using ovia but it keeps changing my fertile week. Anyone else have this problem?

Well since I had coil removed my cycles have been very sporadic. 36, 67, 14 and now 16 days. Getting fed up with this. I just want to be pg one more time. I'm 42 and running out of time.

Morning all, thanks for your kind words yesterday. Still no AF here but still achy down there. Done my first POAS todays as cd28 but it was BFN. Happy i made it to cd28 though as first proper cycle since pill. goodluck all

Sorry Lynsey x that's so confusing.

I almost chickened out of testing this morning. Pretty glad I didn't, and as I saw the result start to appear on the cheap, I thought I'd confirm with a tesco one too.

We managed to open our account at the bank of semen last night. Phew! Back in the game!

I felt the same Lynsey, I kept thinking it was wishful thinking and it was probably premenstrual twinges. But here I am!

I'm not sure I'll be able to keep the news in for a week, I'm already bursting to tell! I'll need to speak to the GP as they usually increase thyroid dose.

My first child was due in July, but born at the start of August, happy to have another summer bub. Dates should mean birthdays aren't on top of each other unless baby is earlier than my first.

Once again getting ahead of myself. Last time I was offered an early scan because with the thyroid I'm at higher risk of mmc.

Which are the best pregnancy tests to use? That are the most sensitive?

Complete BFN even on clear blue with fmu.

Sooo... CD4 i guess. Onto the Jan bus when it comes.

Just wondered, for those that said they felt AF cramps before BFP did you also get bloating? I feel like a killer whale today. Cramps seem to be dying down too

After having a not fertile result on the Clear Blue OPK on Monday, I didn't do one yday but continued to get lots of Ewcm. So I did one this morning and got Peak fertility. Good job that a) we dtd yesterday and that b) I tested today so we can dtd today.
Based on my cycle length Ovia had predicted my most fertile day to be Sunday coming. I would have completely missed the boat if I hadn't also been watching my CM and doing OPKs for the first time.

Does anyone else go from not fertile to peak within two days?

Ha charly I am a pre school teacher and when I cam back into school after the wedding - one of the little girls rubbed my belly and asked was I pregnant I said no - then she said I think you are a little bit pregnant - They are so cute, such funny things they come out with.

I didn't have that with CB MissM sorry - I had 8 days of flashing smileys then high fertility on the 9th day.

Into week 2 of the 2ww - trying not to symptom spot but it is so hard.
Was at the gym this morning and I was very dizzy - one of the ladies beside me said oh thats how I found out I was pregnant on my first. So thats another symptom I am looking up now

Out this Saturday with all the girls - might have a couple of glasses of wine. Testing day is next Wednesday so don't think if i do a test on Saturday it would show anything. I don't feel pregnant or hopeful really for this cycle.

Still exactly the same for me this morn, mega feint line, AF due tomorrow so will see. Having an awful day with my anxiety so don't have any logical thoughts on anything today haha, joy of being a massive worrier x

0hb0llocks not quite there yet, the test line needs to be either the same colour or darker than the control.

Carlotta have you tried a FRER yet? I'm sure you'd get a more clear result.

I'll try another later on, see how that is. We Has sex last night and Sunday night.

Is every other day better than having it every day?

Like MissMagpie I'd definitely watch out for EWCM and do opk tests before your predicted fertile window from previous months data.

This month my fertile window was predicted to be around CD22-24. I planned to opk test from CD19. Then DH got his prescription (to help with ED) on CD 18 and was keen to test it out. Between that and noticing EWCM, I decided to test and got a opk+. The next day my opk was negative. We might have DTD on CD18 anyway because of the novelty of the meds, but I wouldn't have known that I had already ovulated, then been confused/depressed when I didn't around CD22-24 and had no idea if/when to pregnancy test.

AF due tomorrow - first time I've ever well and truly not wanted it to arrive. Siiigh I don't think I'll be too dissappointed if it does, at least I'd be able to have a drinky xmas! My hubby always says - PMA! Positive Mental Attitude
