Grin @ littlemiss

Christelle2207 · 10/06/2012 23:37

BFP ladies - continued congrats, cam you tell me what your secret was for this month i.e. when do you think you DTD in relation to ov? Or perhaps it was almost every day? Definitely feel we need to up the ante this month.
Let me know if any other secrets Wink

KickTheGuru · 11/06/2012 01:36

Still awake and vomiting.

I think i have a bowel.obstruction to be honest. A good enema will sort it.

I.don't have much more to vomit as i haven't eaten as lot lately. DH said i have lost a lot of weight. Am not even happy about it. Would rather feel healthy

QueenOfTheDrama · 11/06/2012 06:58

kick Sad make sure you stay in bed this morning and rest. You must be knackered.

christelle no secrets at all really! Didn't monitor ov this month as was trying to be laid back. I was just trying to dtd eod. So will have had sex either the day before or the day of ov.

Christelle2207 · 11/06/2012 08:36

Ah. Think will try my best with the laid back approach this month!

redstrawberry · 11/06/2012 08:41

How you feeling this morning kick?
Sounds like you had a rough night. Hope you are resting today and yes please do see the docs again and demand some answers. If not PG symptoms then feeling this way sounds worrying.

Sorry for those whose AF arrived :(

Joyful Yay! on the CB Digi!! Very happy for you x

resipsa · 11/06/2012 10:59

Have I come to the party too late? I'm a very poor poster; short bursts of enthusiasm (when I need a virtual friend) followed by longer bouts of apathy. Anyway, here I am on CD 31 (probably 14DPO), starting to experience the phantom symptoms we all know and love. I don't want to test yet as my cycle varies (up to 35 days) and I secretly love the excitement of the wait on the basis that no news is good news. Strangely, it seems easier to obsess in an open-plan office than in the privacy of your own home...
Any more BFPs out there?

LittleMissSnowShine · 11/06/2012 11:38

hello repisa - never too late!!

12 DPO (i think!) here, CD 31 - no symptoms really..had a bit of cramping last night / this morning so bit concerned it's the beginnings of AF but fx it's early preg kind of cramping. It's v mild anyway, no bleeding and skin looks fine so not feeling very pms. Head melted with all of it, glad i'm back in work today and not thinking about it!

Think I'll poas tomorrow morning, cos i'll be roughly 13 DPO then and if i'm going to get a BFP i think it would show up by then. fx!

QueenOfTheDrama · 11/06/2012 13:27

Fx that af doesn't arrive resipsa!

Good luck for tomorrow littlemiss will be checking in to see your update Smile

tedmundo · 11/06/2012 14:52

@littlemiss .. I am getting a good feeling about your posts you know. I def think you should test tomorrow. 13dpo should be fine.

I may well stick around on here as I got AF on the evening of the 3rd so the 27/28 day cycle takes me to the very end of this month. Should be testing around the 29th or 30th. I did go to the July thread to make myself 2 days late before testing .. But really?! What are the odds!! I may well stay on that thread too though in case I OV late.

I know the OV sticks are not always popular but I always get a result off these so they do help me time the shagging a bit! I am def not up for EOD this month. we tried to do that last month and depressed the hell out of ourselves. Having 2 DSs means by 9pm I am a gibbering wreck!

@resipsa .. Your stats are also looking good. I await these POAS tests with interest.

@kick .. Oh hon, I am so sorry you are feeling so poorly at the minute. How are you feeling today? If you are pregnant, you are going to go straight from this stomach bug into morning sickness! Invest in some hair bands to help holding your hair back ! I really truly hope this is your month.

@Christelle, I think we are going to go for every 3rd day this week, once I start getting darker lines on the OV sticks, change to every day for 3 days and perhaps a night off and then another one for luck. DH working away a lot this week so can't do EOD anyway and buy the weekend I am in the fertile window so can up our game then.

I had a major wobble on the last 2ww so I may actually stay away from MN a bit at that time so please don't think I am ignoring you all. I just found thinking about it all on the 2ww really hard and I went a bit odd with the stress. Trying to stay super chilled this month, not doing shagging to a timetable, accepting that it may take longer this way and generally not being a muppet!

If you see me breaking those rules, slap me!

resipsa · 11/06/2012 15:19

Hi ted - let's hope this thread brings us both more, umm, success than when we last met!

LittleMissSnowShine · 11/06/2012 15:54

Thanks queen!

Oh, ted, I know, EOD is just too much on top of a job, other DCs to look after and friend/family to see, housework to do, the occasional bit of exercise, nevermind finding the time to shave legs, straighten hair, do washing, put petrol in car, do food shopping, cook dinners agghhh!! No wonder you felt like you were going mad! I'm just a dtd as much as possible kinda gal, and 'as much as possible just means as much as it's realistically possible for you on top of all that other stuff to juggle.

FX for any other soon to be testers - any news from other ladies out there??

tedmundo · 11/06/2012 16:15

@littlemiss .. I know!! the list is endless! I am not particularly high maintenance, but never leave house without proper make up on, hair GHDed within an inch of it's life and at least something resembling an outfit. this means mornings are a NIGHTMARE!! So DTD late at night feels like sleep lost!

oh the romance!!

WhenSheWasBadSheWasHorrid · 11/06/2012 17:05

I'm back.

No Internet in France. Have just skim read all the posts I missed over a week, there were loads (good grief you lot love to chat) but so happy to hear about all the BFPs.

Not great news from this end. First off dh accidentally unpacked all my test sticks and we were in the middle of no where. I got what I amsure was implantation cramping and spotting at 9dpo. Managed to track down a cheap test kit and got a faint positive.

Arrived home today 16dpo & no af but the faint line is now a bfn.

Am afraid to say there have been some tears, the rational part of my brain says it wasn't meant to be and if it wasn't going to do well in a cosy uterus it really wasn't going to do in the real world. The rest of me keeps crying though.

Sorry to hear winkle and kicking are having a bad time.

Littlemiss I really have my fingers crossed for you.

WhenSheWasBadSheWasHorrid · 11/06/2012 17:07

Oh still no sign of af. Why does she never show up when you actually want her?

jaquelinehyde · 11/06/2012 18:20

CD31 here as well and still no sign of AF! I don't know what the hell is going on,when should I test again?

TMI warning...I did have some creamy-ish discharge when I wiped this morning, anyone any thoughts about that?

I am beginning to get my hopes up but after having a bfn a few days ago i am doing everything I can to supress them Confused

jaquelinehyde · 11/06/2012 18:24

whenshewas I'm so sorry, give it a few days and test again, until at arrives that is all you can do. I know it won't help but here have a very un mn ((hug))

LittleMissSnowShine · 11/06/2012 18:58

whenshewasbad - welcome back from hols and sorry u've had a hard time :( When i had my faint bfp that gradually turned to a bfn last month, my AF didn't show up til CD39 - so frustrating and upsetting, so i really feel for you.

jaqueline - hmm, depends when you OV i suppose? are yr cycles usually regular 28 day ones? if so, then AF appears to be late and maybe you got a BFN cos you OV a bit later than usual and you were only 10 DPO or something?? i'd probably leave it til tomorrow and poas first thing. if your cycles are sometimes a bit longer, then maybe leave it til wed or thurs? really go fx for you!!

LittleMissSnowShine · 11/06/2012 19:01

....also.... have some news from SnowShine HQ....

Cracked early and poas when DS was in the bath this evening - him looking at me quizzically, like why is mummy staring at that weird stick thing, wouldn't she rather play with one of my cars?? and....BFP!! BFP!!! BFP!!!

It's not as dark as the control line but it is most definitely there and you can see it clearly even when you hold it a good metre away. Grin

Over the moon and tentatively excited but still don't FEEL pg and it was feeling pg that made me cotton on and poas when i was pg with DS. but i was about 5 weeks then, and i'm only just 4 weeks now so hopefully hcg levels will rise and let the awful horrendous neverending morning sickness commence! i hope!

WhenSheWasBadSheWasHorrid · 11/06/2012 19:44

Hi jaqueline and littlemiss thanks for the messages and a huge congratulations to littlemiss. Your news has really cheered me up. When I was pregnant with dd (now 16 m

WhenSheWasBadSheWasHorrid · 11/06/2012 19:47

(now 16 months) I had no symptoms till 6weeks. I am so happy for you. Thanks for the info on your horrid experience last month, it let's me know what I am in for.

Sorry jacs have no info for you. Best of luck though.

LittleMissSnowShine · 11/06/2012 19:51

Thanks whenshewasbad - i recommend wallowing in the bath with a few trashy magazines and a BIG glass of Wine, after all even tho u might hav had a chemical preg this month that does show that things are working for u & DH, this month it just hasn't been a sticky one. But next month it might be and then there'll be no more hot baths and wine, so enjoy while u can!

tedmundo · 11/06/2012 19:51

@littlemiss .. That is wonderful news you clever girl you! I am delighted for you!!

Pinkie29 · 11/06/2012 19:53
