Hi London and everyone. Is it too early to get impatient sitting on the bus? Did anyone spot me and DH up the front dtd last night?! You wouldn't have seen us as you all decided to sit in the back!

Seriously though, sitting in work, a bit bored, lots to do with no motivation because I am getting quite obsessive about this #ttc malarkey - doign my own head in! I don't think I could sit in the bus again in March, I think I would have to give it all a break for a while to stop my obsessive little mind going crazy. Anyway, that's all! Thanks for listening to the mini obsessive moan :)

Hmmm, it is very hard to get the balance right...I took a much needed break from ttc for a few months last year and took a few weeks off the conception board too...(quickly got sucked back in though..)

I've forgotten about my 2WW so far, AF due in 7 days so I just remembered about this site hehe!!

Aye, my sister has a 18 month old LB who iss gorgeous.... My sister being only 18!!

She fell pregnant at 15 :shock: - Soooo silly!!!
And has no common sense after getting pregnant the first time failed to use any form of contraception and got pregant again, she knows i'm TTC and have been for 6 months and when I mentioned to her I knew, she said 'Well I didn't wanna tell you because I'm planning on GETTING RID so didn't see the point'.....

Getting rid?.... Such a nice way to put it!
When I found out I felt sick to the stomach just thinking 'how can some stupid girl get herself pregnant'.....

I've also been contacted my one of my dad's ex girlfriends (my dad has passed away and we had no relationship to speak of) and apparently I have an 11 year old brother!!!

Hi Lyndsey :)

It's a type of coil - which releases a bunch of hormones to keep you from getting preggo (I think it does other things too). Had it removed on 27th Dec so now waiting for AF. Doc advised giving my uterus a chance to reline itself as well. Just impatient!

Hmm, I think when ya come of contraception your more fertile.... i could be wrong but you usually ovulate not long after (again i could be wrong) but I know alot of people who stopped contraception and fell preggo straight away. Unfortunately for me I missed that window cause I stopped contraception for diff reasons than TTC!

I have heard that - I think the only problem with falling pregnant straight after the mirena is that the womb lining might not provide a suitable 'sticking' environment, so figured I would wait to save any heart ache.

Sorry to hear about your sister Lyndsey - must be a hard one to bear. I know it's been said many times but it does make you think about all those years one spends trying not to get pregnant.

I've still got my fingers crossed for this month Ariel lol. I tracked my ovulation with ovulation sticks but didn't get a positive, so I might not have even ovulated which is why I've reserved a seat here hehe :)

hello can i jump on.
FloJo151 cycle 1(cp in aug/sept) bfp due 31stjan/1st feb ish

was on some of the buses last year but had a cp in aug or sept, not sure exactly when as i had a bfp (well 3!) about a week before af due then got a bfn the next week (was checking to see if the dates had moved from 1-2 wks to 2-3 wks) then af came so not sure if that was the mc or the af i had in aug was it. anywho carried on ttcing for a bit then decided to have a break over xmas but am now back Hoping not to catch any other buses but not sure if im due af end of jan or earlier feb so thought id hang out here instead of having to catch 2 buses! if thats ok!

ANOTHER colleague announced preggers today. i obviously smiled and hugged whilst inwardly sobbing

so i've been gym again tonight like a good little pixie, trying to give myself other stuff to do other than obsessing about ttc. hawk time goes soooo slowly huh?! think i'll weigh myself at wknd and see how i've done for wk 1. 1lb a wk to lose half stone by end feb..thats not too hard surely?

pixie yey for you going to gym, that's rly good well done. Think it rly does help to focus on something other than ttc. When I start my diet on fri I'll be on here ranting lol. Its sooo hard when people keep announcing they are preggars! That's all I seem to see on my facebook feed at the moment! Its so hard as want to be happy but inside am going whhhhyyyy nottt meeeeeee!!
