Hi ladies,

For those of us out of the July game there are not many places to hide so I thought I'd start a new August thread to give us all some positive vibes!

Cycle 3 - BFP August 6th

OP posts:

No, no ginger biscuits.

I feel spacey, yes...drifting in and out, if that makes sense.

You know when you're drunk and have just had that one too many? My brain / focussing is a bit like that. Difficult to describe.

frustratedpants · 14/08/2012 21:16

I just got a shiver of goosebumps reading that nic

A bit of a story to distract you make you laugh when I was pg with dd and we had alot of other stuff going on that month I actually went and got my eyes tested coz my eyes kept spacing, and I was going dizzy/sea sick in hospital lifts. think I was a week over when I POAS, didn't notice I was late to the stress at the time I felt so thick when someone said to, because despite TTC it totally didn't cross my mind that I was pg.

frustratedpants · 14/08/2012 21:19

Only other time I've felt like that was when I was on tramadol for a bad back and felt like I was tripping. changed meds the next day, I don't like feeling trippy

NicolaHazel · 14/08/2012 21:19

That's funny! I wish I could be so unaware as to not think about it / consider what it could be. Would be FAR easier!

I don't think I could face a lift right now. The train was bad enough this evening.

kittykatsforever · 14/08/2012 21:23

Omg Nic so funny you've said that, when I felt it I described it to my work collegue when your out and so drunk and you sit on a toilet and your sort of drifting in and out and just want to rest your head!!

NicolaHazel · 14/08/2012 21:29

Yeah, that's it, kitty!!

If I'm not pregnant now, who do I write to to complain about the shitty symptoms?!

kittykatsforever · 14/08/2012 21:33

Write to the bitch in red
Care of what did I do to deserve that!!
It sounds so positive, have you been using cheepies, I didn't find them very good

frustratedpants · 14/08/2012 21:34

Its overrated nic wouldn't wish the stress and angst we had that month on anyone. not going to drag fred down or out myself by saying but I would much rather have been symptom spotting and getting excited like I should have been. however up and down it can be

NicolaHazel · 14/08/2012 21:39

Sounds horrible, frustrated. :-( As long as you're past it all now.

I just feel like I'm setting myself up for a MASSIVE fall. This TTC lark is really hard.

And yes, kitty, cheapie, shitty ones! Though I used a standard CB one the other day, which was negative too. I'm so scared it's all nothing / coincidence.

kittykatsforever · 14/08/2012 21:48

I got neg on the, predictor, cheepies, cb and frer to start with lol frer were the ones that showed a so faint I almost missed it first, it was a good week late though, I hope you get a bfp it would be shitty to get all those symptoms , you dont want to know how much I've spent on hpt in the last month, seriously!!!

NicolaHazel · 14/08/2012 21:52

Bloody hell...you've bought every brand going! Do you always go to the same shop? Get a basket full of the full range?!

I'm trying to hold off til the weekend for a 'proper' test though. Might believe it will happen if no AF by then!

frustratedpants · 14/08/2012 21:56

Yeah. We're 5 yrs past it.

Grin at buying every brand in the shop.

Lolcbcb · 14/08/2012 22:03

Ooh frustrated that's a good score!
Have you got plans to poas? When?
Nic I'm more convinced you've got to be pg! Otherwise all these symptoms are a load of twaddle for us ttc ladies!
I've just watched the accused on Bbc. Anyone seen it? I liked it.

kittykatsforever · 14/08/2012 22:21

I don't normally but bought cheepies so I could use them early obviously pointless, bought predictor because it said 5 days early but it looked cheep and I wasn't convinced so bought frer, had the cb one free with the trial so gave it a whorl! I might add that I wasn't doing it every day as it must seem. I got an opk+ on cd15 so did the cheepies around cd25 then the predictor & frer on cd29 thought af due cd32 max neg tried again cd34 neg then first very faint + with frer on cd38
Since I been peeing on anything I can get my hands on to see because off bleeding, the resin I say cheepies wernt good as I was using them to see if it was a cp and the line was very faint cd42 at this point so I thought yes it must be but when I used the frer again that was when I could see the line had got darker

frustratedpants · 14/08/2012 23:03

lolcbcb not yet. I'm only 3/4 dpo!!
I have alternating low/high blood pressure, constantly knackered, and have dizzy/nausea spells all month except during AF. and awaiting blood result which will probably be high iron again

NicolaHazel · 14/08/2012 23:11

Bugger, I missed it, Lol. iPlayer tomorrow then.

Hormones have a lot to answer for if I'm just late with AF!

woody17 · 15/08/2012 07:53

I didn't see it lolcbcb but I think I'll watch it on I player today.

WhenSheWasBadSheWasHorrid · 15/08/2012 07:54

Good morning all. Not sure what is going on this morning. The spotting is still just spotting but bloody hell I am in pain. Awful cramps, not feeling good about this this much cramping can't be a good thing.

SunshineOutdoors · 15/08/2012 08:19

I'm sorry you're in pain was. Really wishing it's not something horrible for you. Can I ask if you have done a test recently?

resipsa · 15/08/2012 08:23

When Sad again. Hope you figure out what the hell is going on soon. I was hoping my secret twin and I would be in it together...I still await AF.

jessiethecowgirl · 15/08/2012 08:36
