Am going to sit on this thread and feel sorry for myself for a bit!! If anyone else wants to talk to me, please feel free!

OP posts:
JoAndTheBoys · 26/01/2007 21:02

Ready - don't be daft hon, did I sound a bit put out? I really didn't mean it to come across as if I was peed off at you!
I'm a bit frustrated about having taken them orally for the last however long, as maybe that's why they've been erratic (that is a good word for them, cos that's what they've been like!) Never have a drink before taking them or anything, but have had disturbed sleep, waking up between 1 and 2am and then again between about 4 and 6am. Perhaps that's it. Would have still expected to see a rise before today though... ho hum. Have been sleeping better this last week, so hopefully the next few days temps will be more accurate. Have downloaded the free TCOYF trial, and got the book a couple of days ago, so if I'm unlucky this cycle I'll be reading it from cover to cover (during af of course, then I'll go back to jumping on Dh! )
Ready, have you got an online chart? Looked for you on the charting thread but couldn't see one... obv if you want to keep it private then I totally understand, not getting at you or anything

IWBPB2007 - How's this cycle going for you so far? I'm in full agreement with you about the Jan thread, they all seem to be coming at once!
Well, the more ladies that get their BFP's in January, the less there'll be on our Feb thread, which statisically improves our chances doesn't it (or something like that ) Fingers crossed for us all! XXX

Goingfor3 - I know, by the time my fertile phase was over we were both worn out! Baths, candles and a glass of wine (but not too much!) worked well for us, also had a couple of lie-ins where the LO's played in their rooms for half an hour/watched cbeebies etc. while you have fun is another good one!
Tired DH's/dp's can always be persuaded by a little warm-up first (and then it doesn't take so long after if you're a bit tired too! ) aren't I naughty!

nomoremagnolia · 26/01/2007 22:08

Lottie... I won't have a go at you for being negative... just hang in there. Thinking of you.

Jo&TheBoys... sorry, I didn't think you were peed off with me, I just felt that I was a little blunt, and could have put it a little nicer. The disturbed sleep could definitely be a factor. Perhaps set an alarm around a time your body wakes you up (5am?) and then take your temp and go back to sleep?? I tend to wake up before I have to, so I now set an alarm for then and get some more zzzz's after I have temped.
I don't have an online chart at the moment. When I bough my thermometer it came with a little chart booklet, so I have been using that for now... Thinking that if still no joy after 6 months I will get the TCOYF software! Don't worry, I would definitely share my chart if it was online!!!

Well... haven't I rambled?!

CD22/7DPO... AF due 3/2... I reckon she is on her way

seaside72 · 27/01/2007 13:14

Ready - CD22/7DPO... AF due 3/2... I reckon she is on her way

seaside72 - CD23 / ?DPO .... AF due by 2/2 -sure she is on her way!

londonlottie -Don't beat yourself up about being a bit negative - I think you have to do whatever feels right to protect yourself from disappointment. I seem to always be on the neg side of things (in every way it seems!) In fact I am already thinking about a March TTC thread!

goingfor3 · 27/01/2007 15:32

I'll add myself to the roll call

Ready - CD22/7DPO... AF due 3/2... I reckon she is on her way

Fingerscrossed2007 · 27/01/2007 15:55

Room for another small one (along with lottie) from the January thread? AF came today - two days early - making this month a 26 day-er. Frustrated, confused and fed up. To be expected I suppose. Literall painting the flat with DP today to take mind off. Wine and treats later.

x

Ready · 27/01/2007 16:01

Sorry about AF fingerscrossed.... and indeed my fingers are crossed for you babe!!!

seaside72 · 27/01/2007 16:08

Welcome Fingerscrossed2007 - so sorry that Jan was not the month for you - lets hope we can do as well or even better in Feb than the Jan girls with their BFPs

If it is any consolation I reckon my cycle may well be only 26 (or even less?) days long this month also (instead of 27/28).

Who knows - I may get to stay on the Feb thread if it is super short??

Add yourself onto the roll call whenever you feel ready.

Hello there

Have just posted in Jans thread but am new to this and have seen there is a Feb thread. So am coming to see you all here.

Any advice would be great and I hope that I will be able to help you out sometimes.

Just for your info, I am newly married, in December and this is my first month of ttc. I do not have any other children. I am going to use the Clearblue Fertility Monitor as my sister has lent it to me.

Good luck everyone and speak soon. xxx

Peanutbutter - get some cranberry juice in too. Plenty of water too.

Gemwants1 - I saw you on the January thread, and was going to come and poach you but you got here first. Welcome!! Fingers crossed you fall first month! Congratulations on your recent wedding, a winter wedding too, how lovely!! All the best.

Iwilbepgbydec2007 - LOL at your [gear]... I did wonder!! Enjoy your crucial time

Hope everyone else is ok?? We are nearly in Feb... and then the BFPs can arrive!!
