MrsMcJnr · 23/10/2006 15:16

Thanks Natty for your support. It must be infuriating when people like me who have only been trying a few months (this is my 5th cycle) get all worked up. I need to learn some of the patience that you and Coggy have.

Yes, happy birthday 3Cats - bet I know what your birthday wish is!? Can see why you want to move, 2 hours is a long commute. I think your temps look fine and that you did OV on CD16 judging by temps, CM and saliva ferning. Fingers crossed!

Hello Coggy - see what you mean about your zig zags, the book I was reading said something about zig zags, I'll read up tonight and come back to you. No, no, no re the cramps ! Keep us posted. I'm going to give up on the OPKs for the rest of my cycle and concentrate on temps, CM and CP. CP is highest and softest yet and I have more CM than yest (but not EWCM) so maybe OV might still happen. I did not know that annovulatory cycles were that common.

I was reading some diaries at the weekend from when I was 12 - 14 years old! as you do! I remembered that I'd put quite alot in them about AF and how I felt. There were quite a few cycles then when I did not have AF at all and then when I did, it was so bad I used to pass out from the pain - that was the main reason I went on the pill at 14 1/2 - to regulate things!

Natty1806 · 23/10/2006 15:52

Coggy - i think your chart looks okay i just hope AF holds out for you. x

Mrs- don't be hard on youself it does not matter if you have been trying 5 months or 5 years we all get disappointed as we are not in control of what we won't. We know what we want, we know what to do to get it but unfortunatley it is all a matter of fate when it comes down to it.

SOunds like you may get to ov in a few days, i have not done OPk's this month either. Have had bad ov pains yesterday and today, did get helped my hangover and being sick every 20 mins for 2 hours.

Have not had chance to look at everyone's chart today but will tomorrow. xx

Natty1806 · 23/10/2006 15:53

Sorry lots of errors in that post - you know what i meant to say though.

MrsMcJnr · 23/10/2006 16:00

That's some hangover Natty

Natty1806 · 23/10/2006 16:55

I know i am a binge drinker

1n2s · 23/10/2006 17:11

Natty - I can relate to that. I've cut down on the booze too but its so hard to cut it out completely. I was good all week and then 3 glasses of wine on friday and then oops again on saturday Will be good again this week then AF will arrive so I'll no doubt drown sorrows in a large glass of wine again!!

Babymad2DS · 23/10/2006 17:21

Afternoon all, well CD21 dua on sunday fingers crossed, but next cycle i'll be better informed of whats going on with DH and i body, 2 weeks on wednesday for my scan and x-ray and 14 days to find out about DH s-test (he didn't like doing it he said it flet wrong on a sunday and in a hospital bless). I think if i didn't ov on CD5 than maybe CD15-16 what do you think?
Hope everyone is fine and well, and i'm keeping my fingers crossed for us all, we need to get more BFP!

Natty1806 · 23/10/2006 19:33

3 glasses of wine thats not that bad, it was more like 10 bottles of smirnoff ice.

Good luck babymad, hope you get good results or at least answers.

coggy · 23/10/2006 20:32

Ooops Natty!!!!!
I'm off for a beer right now!!!!

OP posts:
stretchmarks · 23/10/2006 20:40

Hope you had a good birthday 3cats.
Natty - sounds like you had a good weekend

MrsMc - I remember when my periods started they were terrible - passing out feeling sick and the pain was terrible as bad as early labour pains !!!

After our recent furniture drama we managed to agree on and order a sofa on the weekend - still got to go back to get the furniture soon !!

Babymad2DS · 23/10/2006 20:49

Thanks Natty!

coggy · 23/10/2006 22:16

The table Stretch????????

OP posts:
coggy · 23/10/2006 22:19

Do you think it would be a good idea to put a bit of info about ourselves on the 'chart-only' thread and then copy and paste it to add on everyone like Natty did for the clomid thread???

Is that beer-waffle or did that make some kind of vague-sense?????

OP posts:
Natty1806 · 24/10/2006 08:21

Sounds like a plan coggy i will do mine now.

Oh my god i have such bad ov pains this month if i do manage to bd not sure it will be a comfortable experience IFYWIM.

stretchmarks · 24/10/2006 08:33

coggy · 24/10/2006 08:46

Good for you Stretchy!!

Natty....it's good to know that you're OVing tho isn't it?

I still have AF cramps and my temps are continuing on their neat zig-zag route!
MrsMc.....you're not telling me what it means....it must be bad!!!!!!

OP posts:
stretchmarks · 24/10/2006 08:49

just checked your chart coggy I see what you mean very orderly and symmetrical I am impressed - I have no idea what it means though.

coggy · 24/10/2006 08:54

Probably means that I have no hope....so give up!!!

OP posts:
coggy · 24/10/2006 09:02

Natty............have you got a doggie today????

OP posts:
Natty1806 · 24/10/2006 09:33

No, thought i would add todays date in as i have said second cycle of clomid, but you get the date at the top don't you.

Yeah it nice to know that i am ovulating in a weird way the pain is nice so i know what my body is doing, told OH that pains are bad on both sides this month so maybe it would be twin. LOL

MrsMcJnr · 24/10/2006 09:48

Missed some action on here

Hi Babymad - I'll have another look at your chart at the mo. Wishing you and your DH perfect health on those tests.

Stretchmarks - You'll find a way to get that furniture, I'm sure!

Hello Coggy (or should that be Grolsch ) Good idea. I'll go and add my stats too. Re the zig zag temps, I did look it up in my book (bear in mind that it is a Western Medicine meets Eastern Medicine book) and it said that this could indicate liver stagnancy of liver Qi deficiency (sounds much worse than it really is I think but it seems to be a big player in unexplained infertility) acupuncture can help but so can the herb black cohash (sp?) which you can buy in health shops. Sorry, that doesn't sound very helpful!

Natty - so glad you are OV! re twins.

I have cheated. I have deleted the temp I had for Friday as it was distorting my chart by making my coverline far too high. I wasn't very well on Fri so think that that was why my temp was way up at 36.4 but because of the stage in the cycle, the software refused to discredit it. Have I done wrong? Also lots of CM today, think I'll go and buy an OV test at lunchtime just in case addicted to testing!!

Now off to look at the charts.

Natty1806 · 24/10/2006 09:50

Stretch - looking good for you, may be a implation dip on 8DPO??

Mrs- do you think you might have oved yesterday? Suppose we will have to wait and see what temp is tomorrow for you.

Left OH a note this morning saying my concerns that we are not bd enough and that i have only got 4 months of clomid left after this cycle and that we should be giving it our best shot as after clomid i think i will be put on the IVF waiting list (though i might be tempted to go private) as there was no mention of IUI in my last consultation.

Anyway will have to see what OH thinks when i get home.

MrsMcJnr · 24/10/2006 10:04

Stretchmarks - I agree with Natty. How long is LP usually?

Natty - possibly, let's hope so. Tomorrow will tell I guess and same for you do you think you might OV today? Re your note, I think you did the right thing. It is so much easier to express yourself in writing and for someone else to take in what you are saying when they can read it at their own speed. DH and I had a bit of a heart to heart on email yesterday and he apologised for letting me down on Sunday night. It's always better to say what you are feeling I believe.

Babymad - CD15 is a possibility, you had a +opk and temps have been higher since. Fingers crossed.

Coggy and 3catstwo - keep those temps up high ladies!!

Babymad2DS · 24/10/2006 10:21

Nothing much to report, just waitting i hate that part, i was stressed yesterday i'm just going to chill today!

fingers crossed for you all.

MrsMcJur hopefully i did ov on CD15-16! Let us know about the O-test, lots of BDing !

stretchmarks · 24/10/2006 10:54

Not sure how long my LP is as it's my first month charting. Cycles upto 35 days are normal for me so I am waiting to see what happens between now and Friday.
