p.s. I can't believe I said "unsheathed". Or "dongle", for that matter.

ZombiesAreClammyDodgers · 26/09/2012 20:11

janey have been having sushi and wine too! It isn't happening till I know it's happening so I'm a free agent. That's the view I'm taking Grin

HazleNutt · 26/09/2012 20:16

Japanese women have kids and certainly won't give up sushi.

ZombiesAreClammyDodgers · 26/09/2012 20:23

WTAF is happening! Had EWCM yesterday and today.

Lolcbcblemonlime · 26/09/2012 20:24

Lol hazle I was thinking exactly that how other day regarding sushi!!!
Today I saw a girl on the street who must have been at least 5/6 months pregnant smoking a big fat cigarette. That made me so angry!
Life is unfair sometimes!

Pipbin · 26/09/2012 20:36

I had to sit through a presentation about Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder. How woman can carry on drinking after they know they are pg is beyond me.

ella0 · 26/09/2012 20:39

bing I've had burning in the lower abdomen/ pelvis too, yesterday and the day before. I posted about it a few pages back! Not painful but a really strange sensation. I'm normal going to the loo so I don't think it's an infection. I googled it and it can be a symptom of early pregnancy as I found sites where people had it and then got a BFP (but then everything appears to be a symptom of pregnancy!). I haven't had it today though and my cramp feelings have stopped too. I'm 8dpo today.

bingeddybongo · 26/09/2012 21:09

Oh thank you so much for your response ella, that's made me feel a ton better hearing it sounds like it's a normal thing, whatever it turns out to be. It's really bloody uncomfortable, almost painful, so I'm even happier to hear it goes away! It seems to be worse when I'm sitting so I suppose I'll have to watch telly standing up this evening ;) In the meantime, I will keep my fingers crossed for you :)

ella0 · 26/09/2012 21:35

Thank you :) . Fingers crossed for you too :) . This month is the first time I've experienced it but then I've experienced something new each month since ttc (this is my third month).

Bunnygirlie · 26/09/2012 21:57

Right ladies, off on my holibobs tomorrow so see you all on the other side :-)

Have an amazing time bunny! Smile

ZombiesAreClammyDodgers · 27/09/2012 00:09

janey when are you planning to POAS?

bingeddybongo · 27/09/2012 06:11

Thanks, ella, and happy holibobs, bunny! :)

Lolcbcblemonlime · 27/09/2012 07:59

So.... Any poas action today?
I'm on cd4 so planning a weekend shag just to take the pressure off ttc. Not seen DH since tue so had time to get over my bad mood which is good news!

Bunnygirlie · 27/09/2012 10:09

Thanks ladies, AF due day we fly back so who knows my mood on my return ;-)

Good luck, hope to have some good news from some of you soon x

HazleNutt · 27/09/2012 11:33

I think it might be OV time. Or not. The time goes sooooo sloooowly. Want to start POASing already..

Am also convinced that we get sore boobs every month because we keep grabbing them and checking for soreness. or is it just me?

ZombiesAreClammyDodgers · 27/09/2012 12:27

hazle that's what I've been thinking too re the boobs. Also, think I'm more aware now of tummy twinges than I've ever been clearly could improve my eating habits

ZombiesAreClammyDodgers · 27/09/2012 12:28

Ooh wonder how many of us will have BFPs by the time we reach a 1000 posts on this thread!

janey1234 · 27/09/2012 13:08

zombies - I'm not planning to POAS until I'm due on - 2nd October. Is that madness? Could it really be detected earlier? I'm abroad this weekend, which hopefully should make it easier to not think about it, fingers crossed that's the case. Then if there's nothing Tuesday morning I will POAS.

or alternatively i will buy some when in Ireland and POAS several times over the weekend

HazleNutt · 27/09/2012 13:24

Janey First Response should show a nice BFP already 6 days before the expected period.

janey1234 · 27/09/2012 17:59

But the earlier you test, the more likely you are to get a false BFN? I'm honestly going to try to wait until Monday... I say try as I'm not sure I will succeed! Blush

ZombiesAreClammyDodgers · 27/09/2012 18:20

stupidly hopeful so false BFNs happen??

HazleNutt · 27/09/2012 19:44

oh yes, false BFNs are very common - false BFPs on the other hand rarely happen. If it's negative, it can mean there's not enough hormones and it's just too early for the test to pick it up, especially if you test before or around AF time.

JugglingWithPossibilities · 27/09/2012 19:59

A word of encouragement - we were trying for a year for DD ( when I got pregnant they told me my uterus was "retroverted") I wish they'd told me whilst TTC as makes conceiving more difficult apparently.
Don't worry if sex is a bit functional for a while ...
My two are now 13 and 10 - it can happen !

Pipbin · 27/09/2012 20:43

Well I have decided not to POAS until Sunday but I'm getting pre AF vibes.
However, except for a tiny bit of on 2 DPO, no spotting so far an I'm 8/9 DPO.
