Anyone ttc baby #2?

Hi everyone,

I'm new here, ttc baby #2 (1st cycle) and already driving myself wild with the tww. I wondered if anyone else is in the same boat?

I was so relaxed about baby #1 that the constant nagging thoughts about am I / aren't I are completely new to me and are making me feel anxious with symptom spotting.

Thought I'd see if there is anyone to talk to on here as my husband is quite matter of fact about there being nothing we can do to find out except for being patient - I know, he's infuriating right.

It'd be great to buddy up if anyone else is in a similar position.

So here is thus mornings frer. It has the faintest of faint lines. Photo isn't great because it is so faint. I'm not even sure I'm not imagining it. It's just when I tested last month with a frer it was completely white - starkly BFN. worth getting another for tomorrow do you think?

Faint line is there. And it's slightly pink which doesn't show up on the photo. Now 5 he test is dry I can see it more clearly.

That sounds promising! I'd def keep testing.

Already forgotten to take temp twice this week, opks are showing nothing according to dates this is the time to crack on ttc so will carry on regardless.

Yay Loki! That sounds like a good result!! YY to doing another one tomorrow, I would be buying a pack of cb and would have probably got through them by lunch time Here's hoping that those lines keep coming!

Figgy that's what to do just keep dtd every other day and u should catch it , I didn't get a positive OPK until cd 19 so don't worry X I'm in the TWW now hoping the OPKs were correct ! Xx

Figgy, just get to it I say. Temping is good for tracking but as long as your dtd regularly you will have done as good as anyone that gets preggers!

So I did not take my own advice and slightly stressed out when I never got a smiley on my CB OPK. However, the weekend before last I did get what I thought was ovulation pains. Anyway as I recently said, I have been feeling really really off. Like can't drink anyway I have no clue what my DPO is but have been feeling hot, bothered and nauseated. My other tell tale sign from previous pregnancy are my fizzy volcanic boobs!!!

So I took a FRER. BFN but because I have gone slightly loopy and google mad I pulled the test apart and saw this. The line is not pink so I know that means a negative but I am now wondering (hoping) it is the beginning of something.

Peyia wait for it to dry a little. It is easier to see. When I got BFN on a frer there was nothing at all their, even broken apart. I can see yours!

I do have 'the feeling'!! My boobs are agonising! I have had the sensitive smell or food causing nausea this time, that was my first sign with dd. This time I just done fancy chocolate, we're as last time the smell made me feel sick. Are symptoms always the same? I havent told dh yet. If I show him a faint line he will be all sensible and tell me to not get my hopes up and wait and see. I want to be absolutely sure. Not sure how to do it either!

Oh I'm getting so exited for u both ! I can see lines on both of ur tests ! I don't want to get ur hopes up incase I'm wrong but even with the cheapest tests Iv never had an evaporation line so always thought any line is a line ! Keep testing over the week and see if it gets darker would be great to have 2 BFP soon !!
I'm miles away from testing bcoz I only ovulated I think on sat ! Just want to join in POAS lol
The weird thing Iv been experiencing is cramping after ovulation , still going today don't think it's a sign of pregnancy ? I'm hoping it's not a sign of AF already becoz that should b 12 days away , I'm obv having a long cycle this month due to late ovulation X
Anyone else get mild cramps for the next 4 days after ovulation? Xx

That test is dry.....it was dug out of the bin......I showed my DH and he said 'nah, doesn't look like the pic on the box' ahahaha!!! So black and white but I like to torture myself with the grey area. I guess we'll see but I definitely feel off!!

Sorry Loki. I don't remember everyone's story. Does your hubby want another? I only ask as it sounded like you were nervous of telling him? I'd just stick the stick under his nose

Thanks Gx and Owlina!! I'm starting to convince myself. All my symptoms coupled with the 2nd line is giving me hope. I am still grounded and could accept it might be an evap buuuuuut it's a line so I'll take that for now.

Does anyone have any experience of FRER? As in got the 2nd barely there line??

Gx, cramping was my last sign. It's too early for AF so it could be egg burrowing! I now there are text books timescales for this ttc malarkey but everyone is different!!! Will keep everyone crossed for all of us

DH is desperate for another. He would have had one by now if it were up to him! I was the one dragging my feet, then dd started school and the broodiness hit me like a freight train. He is just so cautious with everything. Last time, I got a faint line like this one and he wouldn't even acknowledge it until I did the digital on the day af was due and it spelled it out. I wanted to talk about it and he just kept telling me to calm down and not to get my hopes up. This time I want to show him the digital and hope that he let's himself get excited before he starts worrying about all of the things that could go wrong.

Ahaha yes what I meant was the white line. I can't see pink in mine whilst yours has a tinge! I've also just read that FRER's are known for having indent lines but that it could be very early or not pregnant....helpful! Ahaha

I don't think it could b the egg burrowing yet , I remember that pain the first time round it was a lot more intense , think I'm over analysing but I can def feel something lol just going to have to wait a week at least before I cave and test xx

It could be caused by the post ov progesterone surge, Gx? I will be testing in the morning! I'm nervous!

Here is my bfp! The line is stronger and pinker than it comes up on the photo. I didn't need to break the test apart today. Thank you all so much for the support you gave given me. No one in rl knows we are ttc and dh doesn't know I'm pregnant yet so having you all to talk to has saved my sanity. I daren't move to the pregnancy board just yet so I'm hanging around here to see you all get your bfp!

DH was so cute! He came down stairs, got his breakfast and sat down to eat it. I got all nervous! when I told him he was so shocked and gave me a great big hug. All of my moaning about feeling like af was on the way had made him think we were out. It was lovely.
