Cycle 3 - BFP August 6th

Im out girls, the witch got me on my drive to work this morning so will hopefully be September for me!

Going to buy wine instead of syperdrug tests

I'm new to the site. Have really enjoyed reading all your posts. Congrats to those who have got their BFP's. I'm also hoping for my BFP any day now. The wierd thing is that I've been bleeding, not spotting, for 2 days now, since 7DPO. Not as heavy as my usual period, but red, brown and pink on tp. Also some thicker clot like blood. I know it doesn't seem probable that I'm pg but I only found out at 20 weeks that I was pg with DS because I had 3 periods/bleeds while pregnant with him. He is now 16 months old.
Anyway, might test tomorrow and see what happens. Has anyone else got BFP with heavier than usual 'implantation bleeding'?

Well I'm out. Little bit of spotting yesterday evening gave way to proper AF.

It's really early for me - 25 day cycle - but also quite confusing as I seemed to ovulate later than I thought I was going to, only about 10 days ago. .

Anyway, only 1st cycle of TTC and 1st cycle off Cerazette so things bound to be a little unsettled. On the upside if I'd got AF next week when I thought I would, I'd have it on my holiday. At least now it's out of the way.

So, Cycle 2 begins and off to Sept BFN!

Sorry to hear af is here lorelei and I think you are right, if it was going to come, it will be nice not to have it on holiday. FX for a BFP in September.

Hi kat26ttcno2 hope you get a bfp soon. I've only been pg once (and this ended in mc) but I don't think I had any implantation bleeding that time.

I've had some brown spotting today - just a tiny bit - but wondering if it's implantation bleeding. How soon after ov can this take place?

Afternoon! Just a quick update for you. GP suspects that I have secondary ammenhoria not sure if I spelt that right. I had an internal examination today, blood test booked for next Friday and internal scan booked for 11th September. Only time will tell now :-/

winkle I'm really sorry :( wasn't it you who said every month that goes by is closer to a BFP? There's some truth in that.

Oh no I think it was Kick who said that. Have you had any tests to check you out winkle? I can't remember if your have or not?

Glad they are giving you some answers newbie and then they'll be able to get it sorted.

Sorry it's been a year winkle. I have often been told that doing the same thing again and again but expecting a different result is the definition of maddness. No wonder ttc is so distressing and insanity provoking.

Well I felt like I might be pregnant but it is now 8dpo and all symptoms have vanished . Ttc sucks.

Didnt DTD last night as got in too late but will DTD tonight. That's still every 2-3 days. We have DTD CD 9, 12, 14, 15, 17 and today will make 20. that's ok, yes? Trying to go for it one last time before we fully are in the hands of the doctors.

newbie glad you are finally getting some answers. We are having tests done next Tuesday so fingers crossed for good results.

This is going to be a mememe post (sorry). I do have complete lack of symptoms now BUT have got a tiny amount of implantation bleeding (today is 8 dpo).

Don't dare get my hopes up as this is exactly what happened on the last two cycles and they both ended in chem preg. Argh don't know what to think, am wondering if I am freakishly fertile re sperm meets egg but have a completely incompetent uterus.

I took test today and faint BFP came up - also dont want to get my hopes up in case of chem pregnancy but when does it usually take place? By arrival of AF?
Going bananas - never heard of yellow spotting before - will research it for you and see if I come up with anything

Woody - implantation bleeding usually takes place anywhere from 6 to 12 DPO.
Mine happened at roughly 7 or 8DPO

kat26 tentative congrats from me. I read your othe post you said you have had some bleeding since 7dpo for two days. You got you BFP today, if today is 9 dpo that is really impressive and sounds like a good sign.

With both of my chem pregs I tested on the same day as missed af and one day after missed af. I got really faint positives which worried me as at that stage the line should have been quite strong (based on what happened when preg with dd). The test become bfn a few days later and a couple of days after that I started bleeding.

Oh just remembered with the last chem preg I tested at 10 dpo and got bfn.

Best of luck with your BFP. Do another test tomorrow or the day after and see of it gets stronger. (and keep us informed).

just a quick note as not had time to read back and got to collect DS. Tested this morning and another faint line but couldn't be sure. Have got a CB digital on way home and got BFP!!!!! 2-3weeks!!! Can't quite take it in! 5th Cycle of trying properly so much shorter than last time!

It appears I ovulated on cd32 (!!) have I got the longest cycle ever? I'm praying temp stays up now. Dtd the day before, the day of ov and the day after. Despite the shagfest not working last month I've tried it again, had to keep going for weeks and still going as if temp goes down again I'd hate to have stopped too early.

3dpo now I think. 2ww is finally here! Actually enjoying it at the mo... Bet I won't be saying that in a week!
