hello everyone - sorry not wrote on this thread for a while but been really ill and thought i might be losing baby but i've purked up at the moment i had a scan and i'm only 5 1/2 weeks gone so they're going to rescan in 2 weeks time to detect the heartbeat.

ch - sorry it's late but happy birthday

g4p - good luck for dh today

hope everyone else is having a good day, speak soon.

Piffle · 30/01/2006 14:45

Hello everyone
HellKat that is really amazing news I am so pleased for you
I have a dp who is away 4 nights a week atm, so its bloody hard to figure out the how and when!
I am on cd 16 and no ov pains as yet which is odd as I always get them every month and am in pain. I had a 27 day cycle last month too.
Will have to wait and see I guess...
The worst bit...
Hope everyone else is ok too

Coathanger · 30/01/2006 17:14

kreamkrackers · 30/01/2006 20:12

g4p - it sounds promising and at least he is trying now, so that's progress

going4potty · 30/01/2006 20:31

Thanks kk, im just a worrier by nature

Coathanger · 30/01/2006 21:02

Can I ask you ladies a question? I have a book list from my Social Sciences tutor and I was wondering if any of you have copies of these books I can buy or borrow from you:

1984 - George Orwell

Animal Farm - George Orwell

Down and Out in Paris and London - George Orwell

The Road to Wigan Pier - George Orwell

The Wild Boy of Averyon - Roger Shattuck

The Ragged Trousered Philanthropists - Robert Tressell

Knowledge of Angels - Jill Paton-Walsh

I don't have to read all of them, but tutor says they have good reference to sociology and psychology. I will pay for or return them

OP posts:
kreamkrackers · 30/01/2006 21:09

can't you just go to the library? it might be easier to get them and quicker.

going4potty · 30/01/2006 22:14

Sorry cant help, but talking of books ive recently finished "my sisters keeper" jodi picoult and "purple hibiscus" by an african very long name author, both fabulous and moving and thought provoking, im trying to read something a bit lighter now as am having some very vivid horrible dreams, especially after i received the jamie bulger email, ive cried 3 times today! Whats up with me??? I thought id been doing really well until today.

going4potty · 30/01/2006 22:35

Hi for all those that have received the jamie mail pls see this link
