Cd 32 is really long well done for maintaining the shag fest and getting your timing right to catch ov.

Yeah, temping and cm monitoring have definitely made me feel more in control this cycle.

Hubby's fallen asleep on sofa. Last time we dtd was Tuesday - are we leaving too many days in between dtd? It will be 4 days rather than 2-3 days as recommended.

I think I read sperm can live for up to 6 days inside you. But to be on the safe side will he wake up a bit when he moves from sofa to bed? Maybe he'll be up for a quick one?

No he's knackered - so am I to be honest! We didn't sleep till half 2 last night.

I'll have to get him tomorrow morning instead!

Dd gets up at 6am so we have to dtd after her bedtime but before ours. So if we miss a day that's it for 24hours.

But if you can do it in the morning that's just a few hours rather than a whole day.

Morning. it is just, but still in dressing gown as are dds and CBA to get dressed yet as haven't decided what to do today yet and dd2 wouldn't go to sleep last night still managed to jump DH dtd

Just catching up on here, since I've been avoiding due to long and painfully depressing COD. But Ov is due today, but nothing on saliva watch yet.

Sorry AF got you worried :( I get the dizzy/light headed and nausea post Ov too. Have no idea why, maybe it is the hormones, but doesn't help when symptom spotting. which I do continuously in 2ww

Plan for this month is to shag jump DH dtd eod or more if possible due to having to have tests we couldnt start as early as we did last month, and then ran out of energy which is a good thing. We have until the 17th when I go away, also means I can't POAS too stupidly early this cycle and will have to wait at least until 10dpo. which for me will be a nightmare but it will be a good distraction if I do t cave and take tests with me

Still BFN and no AF here...CD27, with last cycle 26 and first 28 days. So a bit in limbo.

Thought I'd lured AF by DTD this morning as a tiny bit of spitting and cramps after. But no!

frustrated what's all this about saliva and ov, are you checking for fearning (can't spell sorry) patterns. How do you do that? I am fascinated

whenshe yeah, looking for ferning. You lick a mini microscope slide, wait for it to dry, and look at it through a mini microscope (size of lipstick). If you are fertile/Ovulating the pattern it makes becomes more branchy (is that a word) like a fern.
Basically fertile =pretty pattern, Non fertile = no pattern.

There is a nack to it, in that to see the ferning you need to look around the edges rather than straight down the microscope.
The good thing is you can do it as often as you like (as long as you haven't just brushed your teeth or had a drink)

Just discovered your cm makes the same patterns. Eeeewww I am NOT going to examine cm that closely.

Ooh thanks for the pics. If I don't manage to get knocked up in a few months I might give it a go. Don't think I'll try looking at my cm though.
