Hugh enjoys ISW and his love affair with Doreen. He watches out for skittle tits and weepyitis. Mrs Arseholey Fucknut (Af) shows up when you least want her but brings wine and soft cheese as a consolation prize.

We don't have rules as such but expect to be talked down from the ledge with kind and well meaning but firm words if you get too hysterical. But most importantly don't convince yourself you're pregnant in the tww That is paramount! It messes with your head and makes you crazy crazier

We don't get a lot of baby dust in these here parts. We want a fanny full of determined Doreen, not unicorn farts and gnome tears with extra sparkle. We've been going a while now so the novelty has somewhat worn off and we're slightly battle scarred and bruised in the cervix area.

Post your stats and add your dates. A more lovely, supportive group of ladies you couldn't wish to meet. We've got a few grads sticking around I won't leave and no question is too daft. We have opk experts, cervical mucus management teams and symptom spotters extraudinaire!

mumofmany there will always be two lines inside a CB digi, they don't measure hgc in the same way that a normal test would, they detect LH too, so opening them not only invalidates them but leaves you none the wiser. Plus cb digi aren't sensitive at all (25 iu)best thing to do is wait a few days and retest using a frer, and when you get a bfp on a frer THEN crack out the digital tests. Good luck.

Jem that sounds awful, take it easy, hope you feel better soon

Jennyfer08 · 06/07/2016 17:52

alexia what's the app? I love a good phone game!

AlexiaB · 06/07/2016 18:25

I'm a bit embarrassed to say Jenny but it's called Best Fiends. DH is not an app person at all but he might be more hooked than me haha!

Also I missed it earlier - I hope you're feeling okay JemFlowers

liveforthefight · 06/07/2016 19:03

Hope you get to the bottom of it soon Jem, take it easy.

Crossing my fingers and toes for all those going through the dreaded wait!

Hey Kwick yes it was pretty grim, not helped by the fact that the nhs keep sending me letters asking why I haven't kept my scan appointment, despite me calling to explain. I decided the best thing to do was dust myself off and get right back on the horse, so to speak! Annoyingly I convinced myself I'd be one of those people that is super fertile post m/c and falls straight away without another AF, so when she arrived this month there was quite a lot of swearing and throwing things!

Enjoy the sunshine everyone x

kwick · 06/07/2016 20:27

Oops sorry fishy Blush

So suchajem AF is due on Friday... Have smear tomorrow - would be good to get that done... So AF will most likely come tomorrow

Pants that you still not better!
I do not trust the CT scan... I thought only way to have a good ganders was with up fanjo scan or over womble scan?
I am very worried about you. Could it be a urinary infection?

kwick · 06/07/2016 20:31

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!! Just realised I got my supplements mixed up (don't ask me how!!) and have missed two days of thyroxine! AngryAngryAngryAngryAngryAngryAngryAngryAngryAngryAngryAngryAngry

kwick · 06/07/2016 20:33

Oh and Alexia I am keeping everything crossed for you!

kwick · 06/07/2016 20:37

canters are you still lurking? How are things going my lovely?

SuchaJem · 06/07/2016 21:11

Glad you haven't got long to wait kwick, looking forward to following your journey back to the grads list.

It could be a urine infection - they found blood in my urine, and initially found white cell count high. They did another full blood count (took three attempts to get the vein Envy) and that one came back in the normal level.

Thing is I've had bladder trouble / cystitis before and it didn't feel like this!

We shall see. At least I'm nearly halfway through the dratted TWW so can get testing next week.

SuchaJem · 06/07/2016 21:12

Skip please how are you love??

HepKestrel · 06/07/2016 21:20

oh no kwick!

I have no knowledge how critical these pills are for you, but try to relax.

(and I just remembered i need to take my folic acid ..... wondering how much of my life i will be popping one daily pill or another .....)

LovelyFishy · 06/07/2016 21:40

I wonder if Pug is still lurking around too, I miss her!

HepKestrel · 06/07/2016 21:50

what about snowdog?

FXSkip · 07/07/2016 10:18

Hey guys I'm here still! Checking in now and then to see how you are getting on. I guess I assumed that the grads thread would just be all the TTC'ers, and statistically some of us are going to mc, but its hard to see people so much further ahead than me getting bad news at their scans. I haven't officially joined though so feel like a total wierdo. I'm still symptomless, which worries me when I get carried away thinking about it. Just have to plod on as if I am pg and hope for good news at the scans etc.

Hep and Kwick can you set a reminder on your phone? I had to do this with folic acid as I was so out of the habit of taking a pill every day!

Jem sounds like you've had a hell of a time. Are you feeling better now? FX that it is a straightforward infection of some sort.

LovelyFishy · 07/07/2016 10:55

Skip sounds a bit freaky, but glad you're still with us, we're all rooting for you! Starky's nearly 20 weeks now I think and she's not reported many symptoms (to us anyway, maybe she doesn't want to scare us!).

Soooo, I think I'm about to encounter Sod's Law. Or I'm worrying about nothing. About to book a sky dive for DH's birthday and I wanna have a go to! However it's the day after AF is due. What if I'm actually pregnant this time? I'm sure sky diving is on the list of things not to do! But I have zero symptoms and don't want to miss out on stuff because I might be. Just go for it? Confused

SnarkyGorgon · 07/07/2016 11:12

Go for it lovely! It might just be the 'white pants' solution you need! Plus, if you don't do it and AF comes it'll make you sad, if you're pregant then you're likely to be less sad about not being able to do the skydive!

Kwick oh balls! Hope it doesn't have too much of an effect, no idea about these things, but at least you caught the mistake relatively early, hopefully 2 days won't make too much of a difference?

Was feeling all smug about how well I've been coping with this month's 2ww. All gone downhill now as it's 2 days before AF is due and I am going insane as always. Feel like it's about to arrive any minute, though haven't had the raging symptoms I usually obsess over.

Jennyfer08 · 07/07/2016 11:25

lovely totally agree with snarky - go for it! 2ww is awful! 2 days is not long though...!! Nearly made it snarky I've still got 6days to go and I'm going insane!

SnarkyGorgon · 07/07/2016 11:59

Thanks jenny yup, this baby making is super crazy making!

SuchaJem · 07/07/2016 13:24

Another crazed TWW er here Confused

I'm 6 DPO and pregnant in my head. I haven't had a psychological pregnancy since cycle 1 or 2 so it makes a change from months of being mentally infertile and despairing.

Lovely go for it! It will be a lovely excuse not to be able to if this is your month.

Skip which grads thread are you on - the ttc1ers from here? I hope they are all okay.

I'm feeling a lot better than I did but I'm still not right. Still got the dizziness and no energy, lower back ache and on/off tummy pains. Just feel Off Colour somehow. Please let this be a bfp and not some crappy infection...

FXSkip · 07/07/2016 15:01

Hey jem you've had a such a crazy ride this month, fx it means a sticky bean for you!! The grads are from here (well, there's a couple I recognise) but theres different grads threads depending on when you're due so I guess people around my stage are more likely to have issues than those in 2nd trimester, so I'm hoping I make it to that stage.

Lovely I agree - go for it! and thank you. I know several people who had absolutely no symptoms until they started showing effectively, and they all swear its down to healthy lifestyle, exercising daily and not eating rubbish. Their midwives seem to agree that there is a correlation, so its good motivation not to give in to 'cravings'. I also read that real baby cravings don't kick in until 3rd tri, everything before that is basically a brain trick! so no more ice cream for me for lunch Grin

nicky883 · 07/07/2016 15:48

Hope is a bfp for you jem !
I am feeling af coming here and is only cd23 ! I feel like i am one day before expected period :(
I have taken epo this month could it affect my cycle ? Could it have make it shorter ?

nicky883 · 07/07/2016 15:51
