Right I'm going to be bold and start a new thread to drum up some energy for anyone ttc a Jan / Feb / Spring 2013 baby.

Does anyone want to join me on this flight?

Pipbin · 25/05/2012 07:07

Damn. Spotting after my run.
I think that's me out.

LimeLeafLizard · 25/05/2012 09:51

Ah Crazy sorry to hear AF arrived. Maybe having already had a bfn it is just a relief to get on with the next cycle?

I think temping works if you can get 4 or more consecutive hours sleep. I usually sleep through from midnight to 6am, so tend to temp at 6, even if I then go back to sleep for another hour. Sometimes I do get up with the children in the night and just bear that in mind if the temp is different.

pipbin sorry to hear about the spotting, after things have been looking good for you this month.

This weekend we are joining some of my family for a meal in a restaurant. There won't be any other children at the meal so I hope mine behave and that the family are understanding. Apart from that - church, gardening, bike ride, and the in-laws stopping by for a cuppa. DS1 will have to miss football to go to the restaurant so he won't be best pleased.

Well the spotting was only in my knickers that I wore for my run, nothing else. So it's still not completely over for me. And my temp was still high.
Either way, I made it to 10dpo with out spotting.

SpringFlowers · 25/05/2012 10:38

Pipbin - if my chart looked like that I'd do a test...

blackcatsdancing · 25/05/2012 10:57

ooh nice chart pipbin. You've got a steady climb there which looks great. FX for you and even if its a negative you've made it to 10DPO with no spotting.

was it crazy who asked about charting BBT? fertility friend have very comprehensive FAQs, here's one on night waking

charting temps isn't for everyone but i like the information it gives me. It's also so cheap to do. I bought this thermometer for less than a fiver and that was it!

well no work Fridays- i do work Saturdays though , so meeting DD after college for lunch and icecream, then a stroll along the prom to see how many burnt bodies we can spot on the beach. Hope everyone gets time to enjoy a bit of sun this weekend.

LimeLeafLizard · 25/05/2012 11:58

Pipbin I agree that your chart looks good, especially that today's temp was up, not down like the last three months. I know you were planning to test tomorrow anyway.

blackcats your lunch, walk and and ice-cream with DD sound like a lovely way to spend an afternoon. Have fun.

Treats · 25/05/2012 12:06

Pipbin - I don't think AF will have started if you've still got high temps. There would be at least a slight dip if she was due. Agree with Spring - do a test!

Spring - any news? how are you feeling?

LLL and blackcats - you both sound as if you have lovely weekends planned. We're going to visit our closest friends on Saturday and stay overnight. I have to rush off on Sunday because I have a rehearsal - I'm performing in an opera in a few weeks time.

Pipbin · 25/05/2012 13:00

Thanks guys. I'm holding on to hope here.
I'm going to test tomorrow morning. Thing is that we've got people coming to fit a new door at 8:30 so I'll have to be up super early. Shall I set up camp outside the bathroom door for you guys?

Spotting has amounted to nothing more. Just a 50p size spot after running. Couldn't manage all of my run either as I felt dizzy. Could just be the heat though.

Any way? Spring how are you?

Pipbin I am worried that we put too much pressure on Treats by camping outside her bathroom and wouldn't want to do the same to you. So I will just glance surreptitiously at your bathroom door as I pass by!

Treats, an opera?! Wow! Are you a member of a choir then?

Crazytictac · 25/05/2012 13:35

Thanks blackcats, DS just gone for a nap so I have my cup of tea ready and will peruse that link shortly :)

Yep a big relief to just start the next cycle now limeleaf. Just glad it wasn't any longer I've used up all my flaming tests now

Ooh sound some nice weekends planned ladies. I'm going to the cinema tonight with DH and we've got dinner with friends tomorrow (which I think is going to be a BBQ now so DH will be well happy). Might pop to the beach with DS too, make the most of this weather!

Good luck tomorow pipbin

Hope you haven't had any more bleeding spring

Pipbin · 25/05/2012 17:12

Grrrr. More spotting.
Just very thin brown cm really.
I think AF will turn up tomorrow before I get to POAS.

SilentMammoth · 25/05/2012 17:50

Pipbon try not to lose heart yet. Tomorrow I'm mostly hosting a play date and on sunday we've got church then off to a picnic with some friends.which I lookng forward to but it it very hard work with four under six and my two friends have teenagers so a bit different. Dh is away such a lot and quite honesty when hess back makes a lot more work.he cherry picks stuff as well which really annoys me, this afternoon he sloped off to be and q for whole afternoon which had really annoyed me!!! Good luck pipbon

LimeLeafLizard · 25/05/2012 18:29

Mammoth are you posting on your phone, by any chance?! Wink Didn't realise your kids are all so little. Four under 6. Blimey. Well done you.

FX for you Pip.

Crazy let us know if whatever you watch is any good!

Hi Everyone, a lot of red blood earlier today but nothing at the moment. I believe I will miscarry, it's just a matter of when really. I feel quite tired of the whole thing, the on off bleeding has been going on for a week now. I feel really sad on and off too.

Pipbin · 25/05/2012 19:45

Oh Spring, having never been pg, I can't imagine what you are going through.
We are all here for you.

SpringFlowers · 25/05/2012 21:10

The whole thing is a nightmare. I have stopped bleeding again. What is going on? No baby can be ok in there yet I haven't had enough pain or blood to have mc'd so far.

Pipbin · 25/05/2012 21:26

Spring I know you've been to the GP but is it worth going to A&E? I don't know how they look at stuff like this but maybe call NHS direct and see what they say?
Sorry I can't be more help but it's out of my sphere of experience.
Thinking of you though.

LimeLeafLizard · 25/05/2012 22:00

Spring I think Pip is right - ask for more medical help. Sometimes they only give the minimum straight away in case it all turns out to be ok. Ask your DH for support if you need an advocate. Thinking of you.

OP posts:
Pipbin · 25/05/2012 22:06

I think it's all over here.
Red spotting.
Bummer.

Pipbin · 26/05/2012 06:37

BFN. Still no AF though and temps still high. Now 12dpo

SpringFlowers · 26/05/2012 06:58

There isn't anything a & e can do. They won't scan me which is what I need. I am six weeks today so could try and get a private scan today. DH thinks we should just wait until Thursday though and I'm too tired to convince him as well. Six weeks is the borderline anyway, a scan today could easy still be inconclusive.

Sorry Pipbin, bfn's are lousy.

babaloulou · 26/05/2012 07:31

thanks for your shout outs to me. i lost the thread for a while so have missed loads.

spring sending you love and hugs

i am fine and back on to ttc. i have been tracking my cycles since Oct last year and my luteal phase is only 8-9 days so think that is the issue. went to gp she'd never heard of such a thing. she did Google it though and sent an email to my fertility consultant for advise on how to treat.

in the mean time I've bought some b6 and we've continued to bd. in my head i'm thinking this cycle, after miscarriage, will be different so hopefully have a longer lp.

will catch up on thread and post properly later.

hugs to everyone

Wiggy29 · 26/05/2012 07:41

Spring- my thoughts are with you&your you get some answers soon. I'd defo ring nhs and get some advice.

Pip- sorry about af, especially when all looked so promising.

Treats- an opera, how wonderful! I'm thoroughly impressed.

(waves at everyone else) hi folks. Still badgering on with cbfm, day 10&still low fertility registered but that makes sense if cycle was 36 days last time! Plus says it takes a couple of months to work out your cycle.

I'm up early as slept at friend's last ngt as her dp left her Sad made me count my blessings.

This weekend I'm off to gym, for a picnic with friend&her dd then off wine tasting& for a meal at hotel du vin. Tomorrow it'll be the gym again then hopefully a second picnic!

Flightty · 26/05/2012 08:23

Spring I hope you manage to get some kind of reassurance this weekend, whether it's a scan or if the bleeding calms down and so on. It is good news that you don't feel you have lost anything too significant yet, enough to have MC. Thinking of you still.

Hi to everyone else Smile xxxx
