Thanks also to honey apple. Missed ure message then. Making tea and typing here whilst recently toilet trained dd is pestering me for wee wee! Yes, 6 cycles, I know it isn't long, although it seems like it whilst you are trying, especially when fell after first cycle with dd.

Thanks for welcoming me!! Haven't had chance to go on internet for a few days and the time until AF is due is creeping up. I'm really busy over the next few days as well so will hopefully put my mind off it. I'm usually a regular 28days but since mc in Sept have been 27days but 26 last month so am going to be really strong and wait til Wed at the earliest (cd28) and hopefully Thurs if no signs before testing. Last time tested early and had the faintest +ve that it did my head in and was worse than not knowing.

Its getting a bit quiet on here - the numbers are thinning out and we re only just past half way through the month (all those BFP's already - they've deserted us!!)

Seaside - I've noticed its gone abit quite. Mybe cos this month has so many positives the rest of us in the second have of the month have become a bit disheartened. I've noticed a few people in the hut (have been there too but mostly about my flu) and a few Febs reguallry pop up in the March thread (was just looking honestly!!).

What can we do to keep the party going here. We have another 11/12 days to go?

Hi fingerscrossed - My AF was due 27th Jan, so i'm now 21 days late!

Oh my gosh!! I hadnt realised. So ther are no signs at all? I hope the unrine sample comes bcak with something ie a BFP. In the meantime is ther any advice other explainations?

I've also noticed it is quite quiet around here at the moment so to keep things going I will add that I am now cd 25 and wishing the next few days away so I can get on with looking forward to next month ttc... positive thoughts as you can see

Had all the symptoms. My DS is almost 7, so all i can remember from him was feeling sick. That doesn't help much!

I have been sick, but that's easied off a bit now!

It's weird, cos of theexcitement of the BFP's I've really started looking on MN as being somewhere to contain my anxiety about ttc. Obvoiusly I REALLY want one of my own, but knowign people are looking out for you and know what you are going through now really helps. Hopefully some of the Feb graduates will pop back for pep talks. otherwise I fear I will start testign days before I should.

just wrote huge post then computer crashed and deleted! Just to say i am still here, day 25 but no idea if i OV'd this month (still no positive on OPK's at day 17 when they ran out!) and no ewcm until yesterday but feel like AF is on the way so very much doubt I was ovulating late. Did a HPT yesterday as was going to a wedding and wanted to know if I could drink but was obviously BFN. Feeling really fed up and negative about it, might have to pay first ever visit to the hut and get hammered in there...x

I have been so wiped out by this flu thing. I have never get ill. I have wasted half-term by being in bed! It has been a nightmare looking after 2 small children and I still don't feel a 100%. People keep talking to me and i am so blocked up Idon't hear them properly and also my brain is working a little slower than normal. AHHH - and back to work tomorrow!

Very big welcome Cazzy. Sounds like you have had something similar to me...although without any children I did at least have the luxury of just sitting under a duvet (and hanging about on the net) between sleeps. Next time someone updates they will probably slot you in between me and Lottie.

Looking at the list is now making me a bit nervous. There'll be quite a cluster of testing going on over the next week. If its a BFN/AF comes for me I think I will spend an evening making lovery cocktails at home. Any suggestions?

Thanks fingerscrossed. I don't think they are wrong but you never know. Am fine with it though, only month 2 of ttc and didn't get BFP with dd until third month so it will be next month I'll be pulling my hair out if I get AF signs and then she shows up

Am so chilled about it I'm actually suprising myself. Was so stressed out when ttc dd but this time round totally different.

Will there be any early testing for you fingers? Not that I encourage it of course

Hi softmusk (sexy name!!! ) CD = cycle day - Day one being first day of your period (or AF on mumsnet!)
