Hi, I'm a newbie here and ttc newbie as well! I'm looking for buddies to share experience. Who's with me?Experts tips always welcome
We've been ttc for fe months, before NTNP. However now I'm starting to feel the pressure for BFP.

Oh onelife I'm so sorry AF got you :( that's rubbish, I was really hoping this would be your month.

On the upside you still have plenty of time to get that pre-Christmas baby made, remember you, woodwaj and me are all getting preggers before Christmas!

I know it will take a few days but you will pick yourself up, besides there must be a November POAS party to organise! And you have your super duper CBFM to get you through it as well. I will pop into the November bus and see how everyone is doing :)

I still feel like a bit of an intruder on the ante-natal threads so I'm still hovering on this side as i'm more comfortable here and i love seeing everyone get their BFPs and all you ladies are so lovely.

Just remember, you will get your BFP :) ........and when you do it will be IMMENSE

Yes I'm trying for my first, its exciting but also stressful! And I also would love to be over pregnant for Christmas.
Oh don't apolagise onelife, it takes over and becomes an obsession.

I read your post and figured it out and my 2ww starts today! I wouldn't have even looked if you hadn't have mentioned it as im not normally able to follow my cycle with no AF. So really it should be 4th Nov AF is due, I prob wont test unless its late or I feel I am!! Still DTD though as I cant exactly be sure I have ov'd

I know what you mean Vicky, I occasionally grace the infertility group now, but this group is much more active and friendly. Hopefully we can all move over to ante natal together!!

Good luck on the 2ww woodwaj I have my fingers crossed for you that this is your month and will be checking in to see how you 're getting on. Really hope it doesn't drag too much for you.

I managed to find a successful way not to drink, I just accepted the drinks but then glass swapped with DH who helped me out, pretty sure nobody noticed.....but DH got so drunk because he was downing stuff so quickly and had twice as much as everyone else!! May need a re-think

Oh and still have Dolly Parton boobs!

I'm hoping he can come home tomorrow and then I can visit at the end of the week! There's no way I can get past grandparents to see him at the moment!

AF has finally left the building and she can stay outside i'm locking the door so I've already discussed our sex plan for this month with dh& it's on to the fun stuff! I'm still using my monitor and have ordered a thermometer to give temping a go too, if it doesn't work this month I've got nothing else to buy!

Hope you're doing ok woodwaj, have you seen B yet? Give him a squeeze for me!

Yep still big boobs going on over here! DH is loving it, I look like I have been inflated! Otherwise good, very tired and a little queasy. I think MS can occur any time between 6 and 12 weeks, so am hoping I don't get it bad. Queasiness I can cope with - I basically feel hungover!

Good luck with the fun stuff onelife I've never temped but that plus the super duper all singing all dancing CBFM should give you a great chance of making that pre Christmas sprout :)

jenny good luck with the OPKs they should help you get your cycle figured out so you can 'focus' around the right time.

I have first GP appointment in the morning, I doubt they will do a lot but I get to actually tell a real life person I am preggo - it will be a novelty!

Hey girls, I'm getting on ok, I've tried the opk and so far they're negative, although I've got ovuline app n it's saying I'm fertile now
So weve dtd every day this week, lucky him!

I am symptom spotting now which I totally blame onelife for!! So far I have been peeing a lot (however I have drank a fair few hot drinks which I don't normally do) and secondly I felt queezy the other morning (although I think this was more from disgusting brew!) I think it would be too early for either though.

That's weird about the opks and the app. Its good that you are covering both options with lots of dtd but I would probably lean towards opks being more accurate?

Oh woodwaj sorry, guilty as charged, know it's all my fault for pointing out the 2ww!!! All I can say with symptoms though is I know NOTHING! I've had everything and nothing so just trying not to read into anything, that's my new philosophy yeah right, lets see how long this lasts! Exciting though, whats your plan, are you testing or waiting for af??

My thermometer only arrived today (im cd7) so not sure if it's too late for this month but going to give it a go a anyway, may aswell, i'm already poas left right and centre so another stick in my mouth won't hurt!!

I think you can start temping at any time as long as you do it first thing in the morning and around the same time.

Im just going to wait for AF its like you said how many symptoms do you think are real but then not. Ill test if I am late.

Here's a funny thing I heard today. .I was round at my friends and she has a male cat, her sister has its sister...and the female cat only has Polycystic ovaries!!! My friend doesnt know about my pcos or ttc but I just found it funny!!! I wonder if the cat has been through any 2ww or symptom spotting!!!

Hi everyone, Im also new! In fact, very new - came off the pill 2 days ago ha! Anyone have any advice? Heard some horror stories about it taking years after being on the pill - I really hope thats not the case for us - I'm not expecting it to happen straight away though. Looking to make some friends here to talk to as I begin TTC#1! XX

I'm 27 been ttc since June... cycle ranges between 30-33 days since coming off the pill but this month AF was 6 days late I was so disappointed as I was secretly convinced it was our month...even though all 3(!) tests gave me BFN.. so stupid but thought I had all the symptoms!

Anyway I've ordered my first batch of OPKs and this month going to start trying to check my days as I've just been using an app before now. Reading through all the posts I was so excited to see your BFP Vicky it's given me so much hope so thank you and fingers crossed for you all!

Hi broodysnoopstie, nice to meet you! I'm almost 27, first time ttc. Very excited but very nervous!! I only stopped taking my pill on Friday, and already have achy bloated feeling in lower ab, sore boobs etc, could this be my withdrWal bleed from the pill so soon? I thought it would take a few weeks xx

Sorry for the double post don't know how I managed that, Hi Sara when I came off it was about 2 weeks later I got my first bleed.. Could just be your body getting used to change in hormones. I'm sure the other ladies might have an idea. Nice to meet you wave

I hope it's a good sign that my body is going to respond quickly and get back into shape lol! Have you used any ovulation testing strips or any apps to track it? X
