How exciting!!! My first BFP with my DS came about because I got a super strong line on an OPK the day my period was due. I ran out to buy a HPT and voila - positive!!

Good luck Lala. Looked at ovia today for the first time in a couple of weeks and it told me to consider adoption and surrogacy! Not impressed!

I've only just started using Ovia and all it keeps saying is "all of your data leans more towards period, not pregnancy." I'm like STFU!

Lala everything crossed for a BFP but think if inconclusive tonight then you should dtd incase late ovulation.

I'm pretty sure I didn't ovulate this cycle, which is such a ridiculous coincidence as this is our first month trying. I normally have a good amount of Ewcm but I didn't notice any this month and put it down to being on holiday swimming etc . If I didn't ovulate will I not have a period at all? And if so does my body continue onto the next cycle? I'm feeling very lost and confused

Me9an - yes you could still get a period if you haven't ovulated but it's got another name I think. It will differ in amount, so may be lighter. I think even if your body doesn't release an egg you may have formed part of a lining that still needs to break down. How are you sure btw?

I don't really know why I think it tbh. I've never been this late for a period before and I didn't have my usual ovulation symptoms this month. I had a blood test yesterday and I'm not pregnant so I haven't a clue what's going on! Never thought I would be willing af to come!!!

I'm the same, I need AF to arrive because I have a sports day event with work on Thursday and the first day of my period is a nightmare. I'm just going to try and entice it with a hot bath.

Hey, just thought I'd join :) I found out yesterday that 1-2 weeks pregnant but I know you add on around 2 weeks as normally this is your last period but I came off the pill 4 weeks ago so I don't know really how that works :) I have spoke to a midwife already and told her the situation and she said I'm around 4 weeks as a rough guess :) I'm excited but scared :)

Prinny, congrats on the BFP, not sure if you meant to join a TTC group or think your in antenatal groups? There will be a thread of ladies with April or May due dates over there. Fingers crossed some of us will be joining you in the very near future!

7dpo today and the symptom spotting begins. Horrendous spots have broken out, I'm knackered and emotional and had pain in a boob earlier. I am refusing to let myself test until Sunday, have a frer ready and waiting.

Peas - yeah leave off the testing for now, symptom spotting is obligatory though. Pain in just one boob? I like that one :)

My bath was good and I have proper period cramping now. If I don't have full flow overnight (TMI) I'll actually poas early because it'll be too strange to ignore.
