Symptom spotters, tww - ers, slightly hysterical hormone laden ladies! Regs, lurkers, intermittent posters! Our raison d'etre is 'am I pregnant?' Depending on how much Ovia (Whybird) has pissed us off/messed with our fw she is either the oracle or a sanctimonious charlatan.

I love teaching but hate all the crap that comes with it and takes me away from what I love about it. It wasn't until I became a mum, I realised how hard it was to make a decision - that would affect more people than myself. Big hugs.

Feeling quite down the last couple of days. Very emotional. 10dpo and have been constantly symptom spotting, which has sort of been taking over my life. Feeling quite negative today, don't know why. I've had quite a few symptoms over the past week and still have gas and tender boobs, but am convinced that they're just pms signs, even though I rarely get pms symptoms other than cramps.

I work with kids and today in the playground a boy is walking in the playground with his friend, as he walks past his younger sister he plants a kiss on her head. She then walks after him and puts her arms around him and they give each other the most gorgeous cuddle - full of sibling love. I actually nearly burst into tears - I had to compose myself very quickly! I'm such a wreck!!

Mango bellinis are the bollocks! My favourite is peach bellinis and I can do cassis belinni at a push! But I can't wait! I'm saving it for tomorrow night when Im done! Been a busy week! Poorly nephew all Monday, 3 funerals and trying to locate 100 oranges to make christingles! Holly - you sound a lot like me. I'm fed up, got a cold that's stalled in the horrid "not quite a proper cold" stage, super painful nipples (feel bruised) and feeling very bloated (yet always hungry - but I know that's nothing new!). AF isn't due for a few days but my O test was positive on just cd12 so I thought I'd test this morning, got a BFN. Feel like I'm paranoid symptom spotting - had some twinges in the pelvic area today but not sure if that's normal because I normally take a very disinterested laid back approach to monitoring my body's general condition menstrual cycle. Hopefully we will get an answer sometime soon. I'm really holding out for a BFP this month

Perhaps Choc or someone can help - my boobs feel better when I wake up in the morning, but within 2-3 hours they're painful again and seem to get worse throughout the day...?

Cthulhoo sorry to hear about test. I heard that is common for women to have some anovulatory cycles, and I think there is medication to help? So sorry to hear. Give yourself time to digest the news then I am sure there will be a plan out there for you.
Imp big decision, I am sure you will make the right one. I had something similar in a smaller scale and I stayed at my job, but mine was the commuting mainly and the job. But you say about your other child and a better life for him... Mmmhhh tough

Yes ipatches! I feel the same, I NEVER have sore boobs but they feel heavy and bruised to touch and my nipples are sensitive. I'm really trying not to symptom spot as I went a bit mad last month on my first cycle. I don't know if this is how boobs are meant to feel around AF or PG never had sore boobs near AF though? I mentioned this the other day but I also have implants so I'm hoping it's nothing to do with them but they've been in for 5 years with no problems, so fx it's a good pg sign! Mine definitely get more sore throughout the day and they I don't know if I'm imagining them looking feeling bigger/harder. I'm only about 7/8dpo though..

I've felt awful because this is such a positive thread and I'm here going in about death and funerals! Honestly though, I'm just glad I can do something whilst families are grieving, and a funeral is the last practical thing we can do for them, I just want their days to be as smooth as possible.

And if anything, it's definetly made me so pleased we (all of us) are ttc because without ttc there's no new life and life is precious

Indi - mine started VERY suddenly - I had cramps on Saturday morning so was sure AF was on her way (despite no other PMS symptoms) and then Sunday the boobs started and have definitely been getting more painful throughout the day. I do get sore boobs with PMS but not this bad; have been on BC for a long time though so not sure what "normal" PMS is like for me. The pain is concentrated around the nips though rather than the whole boob which is what I usually get, and they're really lumpy around this area too. Thursday today so I've had 5 full days of this...
