TTC 3 after a mmc in early june dont think ive ovulated since mmc even though ive had 3 periods so pretty sure im already out this month.x

Where the hell is AF, I've had spotting and cramps for 4 days now. Technically it's not late, but this much PMS is really really odd. All old blood too.

I think I ovulated yesterday having had two days of positive OPK. We DTD twice in the 2 days beforehand, but wasn't feeling too good yesterday - does anyone else get dizziness, loss of balance around ovulation?

I don't usually but it happened this time.

I'm trying to be really positive this time. Fingers crossed for everyone!

Lala - well it had crossed my mind and no AF last night so it's officially late now for the first time in 13 cycles. I'm still not convinced, it's toying with me I'm sure.

Kitty - welcome, I get headaches in luteal phase but nothing around ovulation. If you always get it though around that time I wouldn't be worried.

I would try a more sensitive test lite a first response early result. Either that or you are ovulation really really late.

Should I call the doctor? I'm now worrying there is something really wrong with me.

Does LH peek again if your pregnant? Sorry I'd check it out for you but at work and phone is slooow :(

No but lh and hgc are very similar so a okp can pick up hgc. Here is a photo form a couple of months ago after my miscarriage I was trying my hgc levels to 0 using ic pregnancy tests and the using okps whichc were always showing strong second lines but it was due to still having low hgc levels!

I've googled it skipper and it can but also saying a pregnancy test would have picked it up. Can also be a sign of polycystic ovaries.

Knowledge gained from mumsnet previously:
LH peaks again towards the end of a cycle. But some people get positive opks when pregnant.
So not really an answer...

Our bodies really don't make this easy do they, yeah get a more sensitive test and try again. I have a feeling you are pregnant, it's just too coincidental with all the symptoms you've been getting. Are you still waiting for the weekend or earlier now?
