congrats suwoo

well i am back very late, she said i am not ovulating, think its my ageSad, no need to do other tests on me as you all know i has a scan notlong ago when i was ill. but they want dh to do a sperm test, got to wait for sheffield, hospital for that appointment, so i asked if i could have cloimd till we wait as am getting old and they now know am not ovulating, she said no, then asked how far are we willing to go to have a baby! i said it depends how old i will be if the time comes, as i will not be able to have it on nhs. doh as though i dont now.

she then said she will go and see her consulant, ,came back and started talking, then stopped and asked ds if she could speak now! (hes only 3.5 mind) and he was chunting to himself to keep himself amused. when she did speak, she said her boss says i can take clomid when af starts , while we wait for dh to do his bit, way hay go back in three months. i want be saying wayhay when clomid kicks in. then said good luck i hope it works soon

Piffle · 10/04/2006 20:09

coggy · 10/04/2006 21:20

I was going to ask after reading your first posting tonight - was she really being funny??
That's appauling as he's so young and wouldn't know any different - sounds like he is a little darling amusing himself - the old bag!!

I am CD11 today and been told I can try again with clomid nexct month - HURRAH!!
I felt like all my birthdays had come at once when my doctor phoned to tell me that...after waiting to even get a decent reply from the fertility clinic after 91/2 months!

Have you been on clomid before Trace?

K1K2 · 10/04/2006 23:32

I'm as usual, late posting after a very full working day, so I'll keep it brief.....Well Girls its looking as though this is a very lucky thread, Suwoo pg, Jabberwocky pg,
( congratulations )Trace and Coggy getting their clomid - good news, Trace at last eh? I'm scared to speak too soon myself.. but, I couldn't wait any longer, tested yesterday morning and there is a faint blue line-6 days+ AF due day now.... I only had one test kit at home and haven't got round to buying anymore so far, so until I double check in a couple of days time, let's say it is a SSP ( small slim positive !) for me too! Will let you know if it is a BFP!! nite nite and good luck to all with a large smattering of babydust xx

suwoo · 11/04/2006 07:47

Thanks for your congratulations girls. Trace, glad you are getting somewhere with the clomid, I'm really pleased for you Grin
Good news for you too Coggy....this is turning into a positive thread!!!
I have got to give a sample to the docs, so thought I might wait until the end of the week as their tests are notoriously crap aren't they? I'm still not due AF til tomorrow! I did another clearblue digital this morning to show the DH, was still panicking that it would say Not Pregnant but it didn't LOL!!
Have a nice day everyone xx

trace2 · 11/04/2006 08:33

trace2 · 11/04/2006 09:08

hi nat,

NatalieJane · 11/04/2006 09:09

Hiya Trace :o

Did you see my message for you on the chat thread?

trace2 · 11/04/2006 09:10

just looked was just going to reply thank you am coming over

coggy · 11/04/2006 09:36

I'm not sure how much Trace. I was on 50mg before and my gp said something about the first month I could have 100mg but we are off on our hols later today so I am not going to think about it until we get back!

Reeeeeellllaaaaaxed [grin}

My cycle is around 28 days so I guess I will start around 29th of this month.
I didn't have any side effects last time apart from the manic-ness of co-ordinating dh to be at home at the right times! That was a effort all of it's own sometimes with shift work etc!

I'll catch up with everyone soon.
X

trace2 · 11/04/2006 09:39

oh coggy have a good time, where you going??

Hopecat · 11/04/2006 12:39

Hello Ladies,

Congratulations K1K2 - sounds like you've made it!Grin

Also congrats to Trace and Coggy. I've not yet gone down the Clomid road, but it must feel so positive: like you're really taking control.

Have a great hol Coggy. I'm coming to your neck of the woods late Thursday night. It's DH's birthday AND our 1st date anniversary while we're away, so lots of excuses for BDing. Not drinking on holiday wll be hard though...

coggy · 11/04/2006 12:51

Have a wonderful time Hopecat - drinking and holidays kindof go together don't they? That hadn't even occured to me. Apparently our friends are getting us champagne to drink all week!! Hmmmmmmmm! Maybe just one or two!!!

Trace we're off to visit friends in Germany who we haven't seen for a while so it will be wonderful I'm sure!
Just finished packing (I HATE IT!) and now organising the house as it is being 'house sat' by parents - they come down here on holiday when we go!!!

I really must go now.

wannaBe1974 · 11/04/2006 14:09

hiya all, haven't posted on here for a while, but to all the bfp's many many congrats! so glad your stays on here were relatively short.

Am on CD22 and have had blood tests to see whether I'm ovulating. So now just time and patience and we'll see if there's anything up.

Hopecat · 11/04/2006 15:07

Good luck Wannabe.

Have you had any tests like this before? How long till you get the results?

pussycatmomma · 11/04/2006 15:18

hi all.........CONGRATULATIONS to all 3 ladies with their fabulous bfps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Amazing news, am so glad to have heard of your little miracles at the very very start Smile
Hi to everyone, i havent been around for a good few days.... i think i am starting to get my af at last, at least i hope it is just starting today. Horrid af pains for past 10 days or so but no af, and am also on day 43, so as you can imagine i am more than ready to start! When i know this is the start of af "proper" i can ring the drs and organise my 21 day blood test that he advised me about on my last visit. Also using my isiscope thing/ weeing on my persona sticks left right and centre/ and using "pre-seed" lube which is apparently as good as a racing car for dh's little swimmers!!!!!
I am keeping everything i have crossed for a positive next month! I dont think i can try and harder!!!
lots of love to all,
pusscat x xxx x x xx x x x

Hopecat · 12/04/2006 10:08

Hey pussycat - sorry if I've missed something, but could you not be PG?

I've talked to so many new people I'm getting confused Blush.

pussycatmomma · 12/04/2006 13:32

hi all.......
hopecat, in theory yes, could be, but in reality, no dont think so. Had stange af last time, could have been poss v. early miscarriage, but tested lots and never got a bfp. have done about 4 tests in last 6 wks or so all bfn, so waiting for af to hurry up.
Just wondered if anyone on here would like to come to a meet up at meadowhall (sheffield area)??? Lota on the chat thread is from same area as myself, and trace says she could get to meadowhall......we were just thinking, would be wonderful to meet up.....anyone interested??? lets see what we can organise!
hugs to all xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Piffle · 12/04/2006 14:21

I can definitely get to Meadowhall :)

pussycatmomma · 12/04/2006 14:48

hiya piffle, that would be great Smile we are just asking people at the mo, to see if its viable. Well thats 4 of us at least! p'raps we'll wait for a few more takers Blush. Whereabouts are you hun?

Piffle · 12/04/2006 15:27

I'm in Sth Lincs but my PIL are in Rotherham, seconds away from Meadowhall and to catch train there or drive is just over an hour - I go there far too much :)

trace2 · 12/04/2006 15:59

great looks like we can do this would be great,
