Tmi alert, I have a ton of ewcm today. The epo has obviously worked.

After my 'stern look' from Kwick last night, I have made an effort to drink more today. Still not enough, but it's better than the past 2 days.

I guess any hole is a goal as they say! I go straight for the mouth and under the tongue. I live temping and seeing what my body is doing each month. My temp dropped from 36.7 to 36.2 yesterday and I was freaking out my luteal was only going to be 9 days long but it went back up this morn so who knows what that was about.

30% is high, if you take into account all those normal women who don't chart or opk. I take it they exist?

I can't believe 30% fall in their first cycle. I thought I was beyond lucky with my 2nd cycle. My best friend fell on her 2nd but sadly lost it at 12 weeks and another friend fell while on the pill I know, I know, how the fuck, right? but again lost her little girl at 27 weeks. The anxiety just never ends.

Ladies I have my scan tomorrow evening but have noticed a lot of you are feeling down recently so I won't post it here for fear of it feeling like I'm rubbing it in. But if you'd like to see feel free to pm me!

Jem the SMEP looks exhausting! Though I am currently sulking as DH promised me some action tonight and is now pleading tiredness-I definitely had some EWCM earlier (maybe the EPO?) though am only CD8. I am not happy!

Pugmummy I really struggle with drinking enough too. It is hard at work! I think I will buy me a giant water bottle and at least on some days I will stand a chance. Don't always have time to wee at work either! I get those headaches too-horrible, hope you're feeling better now.

Miley - scan is good . I am one of the people who has been pretty down this month but would absolutely love to share in your happiness (though I will be jealous!)

Can't keep up on this thread; congrats to everyone who has had good news, whether that be a BFP or just a good day!

So I had 3 days of positive OPKs this month so not really sure when I ovulated. Assuming the middle day, I am now 9dpo. AF is due Friday. I have no usual PMS symptoms but equally no pregnancy symptoms. I am exhausted but I think that's because I haven't slept well for the last 2 nights, probably only getting 3-4 hours of sleep.

I did have an sudden, sharp pain which lasted only about 30 seconds yesterday morning. It was sort of around my left ovary. It was really painful and quite hard to keep talking (I was in the middle of a conversation). That hasn't happened before. I haven't felt anything since.

I'd love to see your scan miley! I know I was upset about my friends scan but mostly just due to the complex nature of friendships! I'm so happy for all on here as I know how hard we've all worked.

I wouldn't worry too much about one dip in temp on its own vix, it's more the trend you need to look at. Some say you can get an implantation dip?

Was it Stark that said she takes Berroca? And that it turns your pee luminous? I started taking it a couple of days ago and my pee is luminous yellow!

iPatches someone said to be more cramps or sharp pains on one side could be implantation.

pug I used to take the cheap aldi version for a hangover and it definitely does give you nuclear piss. It's quite frightening!

elle he is very sweet but he doesn't understand why I'm still nervous.

He reckons because I haven't bled then everything's fine. He obviously isn't as friendly with Google as I am! My cousin has just announced she's having a girl! I'm over the moon as my other cousin had a little boy on 1st Feb so either way my bubba is going to have a play mate.

I had nausea for a couple of days but it's gone now so I'm sure that it was a virus. I think that DH and I are both a little disappointed! Went to a circuits class tonight to burn some of the angst off- AF is due Saturday. I will probably test Saturday morning as I'm supposed to be going out for on Saturday night with a friend. Supposed to be meeting her new boyfriend which I think will be a bit difficult for various reasons!

Rosie - I occasionally get more craps on one side just before AF arrives, but that's about one day before she shows up and they are mild period pains, not sudden, sharp pains.

We shall see. I certainly don't "feel" pregnant (last time I did, I knew before I got the BFP) but equally I don't have my usual PMS symptoms. I think perhaps this will just be a longer cycle than normal, which can only delay things further. FRUSTRATED.

Didn't realise Berroca did that to your wee! I'm not big on suppliments, does it work? I have obviously been taking folic acid whilst TTC but prefer not to take vitamins etc. as I'd rather get nutrients through food otherwise I would eat only supernoodles
