Thanks sunshine and kitty - another week to go. But I am getting all the symptoms so early! Feel like AF will arrive anytime by the weekend. Not due till next Friday.

ah ribs so sorry. gutted for you mate :( big hug and be good to yourself tonight x

toobreathless · 18/06/2012 22:33

RIBS so sorry. Had been thinking of you this weekend. How old is your DD of you don't mind me asking?

Day 7 post ovulation here, I have been rather distracted by a really nasty flare up of my asthma. Everything is a bit of a struggle at the moment. Don't think this bodes well as pregnancy makes my asthma much, much better.

Think I'm going to hang out here until the bitter end even if it's just me talking to myself Grin seems like bad luck to join the July thread somehow.

SunshineOutdoors · 18/06/2012 22:37

I'll be here... Hopefully testing on last day of the month if I'm not out before Smile

redstrawberry · 18/06/2012 22:59

I'll be here too - holding out on a wee bit of hope for June

MrsRigby · 18/06/2012 23:32

RIBS I know exactely how you feel and I'm so, so sorry. I'll see you on the July thread and hopefully we'll both have better luck.

redstrawberry · 19/06/2012 08:24

Feeling a bit rough today - very tired and slightly nauseous. Oh hurry up! Can't wait to POAS now. My boobs hurt like hell. They have been sore before AF so maybe its an AF symptom.

I dreamt about a baby girl last night....slightly freaked out by it. I think the waiting is insane.

SunshineOutdoors · 19/06/2012 08:27

Hi redstrawberry, hopefully we'll both be here until the end then, and not out before.

I'm fairly new on this thread, been ttc no. 2 for a while but have only just got my period back by stopping bf - before that I was just hoping to catch first ov - now I've got some idea of when I'm due to ov it feels a bit more serious.

Have done 3 tests in the last few months, convinced I have symptoms.... all bfns though Sad

I hope I have done enough this cycle, but will keep dtd as much as possible, as I don't really know what my cycle will be doing, just basing it on before I had dd.

Are you ttc no. 1 or subsequent? I'm sorry I know I could look back through the thread but I'd rather just chat to you if we're both going to be rattling around here Grin

SunshineOutdoors · 19/06/2012 08:28

oooh, I'm hopeful for you. Symptom spotting is the worst though, isn't it?

plonko · 19/06/2012 11:06

Hi ladies...

I've been lurking around this thread (and its predecessors!) for a few weeks now, so let me start by saying congratulations to all those who've tested positive!

So, this is my dilemma: My partner and I are on our second cycle ttc, no charting or anything drastic, just good ol' fashioned fun whenever we feel like it. We're the first of all our mates to go through this with proper planning etc so I have very limited emotional support. I don't want to approach mum or sister with this in case they get all excited about nothing. I was due on yesterday, had all the right signs (sore boobs, bloating, some mild tummy pain and completely knackered) but nothing. Used two internet cheapies today, got very faint pink lines (I mean you could barely see them, but they are there) and dp is convinced it's nothing because they're not dark!! (He just doesn't understand, bless him). However, he's now got me second guessing. Am going to test again later in the week and hopefully get more conclusive results.

But first, can I just enjoy a tiny wee celebration? God I wish I could have a drink!

Christelle2207 · 19/06/2012 11:43

you are pg congrats

SunshineOutdoors · 19/06/2012 12:21

Congratulations! Get a clearblue digital then you'll get to see the word pregnant!

plonko · 19/06/2012 13:03

Thanks for the support, it feels wonderful to come on here and get some positive vibes.

I'm gonna hold off on the digi for now, just hope the lines get darker on the cheapo tests I think. I'm worried that I'm seeing evap lines - it wouldn't be the first time Blush. Still feel like af could come.

Look at me talking myself out of it!

SunshineOutdoors · 19/06/2012 13:12

Keep us posted..... Hope the lines get stronger for you

RIBS · 19/06/2012 13:35

Thanks for all the support and hand holding ladies. I was reading a clomid uscess story last night on the infertility board and it made me feel a bit more positive. Plus we've just booked a mini break for my bday next month. SO ive got something to look forward to.

toobreathless my gorge DD is nearly 4 (going on 14!) She was talking about her cousin last night and asked is she was going to be a big sister like a cousin. My heart melted. I said I hoped so but it might take a long while yet. She seemed happy with that. Bless her. I wouldnt mind she'l make a terrible sister, really bossy and will not share.

plonko Bloody well done girl and many congrats. Go and get yourself a Boots own or superdrug test, or like sunshine says a digi one, you cant beat seeing the words PREGNANT looking at you!! Sometimes the cheapo tests dont get any darker.

QueenOfTheDrama · 19/06/2012 16:00

Hello all, hope everyone is well? I'm still lurking here until the end of June!

plonko sounds like you are pg! I got really faint lines on cheapo tests at the beginning too but they did get steadily darker day by day. So either try again tomorrow or go get a digi! I couldn't bear analysing the faint lines any longer so thats what I did, a digi doesn't lie! Congratulations by the way!

Sorry to RIBS and anyone else who af got. Best of luck for July. xx

plonko · 19/06/2012 19:45

Thanks sunshine and queen, am crossing everything in the hope I've read it properly. Really thrilled and will be grinning like a cheshire cat at work tomorrow! Will update when I have retested.

Right then, come on England! Odds on if we win dp will make me call it Wayne :o

alkar · 19/06/2012 19:55

Guess id better ask to join the group. I've just had a bfp. Even though I'm 9 days late and had a bfn on Friday I'm still in shock.

plonko · 19/06/2012 20:24

Congratulations Alkar :)

I have been offered a beer three times since I got in an hour ago.

SunshineOutdoors · 20/06/2012 09:06

Congratulations Alkar! So you were late already when you tested and got the bfn? What made you test again?

PuppyMummy · 20/06/2012 11:04

Hi everyone, can I join please?! I have been reading/watching the threads for a while and thought it would be nice to join in the chat.

I'm testing 29th June (AF due 29th/30th). This is our 3rd Cycle of TTC Numb 1 (Hash key not working on my keyboard!). Not stressing so far and only obsessing a little! OH is very good and just says 'tell me when u want me'! and so far thinks all his Christmases have come at once! I have a 23/24 day cycle which is regular and came off pill in Jan in preparation. I think (hope) I am OV on days 9 or 10. not temping or anything but have it all marked out in my diary!

Fingers crossed for everyone this month Smile

SunshineOutdoors · 20/06/2012 20:26

Hi puppyMummy I'm testing 30th June... Hope it's bfp for both of us

redstrawberry · 20/06/2012 21:05

Congratulations alkar that must be the shortest stay on the thread :)

How you doing Queen? What cd are you on ?
My boobs are very sorry and have been feeling veery tired last 2 days. Went to bed at 8 yesterday.

Get AF like cramps sometimes not sure yet if I'm pregnant this month.

redstrawberry · 20/06/2012 21:07

Hi sunshine I'm ttc #1 but this month football sort of took priority over ttc :( also lots of other things added to missing dtd at the right time - so feel like we missed the boat this month.

Sorry abt your bfns-when are you due?

SunshineOutdoors · 20/06/2012 21:30

Well I'm not really sure what my cycles are now as have only just got periods back after pregnancy and bf dd, but prior to that I averaged about 35 days so based on that I'm due af on 30th June. I will test then as I'm going on holiday that day, need to know where I stand wrt alcohol.

I'm currently cd25, really hoping I've done it this month, already trying to symptom spot but if my calculations are right I'm only 4dpo so that's a waste of time!

Your symptoms sound quite promising... I also like the sound of sorry boobs... what did they do wrong? Grin if they are sore though and you're very tired then that sounds promising to me

SunshineOutdoors · 20/06/2012 21:32

Ha ha I just read your post again and it sounds like your boobs are tired as well as very sorry! Grin
