winkle2 · 12/06/2012 08:50

Wow well done morecoffee and congrats!! Really pleased for you :)

Where is RIBS? Anyone know? I had a dream about her LOL. I spend way too much time on here!

Littlemiss thanks for sharing your secret! I think our problem is we start too early and are worn about OV time.

Going to switch my monitor on tomorrow morning as I forgot to get batteries doh.

winkle2 · 12/06/2012 08:51

I mean worn out not worn about!

NicolaHazel · 12/06/2012 08:54

I am if no ERTD, Sunshine.

It's my first cycle off the pill, so no idea how long it will be. CD22 today though.

I may end up 'out' before then though!

SunshineOutdoors · 12/06/2012 08:58

Winkle, this might sound odd but when you say worn out do you mean you stop dtd as much because you're worn out..... or that the sperm isn't strong enough by the time you're fertile?

I know it sounds silly but I've heard that sperm needs a break to sort of recharge and I worry that dtd everyday might be counter productive. But I don't want to stop dtd everyday because I don't want to miss the window of opportunity.

Kind of wish I could just relax and let it happen but I want to be pregnant so badly. Have been trying since Jan but only just got my period back so this is the first cycle where I can count the days and guess when I'm fertile and when I'm due af.

I'm worried that because I'm thinking about it so much it's not going to happen.

winkle2 · 12/06/2012 09:00

I mean we're worn out and too tired and bored of dtd!

SunshineOutdoors · 12/06/2012 09:00

Ooh NicolaHazel I hope you get the bfp then. Fingers crossed! Are you looking out for any signs that you have oved? I don't even really know what to look out for.

jaquelinehyde · 12/06/2012 09:01

Congratulations morecoffee Grin

CD32 here and still no sign of AF low aching kept me awake last night so I really expected at to be here this morning Confused

NicolaHazel · 12/06/2012 09:13

Yes and no, Sunshine...I've had ovary pain and generalised pain, like mild AF pain and some EWCM. But as I haven't ovulated for 17.5 years I'm a bit clueless!

Fx for both of us!

QueenOfTheDrama · 12/06/2012 09:13

Lol @ winkle dreaming about MN Grin

QueenOfTheDrama · 12/06/2012 09:14

Sounds promising jaqueline Smile

resipsa · 12/06/2012 09:22

Hi jaqueline - it's CD32 for me too and, also like you, I expected to wake up disappointed but nothing yet. Note to self - do not get carried away as she calculates mat leave dates.

WhenSheWasBadSheWasHorrid · 12/06/2012 09:27

Have my fx fir you jaqueline hope af stays away.

I am so happy for littlemiss and morecoffee getting your BFPs after your chemical pregnancies is really giving me hope. Af has just arrived here so my rubbish chemical pregnancy is officially over Smile.

Still a bit gutted but at least it proves the swimmers and egg are working and my body is doing exactly what it should and stop a less than healthy pregnancy.

Am going to keep lurking here but will head off over to the July thread. I just hope it is as productive as June.

tedmundo · 12/06/2012 09:35

now THIS is much more like it ladies. May was a disappointing month but look at us now ..... BFPs galore.

Well done to all of you with your BFPs! They are super sticky ones, I just know it.

CD9 here and I usually start getting a positive opk on the 12 or 13 day but DH away all week! just hope I don't OV early! DPO12 should be the 29th or 30th and that seems to be a good date for getting a BFP if there is one to be had! In reality, have any of us actually waited til AF date or do we all crack early??!

redstrawberry · 12/06/2012 09:36

Congrats morecoffee so happy for you Grin must be a lovely feeling

Anyone seen kick? Hope she's okay x

LittleMissSnowShine · 12/06/2012 11:55

Yes - where are you kick and RIBS?? Hope all is ok!!

lol @ winkle, dreaming of MN! I also had a dream about getting a bfp and being able to come and tell you all. And it came true! woo hoo!

Did a digi this morning during tea break from work - yep it's true, pregnant! (and yes it does feel so much better seeing the words on the screen and not the pink line!)

toobreathless · 12/06/2012 13:18

morecoffee, littlemiss Congratulations!! Wonderful news!

I could do with a little reassurance, got my smiley on OPK yesterday morning & earliest we can DTD is tonight (DH away) is this ok? Don't want to get my hopes up & would rather know if this is likely to be too late.

MrsRigby · 12/06/2012 15:07

Hello, would anyone mind if I joined in?

I'm not really trying to conceive Confused, I'd like to, but DH doesn't want to - anyway we had unprotected sex on CD21 and so I'm hoping by some miracle that I get a June BFP.

It's highly unlikely that I will be as 1.) I have PCOS and 2.) CD21 was the first time DH and I have had sex in over 2 years Blush

The thing is, my nipples have been itchy, I've broken out into spots, I wake up hungry and today I've started weeing more frequently.

I'm on CD28 today and my cycles are between 27 and 34 days long.

TTC#3 by the way (kind of).

LittleMissSnowShine · 12/06/2012 15:17

Sorry breathless, not too familiar with opks, dont they measure the surge u get before OV? But I dont know how.much of a warning the surge gives you - a few hours or maybe as much.as a day? I'd def still dtd anyeay, even after ov happens u hav up to 18 hours to get that egg fertilised. Fx for u!

Christelle2207 · 12/06/2012 18:40

breathless yes you're ok-just- if the opk detects the surge you're likely to ovulate in the next 24 hours I.e today, but after that the egg Will be hanging around for 12-24 hours. Tonight is good, but probably your last shot this month. Good luck!

MrsRigby · 12/06/2012 18:41

Right, further to my last post, I have noticed blue veins and little bumbs on my breasts (although I always have the blue veins anyway) and I have been feeling nauseaus all afternoon.

I know you all think I'm an idiot, that this is all in my head and in a few days when I get my period I'll be feeling very silly - and you're right!

Besides I'm not allowed to be pregnant as I'm not even trying and it wouldn't be fair to everyone here.

Also, I could be something of a jinx on this thread and stop all the BPF.

I'll stay here if its okay, until I get my period or a BFN and then I'll take myself away quite rightfully full of shame and embarresment!

I apologise for the spelling, so sorry.

winkle2 · 12/06/2012 18:43

Toobreathless I would try tonight and tomorrow. Miss a day and then one more try. That's what SMEP plan tells you.

Welcome mrsrigby although technically I'm not supposed to be in this thread...

KFFOREVER · 12/06/2012 19:03

morecoffeee congratulations on your BFP.

Soo many BFPs in July thats great.

I think im having ovulation pains. Yesterday I noticed CM or EWCM (not sure what the difference is Blush and this morning I got a dull ache across my lower abdomen. Now I have more pain on my right abdomin. I'm on CD10. Last month I had the strongest pain on CD14. We did not DTD last night because hubby was having PMS. For sure men get moody too. I was hoping to still not talk to him but I need his sperm. Grin

Do you ladies if it is still late to DTD or shall I still give it ago? Im not sure if I have ovulated at the dull ache or after the strong pain. I hope tonight is not too late.

RIBS · 12/06/2012 19:28

Aaarrrrrr! Just done a massive post and its frigging timed out and lost it!!!! Angry

IM HERE!!!! You may have gathered by the little rant. Why on earth were you dreaming about me winkle Should i Blush

MASSIVE MASSIVE MASSIVE congrats to littlemiss & morecoffee You've both had a bit of an uphill journey too and I really couldnt be more thrilled for you both.

Jack, Rep and welcome Mrsrigby* Can you three just go and test tomorrow please. Everytime I miss a few days, theres BFPs everywhere. So im going to bugger off for a couple of days and expect to read that your all up the duff!!!

KC ewcm is stretchy like rubber, not creamy or sticky, when you see it you'l know. I think you're still good to go - DTD, then ignore DH after Grin

Well il be CD28 tomorrow, last cycle was 32 dasy and I think I ov'd 2 wks last fri as EWCM and horrendous ov pain just stopped. SO unless I get a visit from AF il be testing on Sunday morn, when DP will be nursing a shocking hangover from yet another stag night!!

Just cant believe so many preggers women this month!

RIBS · 12/06/2012 19:29

Where is kick???? Was she going to the Dr's the other day or today?? I saw she wasnt feeling well!!!

LittleMissSnowShine · 12/06/2012 19:39

Hi mrsrigby (th like winkle i'm not supposed to be here either lol)

KF - CD10 is still pretty early to OV, tho of course a lot of people (inc me!) OV earlier or later than the text book CD14 so if you've seen some EWCM and you've got some cramping then dtd for sure, and hopefully keep it up for a few days. If it helps I saw ewcm on the monday evening, more on the tues and then lots on the wed & thurs. We were only able to dtd on the wed and thurs, so i must have OV on one of those days because i'm preg now. So I think when you first see ewcm then OV is on the horizon but it might still be a day or so away?
