Bare with me I'm not quite with the abbreviation lingo yet so apologies.
I'm 31, and hoping to be adding to my family asap. I'm on my second month of trying after having my coil removed. I've never really had periods whilst using the coil and unsure about my cycle so we've just been having sex a lot and hoping for the best. I began what I think was my first AF post coil on Friday.
So if anyone is as obsessed with me about ttc and wanting to chat please do. It's hard keeping all this at bay with my friends and family.

Dr, so sorry to hear about your miscarriages! I can't imagine how it feels but I wish you all the luck in the world with your TTC!! I know how obsessive it becomes. I was meant to just be casually trying too and already peeling on sticks and checking fluid

NW I think the rest from earlier is your surge! Which means you'll ovulate in the next day 12-36 hours so get baby dancing think the surge comes quick then disappears.

I'm 6DPO now and think I'm still symptom spotting but.... I never ever have any fluid (have to go in too test, sorry TMI ) however the last few days i have loads!! It's actually seeping in to my pants! Not sure if that means anything though! I don't know when to test really as still early but my periods are normally anything from 21-28 days, I'm CD19 now.

Thanks for all the kindness gals! Trying to keep a smile as oh doesn't understand why I'm still sad. I obsessed before, but not this bad to the point im staying awake thinking about! Good luck everyone!! Really hoping the best for everyone.

Anyone logging their intercourse / tracking symptoms? I'm doing it on an app and on my whiteboard at home, haha! X

Oh i also have an app to track dtd and even noted about heavy mucus days haha. Makes for a rubbish read but i want to track any changes as i dont know what to expect

Not just me then it's so useful to track it though so you know what's normal and what's not because I always forget and convince myself this month is my month! What app are you using?

Yup I've had the app 'period fracker' since January as was tracking to make sure my period didn't land on my wedding. Since coming off the pill in July I've been more thorough and I've also been tracking CM, OPK & sex. That all sounds a little mad now I've written it down

I've got an app called flo... interface is really simple but I think I want a more indepth one.
I'm thinking about charting temps next month to help me understand ovulation a bit better.

We've said we'll test on 25th if no period but I'm done poas, any stick. It's stressed me out and made me obsessive these last few weeks. Prob won't hold out a day 😂

Nw85 I have flo too, had ovia the first time round but it calculated my ovulation wrong x

It's my first month using it so not sure if it even using it right.

How's everyone getting on this weekend? I'm CD22 and 9DPO. Last night I had really sharp pain in the right hand side of my pelvis at the back, but only for a few minutes. Found it really strange as ive had backaches but in the left since I ovulated. I put it in to Ovia and it said that I would be due for implementation and that it's usually on the right hand side! So now I feel I have my hopes up and could be setting myself up for a fall.....

Oooh charley that sounds hopeful. You could test soon. How exciting you could be the first with a baby:-)

I'm feeling crap, I had the coil fitted because I had month round cramps and surprise surprise they seem to be back. At first I thought ovulation pains but I'm well past when they should of been. I'm not convinced I ovulated and I'm worried I'll go back to not having periods. I just don't trust my body.
I guess time will tell.

Oh no sorry to hear that are you going to continue with the OPKs? I know they can get a bit obsessive but at least you'll know you're ovulating. Temping will help too just so you know for definite! I bought a thermometer to use for this next cycle of AF shows! I want to try and wait to test but no idea when I'm due to be honest. Cycles have been anything from 21-28 days lately X

I'd guess from 12-14dpo?
We're just going carry on having sex Every day. I've ordered a thermometer too so going do that as well.

Sounds like a good idea I bought it last week but I think you have to do from the start of a cycle to see things clearly. I think I'm 9DPO today so will maybe try and hold out until Friday/Saturday. We're both conceived we wouldn't find it easy to conceive so not discussing tests or symptoms with the hubby as I don't want to get his hopes up X

hopping on board, stopped cerelle mini pill 29/10/16 & ttc no2. have been using ovia app since, logging last on pill af, cm & opk. this is day 3 of fmu opk & i think i seen a v v v faint pos line, could it be possible that quick after mini pill & cm egg white was friday?

What does FMU mean?
I've never took the pill so no idea but I guess if you stopped at the right time you could be in with a shot straight away.
Think I've learnt with the OPK is that it's only a positive if the test line is as dark as the control line... a faint line is a negative. I've had one positive test and just shagged like rabbits.

FMU is first morning urine.

From what I've read it's best to not use first wee for OPKs as stronger urine can dilute it. NW is right about it needing to be as dark or darker but hopefully means your heading for ovulation! Try testing later and not seeing for 3 hrs beforehand. I had light for about 3 days before my very dark one. Also my cousin came off the pill and conceived 2 weeks later so very possible! good luck! I'll have my fingers crossed for you X

Don't be discouraged though Charley. Still early days. I was 3 days late for AF when I got a positive with Daughter1

I think I knew it was far too early but I just couldn't help it well today is strange.... I've woken up with a ton (and I mean a ton) of ewcm. I didn't even really get any that was stretchy round ovulation and normally I have to actually go in to check it but this morning it's been leaking out

Oh that is interesting, could you be ovulating again or perhaps a pregnancy symptom?

I have no idea I definitely had a very strong positive OPK last Friday and I should be due my period any time between Wed-Sun this week. I don't understand it haha! I'm going to try just hold off until later in the week.

If you can hold out to test Wed you'll be doing well. What tests are you using? Heard pink dye ones are best for early detection.
I'm not testing until at least next Monday. I'll be on CD25 and 11DPO (predicted)
I don't think I've got pregnant though.
Also my boob's haven't stopped tingling since my period.
I'm going keep peeing on opk I think just to keep an eye out, never know if I didn't ovulate I still might.

I just used a cheap asda one but I have some frers so might try that Wednesday. My period tracker is saying to test tomorrow as its estimated my period then but my last cycle was full 28 days so who knows! I swore I would only do tests of my period was actually late but it's just too tempting!

Yeh I'd keep trying with the sticks so you get an idea. I should maybe have bought them instead of a pregnancy test... Maybe my body is ridiculously confused and only just ovulating although I bloody hope not
