4dpo tiny bit of spotting & pink cm - good or bad?

Ladies, I'm not symptom spotting - honest but I have never had spotting at this stage in my cycle before and I wondered if it was significant.

Any one have any experience? I usually have CM between OV and AF but normally its cramy and this time it's been really thick and plentiful since 2dpo (I had to change yesterday) and then last night late there was the tiniest specks of brownish blood and the tiniest bit of lining and then today slight pink CM. Seems really early to be implantation spotting but would love to hear what you think.

Mrsmcjr, I'm only 4dpo and have also had a tiny tiny bit of pink cm today. Feel a bit odd down below- sort of heavy and full (havent had my dinner yet btw!!). Its really bizarre, especially so early on. Mind you I am only guessing at my ov day so perhaps it's today. Just dont know.

Really hope this is it for you this month MrsMc. Anything different is a good sign in some ways....but then again, our bodies can be awfully mean and do some funny things when you are watching them as closely as we do when ttc.
You'll be 10 dpo tomorrow, right? Does that mean AF is due tomorrow? (I seem to remember that your luteal phase is 10 days - how weird am I?).

Oh Sunshine, sending you huge hugs, I know nothing I can say can help and I do appreciate the feelings you are having. I know it has only been 8 months for me but in a wierd way, I am glad that I have had to wait and that I can get a glipmpse of how it feels to want a baby so badly, I hear it in people's voices (like my Mum and Sister) who have never had to wait and never experienced the desperation, they just cannot begin to understand how it feels. Just do what you feel comfortable with at any given time, you'll know if it feels right to seek greater help. Fingers crossed for this cycle, I'll be thinking of you and am here to talk anytime.

Ammy - sounds like the ovulation bleed we've talked about doesn't it? meant to be a good sign

Thanks Rubles you are good!! I'm cd27 today and 10dpo so AF is due between tomorrow and Friday (LP sometimes 10 days, others 12). The spotting is just the same, no change at all. Sorry if TMI but it smells a bit sour but not bad so don't think it's an infection or anything. Temps are still high. So hard trying to hope but not too hard - patience hey!!

Mrs Mc - how you doing?

Don?t want to raise your hopes too much, but just wanted to say that I had look back at my previous charts and at the cycle I conceived DD. I started spotting 3DPO and continued until 11DPO. I didn?t actually find out I was pg until about 20DPO when I realised my temp had been up for more than 18 days (we?d taken a break from really concentrating on TTC , although I still can?t believe it took me that long to think about it!), I think it was the fact that I?d been spotting that made me convinced I couldn?t be pg. I even went to GP as I was a bit concerned about it. She refused to do an internal exam or smear test until we?d ruled out pg ? so even she thought it could be a possible sign.

I do so hope that this is a good sign for you too!

Hi Fettle, I'm nervous as hell and feel sick! Think it's nerves, I don't know what I am letting myself believe at the moment! it's so hard. I am cd28 and 11dpo, I have only got to 11dpo a couple of times before and my temp is pretty high for me. I do have some cramping and the spotting comes and goes but it's very light now. Testing tomorrow if no AF. Feel like a total waste of space as I cannot think about anything else! I so hope I am, I'll be the happiest lady alive and poor DH has been home alone all week with flu so it would perk him up no end too! Pray for me ... HARD!

Let's pray for eachother - by tomorrow i'll have had 18 high temps, so will be officaly TCOYF pg! I so want this one to stick, but I also don't want to get too excited after last cycle.

I could probably count on one round of my hands the number of tests I have used since we started TTC 8 months ago. As I only have a 10/12 day LP, AF normally gets me before I can consider using one!

Bet you've been tempted though.

So you've never spotted a symtom or two and just wondered. I have a good friend who likes to tell the ladies they can test FOUR days before AF is due - that would cut your "2WW" to just 8 days. Isn't that evil!

So MrsMc....what's the news?? Can you believe that I thought of you when I woke up this morning!
