June Bus anyone?!

Hi all

I thought I'd start the June bus as I'm getting impatient!

I'm 31 (for a bit longer anyway), TTC#1. DH and I agreed to start TTC in May, but won't be ovulating till about the 24th. ETD 8th June! Feeling terrified and excited at the same time.

I tested this morning 10dpo. BFN. 😟
To be honest though I didn't expect it to be positive, AF not due till Monday and test says only50-60% accurate at this point so I'm not out yet but I'm breaking myself in gently to the reality that we've not succeeded this month.
Feel positive for next cycle though, on holiday for whole of FW, and two days away with DH and no toddler. This has to be our best chance yet...

We had another bad night with DS which caused me and DH to have a mini blow-up. We are currently surviving on about 4-5 broken hours sleep a night though, and have been for about four days now, so I don't think that's helping matters.

I've still given up trying to guess what my body is up to. I'm still having stabbing pains in my pelvis and abdomen and after that large amount of brown/orange blood on the tissue paper the other night there hasn't been any more.

DS is at nursery today and I went straight back to bed after he'd gone (DH took him) and I got another two hours sleep so I'm feeling a bit more normal but I'm still exhausted.

Trying not to symptom spotting but had a sudden wave of dizziness this morning sitting at the table eating breakfast with dd. Last time I was sure, the boobs hurt and I just knew. This time I don't have either of those, but as I'm still BF dd my Scooby senses may still be off. Should know by Tuesday so not long to wait.

I was saying to my friend yesterday that I'm just going to enjoy every moment of the journey even embracing the bits which suck and are disappointing as this ttc will never happen again as its our last child for definite. So I'm going to enjoy every moment :)

I am embarking on tracking ovulation - don't really understand what I am looking at on these sticks though, any advice?!

thepartyartist the line will be as dark as or darker than the control line about 24 hours before you're due to ovulate. The Ovia app is really good for starting with too. Good luck!

What were your symptoms jess out of curiousity? Was there anything different this month symptom wise?

partyartist I'm sorry I haven't done the sticks before. To track I checked my cervix position and cm.

I had my day 21 progesterone test and I just got the result, it was 141. The doctor said she has never had such a high reading so I ovulated for sure and I am very fertile. I'm delighted with that. I just hope my ovulation day goes back from day 18 next time, it's still a bit late.

I'm 8dpo today but to be honest I've no idea what's going on, definitely not testing until after AF is due. Don't think this is our month, feel we missed a window after I ovulated with DH being away.

DS is 7 Butter so maybe! :)

I might be imagining things but I just feel a bit weird today. Not sick but a bit fuzzy. It could of course be the start of dd's cold or lack of sleep or completely my imagination! I've also had a couple of twinges very low down I my stomach and I've been really hungry. I am quite greedy though.
How does everyone else feel?

oh wow so exciting!! Good luck on your journey guys :) well done on working yours out eva I'm more of a hit and hope normally I should be about mid cycle so I think I might be coming into FW? Who knows... Both dd's were born on the 21st of the month, that must tell me something!

Me and DH just had a sofa quickie in the hope it might bring my period on.

I'm still feelingy crampy and I've had more flecks of brown blood on the tissue after a wee and I also felt a bit nauseous earlier but I have accepted my body is playing tricks on me.

I hate the waiting for AF though, I hate being in limbo so I'm hoping the quickie will bring things on a bit

Congrats Jess and Minty!! FriendlyGhost I was going to hold out until next Saturday too, and see if AF comes sometime before then. I'm not entirely sure I'll be able to wait until then, but I'll try...!
