June Bus anyone?!

Hi all

I thought I'd start the June bus as I'm getting impatient!

I'm 31 (for a bit longer anyway), TTC#1. DH and I agreed to start TTC in May, but won't be ovulating till about the 24th. ETD 8th June! Feeling terrified and excited at the same time.

I made the mistake this morning of using FMU on an OPK (that doesn't count as testing does it Wednesday girls? Lol) and because I've got a strongish line it's making me want to buy a HPT.

I've been googling though and some non-official sites say that as well as detecting HCG it's also possible to have an LH surge immediately prior to your period starting, although I can't understand why that would happen?

My FMU is in a pot on my windowsill and I can't decide whether to throw it away to resist temptation or whether to go to Boots and buy a FRER!

I need people to tell me to flush it down the loo

Writer my head is saying flush it!! But ..... my OPKs are positive now too. Blazing positives and my frer this morning 11dpo is dark! What are you going to do??

We've dtd quite a bit then I think I found out why..conversation went a bit like this last night
DH: shall we have an early night
ME: yea I'm pretty tired
DH: oh I meant so that we could "cuddle" ;)
ME: again? Well ok yea
DH: well I looked at your app and it says your a 9.5 and you were a 10 yesterday

He's been looking at my ovia app haha so turns out dh is deffo ready for a baby lmao
And in the end we fell asleep without dtd oops

I'm now 9dpo and really want to test, too early? I don't have loads of money to spend on tests his month. Is it worth buying Amazon cheapies in bulk?

My OPK definitely isn't blazing dark is it and I was previously under the impression that it isn't a positive (also for detecting HCG) unless the test line is equally dark as the control line However, I did pee on an OPK last yesterday evening and there was only the faintest, of faintest squinters.....

I feel pretty normal in myself, nothing that would make me think I was pregnant but I just can't stop thinking about the weird orange/brown bleeding I've been having, especially the quantity of it on the toilet paper after weeing a few nights ago.

I don't know what to do really

I'd love to join you all on your journeys. I have been stalking these chats for a while while waiting to start.
We had pretty much decided to start trying next month but got carried away once on ovulation day this time around.
Anyway, I'm not sure if I am being a crazy symptom spotter or if we are in for a chance this month. I don't know how you stay sane on the tww.
I'm currently 7dpo and have had a stuffy nose/blocked ears (which disappeared within 48 hours), on and off nausea for 4 days, sensitive boobs and yesterday a pinching/butterflies feeling behind/under my belly button.
I'm not sure how long it will take until I cave in and test...

Well I'm officially in the 2ww today!! Yay, im so excited to start symptom spotting like mad :o

Huge spike this morning as expected. I'm quite excited that the temping thing seems to be working. I reckon yesterday or the day before was my ovulation date so to be sure I picked the later one and ovia is now telling me to test in 11 days rather than 14.

babydances - shall we just bite the bullet and test with a FRER? We can get laura on board too!! We can just bring our "Peeing on Wednesday" party forward a few days

Also, looking at my chart we dtd every other day in the fertile period, so fingers crossed.

According to Ovia I'm on my period today - that's news to me

Good luck writer af due for me tomorrow and got the usual cramps and achy boobs so not filled with confidence, then it will be on to July. I did say though this would be the worst month to get pregnant due to all the Feb babies this year in my family. I know everyone's proud of their babies but every time I see my nieces I'm filled with jealousy! Especially as they all had girls and if I could pick next time I'd like a girl as have a ds already.

Also a friend of mine got accidentally pregnant when she's already got ds1 nearly 3 ds 2 nearly 1 then new baby due in December. Damn fertile people! I don't envy her having 3 under 3 though it will be exhausting.

Just been for a wee and there was more orange/brown blood upon wiping

God I hope it's IB instead of my period on its way....

Hi guys was wondering if I can join the bus! My DH and I started ttc#1 in May but my AF paid a visit today's ago, I had the implant removed in September and started getting regular cycles from November. I really though I was one of the lucky few that conceived first try as I was showing all the symptoms (pains in left side and sore boobs) but just like clockwork my AF paid a visit. I will be honest and admit I was totally guttered and felt so down hearted, my DH tried to cheer me up by saying at least we can have more fun ttc again this month! According to Ovia my fertile week begins on the 13th of this month.

Does anyone else shed a tear or two when AF rears her ugly head? Xx

Two days ago not today's silly phone

I did cycle 2 and 3 but last cycle I distanced myself a bit more so didn't actually cry.

I had a temp dip after yesterday's rise so now I'm not sure I o'd on Thursday. It's my own fault for forgetting to use an opk that day!
