Well since I filled it thought if best start a new one! 1000 posts by June 3rd well done ladies!

Queen - Most sensitive tests are ones that use pink dye, rather than blue dye or digital displays. Most sensitive of the sensitive are (allegedly) First Response Early Response - really got fx for u!!!

PS Queen - yeah, i'm waiting! Chem pregnancy last month was awful, v upsetting :( Got a faint BFP, another faint BFP and then BFN, BFN, BFN and AF arrived on CD39 so I'm going to just wait it out. At 9DPO i doubt i'd get a BFP anyways so not wasting my cash on the 'good' tests but i know from last month i i get a BFN on a cheapy poundland test i won't believe what it says anyway!

I'm only 9dpo today, its making me think that the line was an evap as nobody else seems to be getting bfps this early? seems to be around 12dpo for most people

ah u never know tho queen, u never know! Ur 'supposed' to wait 2 days between tests fwiw

Yeah you're probably right littlemiss I think I'll still test in the morning as I've set myself up for it now. But no matter what the result I'll try my best to leave it till Monday before I test again

Been mega busy at work today so not even thought about BFP/AF! Might leave testing until Monday as that would be CD36 and longest cycle. Although last month was longest cycle to date (cd35) so who know what my body is doing!

Hi everyone! I'm still on my hols in the canaries, but needed the advice of the June bfp girls! Checked in today and can't believe we are on a 2nd thread (Im have a lot to catch up on when I get home!)

Anyway... here's my prob....

Took a FRER test on thurs and got a very very very faint positive.
Took a superdrug test Friday and again got the very very very faint positive.
Took a superdrug test again this morning at 5am! (couldn't sleep!) And again very very very faint positive!

Dh has checked all three tests and confirmed he sees the lines and they aren't in my head. He says both superdrug ones look the same and are darker than the FRER.

I'm going mad! No more tests til I get back to UK on Wednesday! I was hoping the line would be darker today but its really just the same as yesterday.

After my horrendous Chem preg last cycle,I don't know what to think now.

I'm not going to lie..... I've already got my hopes up and I'm convinced I'm pregnant, but can't believe I have to wait so long until I will know for sure.

Any advice? I went into local pharmacy yesterday and scanned shelves for pregnancy tests but couldn't see any and the people working there were busy with other customers. Does anyone know if they are usually behind the counter over here?

Pooh keeping my fingers crossed for you, I would try a big supermarket for more tests but doing more immediately wont help as you're def Oregon - you just want to see that line grow.

morecoffee squeal! It does sound like a proper BFP and if it was me i'd be doing a little excited dance! What CD are u on?? Like u I also had nightmare chem preg last month so i'd probably be a bit wary until AF is definitely late and u hav a proper dark line on a hpt. I know its frustrating not to be able to test for a couple of days but in the early stages its good to leave 48 hours between tests so the amount of hcg beung produced can double and giv u a nice dark second line...

Anyway, im v excited for u tho!!!

So even tho y'day was cd28 and im pretty sure I already OV around cd19, in the interest of following drs orders (esp now my fertility clinic referral has arrived cos I wd v much prefer to just get pg again 'naturally' if poss) me and DH did a bit of SWI last night. After a 10 min winkle I went to the loo and there was a v faint trace of blood in there. It wasnt like the spotting I sometimes get befote AF arrives and I hav no cramping or other AF signs. Could it be OV bleeding?? Or implantation?? Didnt hav this with DS and i've never noticed OV bleeding before so v confused - just a tiny, v faint tinge of blood in cm post-dtd. Help! kick are u out there???

littlemiss how long is your cycle usually? fx its implantation spotting! when is af due?

I'm in exactly the same position as you morecoffee - had 2 very very faint lines yesterday, have tested again this morning and the faint line is still there. It does seem a bit darker than yesterday but its still quite faint iykwim? I still don't want to take it as a bfp as I'm really worried that they're just evap lines. I'm considering whether to go out and buy a different brand of test and try that, but really I should just give it a couple more days, still got 4 days till af is due.

morecoffee if you can't wait then I would have thought a pharmacy would have sold that sort of thing so yes maybe behind counter? Or try a supermarket like christelle suggested. Good luck! And hope you're having a lovely time on your hol (its pouring with rain here! )

I'm fairly sure they aren't evap lines. They are pink not grey and came up within 3 minutes. I might just wait it out til we fly home ties night

The drop of blood thing could be a range of things - none of which can be counted on

if the test lines on the pg test are easy to see and on the same colour as the control line, then its not an evaporation line. An evap line is a shadow, a ghost of a line that doesn't have a clear colour or appears grey.

I would draw some pictures and head to the local pharmacy.

Morecoffee - years ago when me and my friends were students bacpacking round eastern.europe me and one of the girls had to buy a preg test for one if the others in a slovenian chemist. EVERYTHING was begind the counter so there was a massive queue of ppl picking up prescriptions and stuff and we had to mime in front of a v disapproving audience wanting to buy a hpt. It was v but funny too!

queen - my cycles are a bit all over the place but by my reckoning last night would have been 9dpo so timing would be bang on for implantation bleeding. Maybe. Ehhhh dunno but hopefully I can patiently wait another 5 days and no AF will show and i'll get my bfp... Sooooo hard not to test early tho!

littlemiss it is really hard to wait isn't it? There hasn't been many months since we started trying that I've waited until af was due! Or when I've tried to af has always come early! lol@ miming to buy a pg test

Queen what brand are you using to get your faint BFP? I only use internet cheapies never had any kind of line on any, so if nothing tomorrow and no AF either going shopping!

christelle I think that I'm 10dpo today, the tests I've been using are just internet cheapies, wanted to wait till I got a better line on one of those before I buy a cb test or anything really
