Bare with me I'm not quite with the abbreviation lingo yet so apologies.
I'm 31, and hoping to be adding to my family asap. I'm on my second month of trying after having my coil removed. I've never really had periods whilst using the coil and unsure about my cycle so we've just been having sex a lot and hoping for the best. I began what I think was my first AF post coil on Friday.
So if anyone is as obsessed with me about ttc and wanting to chat please do. It's hard keeping all this at bay with my friends and family.

Couldn't wait... Not even the slightest hint! I have woken up with a feeling that it's all I my head and my period will be here soon.

Absolutely knackered, got three hours sleep last night as I was up being sick.. Unfortunately nothing to do with babies (that would be so worth it), I have a food allergy, and went straight on the school run looking like a scarecrow. Also have to find daughter pudsey stuff for own clothes day tomorrow at school.
charley it's so exhausting isn't it, seems to be constantly on my mind!

do you ladies reckon this could be the start of ovulation? 18 days post cerelle mini pill. been feeling crampy/lower back aches thinking it was first af en route

I have a line all month round julez, it's as dark as the other line when I ovulated... keep testing though hopefully a few days it'll be dark :-)

Charley how you getting on? We did a frer earlier.. 8days early... was negative shockingly. Why did I do that? I don't even feel pregnant

Haha I feel your pain! Tested today and still nothing. I have a feeling after my 3 short cycles that I'm going to get a stupidly long one now and be very disappointed

Hey charley sorry, been so busy with work I forgot to check this thread I also never check my emails I think I'm ovulating tomorrow! Got my darkest positive ov test today, but I can't hold my wee, I have the weakest bladder it's unreal so two hours is all I can go, I'm not sure when Im ovulating as this is my first AF and ov since mc and it's all a bit funky.
You said you're due any time from today - Sunday? I hope you're still in the run for BFP x

Well I'm CD22 although I thought 21. We've decided test with FRER on Monday morning then if nothing again on the Friday. If I don't get my period at all I'll go GP when 2 weeks late. I feel better having a plan.

Honestly I was fine after having my daughter but since my mc I can't hold it at all, it's ridiculous haha. Today is my day according to my app!

I'm not feeling optimistic TBH, think a negative test that should of been negative even if positive has completely dampened me.

Dr glad you're starting to see something on the tests! Enjoy the next few days I've only used the sticks for 5 days until I got one that was super dark. Kind of wishes I kept going with them to see how long it lasted though! I didn't even know you had to hold for 4 hours so I'm not sure how much it matters as when I'm home I'm constantly weeing

NW you still have plenty time yet but I know how you feel. I've resigned myself to the fact it's a bfn now too! I was so optimistic last week and nothing's changed in terms of symptoms etc but between reading the threads of people saying it's normally all in your head when you start, and then testing too early and getting the bfn....
Also the more I look at my last cycles the more I think I'm not actually able to guess when I'm due on anyway!

It's positive now! Now the waiting game for oh to get home, I'm so worried were going to miss it.
My last pregnancy I knew it was negative, I got used to it and said we will try next month and my af pains were really strong, but it wasn't, I was actually pregnant x

Yay looking good Dr! After you get your darkest strip, it take 12-36 hours for the egg to release so make sure you do tomorrow too

Oh Charley I'm gutted for you. At least you'll be able try again and waiting over. I'm fed up of all the are you or aren't you. You can google anything and it being a sign of pregnancy

Yeh it's so frustrating! I've honestly felt so bad the last week I don't think I'll count anything as a sign ever again

Haha I seem to have the worst period this month! I normally get cramps but in actually doubled over! I had periods all the time I was on cetrazette (although more like every 6 weeks) which I think is pretty unusual but I definitely had less pain on it. How long did you have the coil? My SIL and auntie both had it and their partners said they could feel it so it kind of freaks me out a little

I had no problems with it. Had to have the strings trimmed so that it wasn't felt but apart from it being painful when fitted it worked perfectly. No periods, no pain just got on with my life.
Big sympathies for you, I'm coming to the end of my second cycle and honestly just feel deflated. Hats off to those trying for years
