dh didn't mind the conceive plus. I reckon you could pre insert without them knowing! I don't bother with it now though as two tubes in and I still got no bfp! dhs spunk is clearly really shit!

Dulcet I'm a big fan of Conceive Plus, worked for me! DH was a bit like 'whatever' when I suggested it, but he liked it, we haven't DTD since BFP (irrationally scared) but when we do we'll still use it.

Interesting lube feedback. Maybe I will propose it... Really can't judge what he will say!

We got our first bfp using liquid silk but if we finish the bottle without getting a bfp then will prob buy one of these fancy dancy ones.

We need lube cause I'm broken but dh didn't realise other people use it. I had to assure him that pretty much everyone does, we just use lots.

Hey Dulcey! Woman on a mission! I recommend Preseed as always DH didn't have any strong feelings about it either way as I recall. You can "pre insert" with the delightful applicators if Mr D protests tho!

Never tried conceive plus but throwing in a recommendation for pre seed. Dh and I are both fans!

Morning JSers! I have a question, can't find a definite answer anywhere. Do you count CD1 from first day of 'proper' AF, or if you have a couple if days if very light spotting immediately before do you count it from then? The internet seems to think both are correct!

Oooh, good question Emz . My last 2 cycles were the first time I ever had spotting, and this cycle I'm sure my app is predicting icing and AF really off, this dodgy counting could be why!
I think I'm twotting. I usually find the first week fine, and I'm really busy, so hopefully it'll fly by who am I kidding

Hi all, hope you don't mind me joining. I am trying not to use any form of contraband so thought this thread may help! Although I may be a symptom spotter; I will try my best not to be mega intrigued by conceive plus and preseed; tempted to by both and alternate when DTD! Haha

La I probably iced about 17 or 18 days ago, but lack of contraband in the house means it's only a pant-snot related guess. I'm CD34 now...previously pretty regular (28-32d), but this is only the first real cycle post-wtf so who knows!

Yes same here honey - if I put 'light' it starts counting but not for spotting. I use one called 'clue'. I suppose that's why it's best to just get on with lots of JSing! I think I am

jelly if you're getting fed up not knowing when icing why not try a month of ultimate contraband cbfm? It's very naughty but if hadn't done it I would have carried in stopping shagging at cd20 blissfully unaware I ice on cd25 so it was unlikely to ever result in a baby.

Ok so temping - I love it bad jser baaaad! once you've done a cycle it two it's really easy to predict icing, but I do it alongside checking pant snot. Take temp first thing in morning before you move and stick it in app like fertility friend. Easy! It's then possible to see if it's likely you're upduffed. Temp stays up if you're preggers, falls if not. Although my bfp month it fell below line one morning then went back up - this is quite common and tied in with my implant bleed.

I second lil about opks - I find them easy but I do them in morning?
